very informative and helpful. Handbook covers everything one needs to know thoroughly. Bought to help with cleaning and first empty/refill. Struggle - with tub emptied, got a rail that ‘slides’ under the tub to secure it. Even emptied not sure how to lift tub just a 1/2” to place handrail? suggestions? Wish that I had purchased the book! Would be easier for me to use ( tech challenged 😐)

There are a multitude of “expert” hot tub consultants out there … AI has only complicated the already confusing array of chemicals and remedies available on the internet - I have found your resources to be straightforward and to the point, especially as it relates to chemical adjustment, sequencing and how to avoid purchasing expensive “pool/spa store” chemicals when e.g. common household baking soda is exactly the same chemical. I am so glad I invested in both the Pool and Hot Tub books. It had me question my pool cleaner about my salt cell and sure enough .. they have not been cleaning at all and the cell died a week later. Luckily with your information, I got the salt cell replaced for free because of them not cleaning every 3 months. Both books are a gem for anyone with a pool and/or hot tub ... I highly recommend.

The Hot Tub Handbook is very well written and easy to understand. It has really helped me with deep cleaning/purging pipes and when to do it. I also like how I can quickly review and order Swim University’s recommended products through a link, and these are the products I will use as I trust Swim University to know what is needed. I’ve taken the Hot Tub Handbook’s cleaning recommendations and added them to my regular schedules. This will keep my spa running well for many, many more years! I highly recommend this book!

LOVE this book and the simplicity of now understanding everything about my hot tub. I find the specific measurements at the end of the book extremely helpful.

I have some experience with a small swimming pool, but struggled with keeping the chemicals in balance. We recently purchased an inflatable hot tub so I purchased the online manual from SU. It’s very well written and explains everything in detail in easy to understand language. I had a couple of questions specific to the inflatable hot tub that I wanted answered and Matt replied within the hour. Wow! Now that’s service. I’m better prepared for a more relaxing spa experience after this. Thank you

The Hot Tub Handbook is far and away the best reference and guide for the care and feeding of hot tubs I have ever found in nearly twenty years of love/hate relationships with hot tubs. Very though and easy to reference, covering not just the common topics, but addressing some more obscure matters as well (first time I've seen guidance about how to deal with a waterlogged cover for instance). A really worthwhile investment for both a new hot tub owner as well as a veteran.

I'm a first time hot tub owner and did a lot of research to figure out what I needed, until I came across this handbook. Hands down the best(only) information you'll need. Wish I found it sooner.

About 1/4 of the book is info I don't need. The rest of the book is very informative, refer to it more than owner's manual the hot tub came with. Lot of good information that I have already applied.

Biggest struggle was changing from Chlorine to Bromine. Had used Chlorine with previous tub but was recommended to use Bromine. Your instructions were excellent. Also glad that a digital version was available as I live in England.
