Service is always very good, except for power outages (Western Power), we never have a problem with our system.

These guys!! I've been trying to get service up and running wifi with iprimus for 7 months total and finally had enough after being billed for a service that wasn't working and in 1 day I had wifi! 1 day!! The team worked hard on this till it was up and that was the following morning I couldn't be happier with this company and the communication was fantastic updated on everything almost immediately and then called as soon as it was connected I 100000% recommend this company!! 🩷🩷

Order the service through the easy to use website, didn't have to call anyone. Then in a couple of days received a message the service was ready to go, I connected everything and it just worked. I was very happy

After ordering our new service, we were set up in no time and it was completely hassle free. Their team also helped to organise a free upgrade with nbn, and we have had amazing speeds since! Really leveled up our gaming and streaming experience. Highly recommend. 🙌
