You guys have a killer product. The 'Ask Sybill' in Slack that just got pushed is so good. And CRM Autofill is worth it’s weight in gold. I'm a believer.

The Ask Sybill feature is just crazy good. I ask, ‘Who did we lose a couple of months ago due to lack of a feature? Would it make sense to reach out again?’ And I’ve actually reopened a few deals this way. Sybill helped me pick those threads back up and say, ‘Hey, want to revisit this conversation?'

Our team really loves Sybill. We have reps literally saying that what took them two hours takes them 10 minutes now.

I really struggle with any admin tasks that stop me from selling. Now my CRM notes are perfect. Since (starting Sybill) I’ve always been top seller… by a lot.

Sybill is my sales Swiss army knife. It cuts my email follow-up and CRM updates from 1 hour to 15 minutes per call.

If we got rid of Sybill, my entire life as a salesperson would become manual again. And a lot of things would slip through the cracks. 

It would be a struggle if I didn't have Sybill. 

Sybill is like Gong on steroids ... and maybe more importantly, it's also a fraction of the price of Gong.

I used Gong at my previous company and knew I didn’t want to bring it here. It tries to do everything, but nothing really well — plus the interface feels dated.

If I left SmartCat tomorrow, the first thing I would want to do is bring Sybill into whatever organization I go into.

For the Cadillac price, you’d expect Gong’s AI to be miles ahead. But Sybill’s is easily the stronger one. Sybill has freed up so much time for my AEs to focus on improving as sellers and people, instead of spending hours on busywork.

After meetings, I look at my recaps in Sybill and all my tasks are already there! 

Follow-ups drafted. Due dates assigned (accurately!). Context pulled straight from the meeting prioritized based on urgency & deal value.

After back-to-back meetings, I literally let Sybill write my follow-up email – I just added the attachment, hit send, and moved on to the next one. Wow. It was exactly as easy as we’ve been saying it should be for the last 10 years.

I don’t have 30 minutes to prep for every meeting. Sybill's pre-meeting briefs been a live saver.

I have used at least 4 recorders and Sybill is the most intuitive by far. It's more intuitive than Fireflies.  It's easy to search for meetings, the email suggestions are easy to edit, and the Sybill tasks are legendary. I use them whenever idk what to do. Big recommend.

 

I think you guys have a shot at beating the big guys at actually useful agents. The ability to pull in call context + crm records is massive. Having agents build buyer enablement collateral, internal planning docs, marketing analysis work... could unlock actually useful agents.

Does Gong even compete with you guys still? In my mind, Sybill blows Gong away.

I have played around with the different prompts and both my boss and myself are very impressed with the output. Keep up the great work!

Not gonna lie - you’re missing out if you’re not evaluating Sybill in the mix. Legit can’t do my job without it anymore... I can manage at least 2x more deals without my head exploding. Follow up emails are a great in the exact tone learning from previous emails, keeping you from missing tasks and action items, aggregate insights across all of your deals, scheduled prompts to help reps better manage their weeks or managers to hone in on what needs to be unblocked... list goes on!

I have really enjoyed using Sybill. I was using Gong previously at LinkedIn and am much happier with Sybill.

The reason that I enjoy Sybill so much is … it takes a lot of the manual work out of the rep’s hands and now it’s taking care of it for you.

It’s all intuitive! It’s 10x better than ChatGPT and all seamless with calls. 

My increase win rate has been from never having done sales before to 100% win rate if they’re actually qualified... Sybill is incredible.

I’m loving Sybill. It’s the first sales tool I talk about when people are like, what’s your tech stack?... I love Sybill… people say Gong and I tell them they’re dumb. Like, go get Sybill.

I was quite impressed with the non‑verbal cues that Sybill could pick up.

We evaluated a couple of other recording solutions during that time and Sybill was like the clear winner.

Tried Sybill in July, closed nearly $300K that month vs. my $84K quota. Coincidence or not, it changed my sales game.

Just started using Sybill in my role today. I came from Fathom primarily, and this seems....better! The instant follow up email is amazing.

I used it quite a bit this week and am floored by the accuracy of the raw call data, and love the email follow up — again, all raw. 

With my current tool I have to put the data through an AI model iI’ve created myself to re-visualize it and make it better but with Sybill it’s already exactly what I need. AND it spells Beehiiiv properly which you wouldn’t believe how annoying every other tool is with that!

I still think Sybill is ahead of the game when it comes to meeting recorders.

I loved it - being able to listen to the reps’ calls, keyword search, the AI coaching that’s built in!

Wow man... this property syncing in Sybill is seriously impressive. I just set up a couple of custom fields that sync into HubSpot, and it's way more powerful / flexible than I expected. I'm using ChatGPT to help me write the prompts in Sybill that pull stuff like staffing plans or what other tools they're considering — and Sybill just nails it. Super pumped to build more of these out. Awesome job on this ui/ux.

I've used Gong, Chorus, Otter, Sybill, Fathom, and maybe a couple more. I prefer Sybill for most use cases and love their AI follow up emails, for DQs.
