Most automatic follow-up emails from a call recorder are all the same: too long, too generic, and somehow miss the actual point of the conversation. I started using Sybill two weeks ago and honestly, I’m in love. Having an AI auto-join my calls feels a little pretentious - but it’s worth it. And unlike everyone blasting out those auto-generated essays, I don’t use Sybill’s automatic follow-up feature. I built my own follow-up template so the draft actually sounds like me: short, clear, direct, and only the essentials. I even added a “what I forgot to ask/mention on the call” section in my call summary. So whatever I forgot gets pulled straight into the draft. Quick edit, send, done. This is how follow-ups should work when you’re using a call recorder. Not a wall of text no one reads. But Sybill is way more than a call recorder and has basically become part of how I run my business. Now I just need it on my phone so I can use it for in-person meetings too. Personalization is obviously super important in sales conversations and follow-ups. My favorite sales managers always reminded me not to send “just checking in!” emails. Super valuable feedback. But it always takes so.much.time. I’ve been using Sybill for my calls and conversations, and they recently rolled out the Template Library that I thought was worth sharing! You can even access templates created by others in your same space. Before, I used to copy and paste context from different places into ChatGPT to get help with personalized follow-ups. Now, with the template library, I can do all of that within one workspace. Meeting prep, follow-ups (that actually add value), deal summaries, and CRM notes. It lets me spend more time focusing on valuable conversations and less time writing emails.

Personalization is obviously super important in sales conversations and follow-ups. My favorite sales managers always reminded me not to send “just checking in!” emails. Super valuable feedback. But it always takes so.much.time. I’ve been using Sybill for my calls and conversations, and they recently rolled out the Template Library that I thought was worth sharing! You can even access templates created by others in your same space. Before, I used to copy and paste context from different places into ChatGPT to get help with personalized follow-ups. Now, with the template library, I can do all of that within one workspace. Meeting prep, follow-ups (that actually add value), deal summaries, and CRM notes. It lets me spend more time focusing on valuable conversations and less time writing emails.

Not gonna lie - you’re missing out if you’re not evaluating Sybill in the mix. Legit can’t do my job without it anymore... I can manage at least 2x more deals without my head exploding. Follow up emails are a great in the exact tone learning from previous emails, keeping you from missing tasks and action items, aggregate insights across all of your deals, scheduled prompts to help reps better manage their weeks or managers to hone in on what needs to be unblocked... list goes on!

I'm using ChatGPT to help me write the prompts in Sybill that pull stuff like staffing plans or what other tools they're considering — and Sybill just nails it.
