Describing how to properly network and build a relationship was very helpful in deciding how to approach reaching out to attorneys. Additionally, I learned how to properly build a tag line. I would recommend this to other people because it helps build a professional footprint online.

I think the bio information and the post information were the most valuable in this workshop. I definitely need to revise my LinkedIn page to be able to stand out more and be more personable. I learned more about the specific differences between having Premium and not having Premium. I think paying for additional access and services is worth it when I am really searching for an internship or work. I would absolutely recommend this workshop to other undergraduate and graduate students, as well as individuals who generally want to improve their LinkedIn profile.

The workshop offers high value insights on how to raise your profile on Linkedin in order to attract meaningful opportunities and connections. I had not previously utilized the platform as effectively as I should have and took away from the workshop a few action items that I could implement right away as well as some foods for thought for future posts. Lawyers are often told we must take ownership of our careers, but are not necessarily taught how to do anything other than put our heads down and work hard. I think we often miss out on opportunities for engagement as a result. I would highly recommend this workshop for attorneys who are looking for ways to be seen better, heard better, and taken better notice of in their areas of influence as a result.

I have talked to a few LinkedIn recruiters but Sunny definitely stands out from all of them. She doesn’t just give generic advice on optimizing LinkedIn, she really understands the legal industry and is very specific and insightful on how to build a profile that stands out. The best part is that she doesn’t just give a one-size-fits-all advice, she gives you a few specific options that work best for you. For example, I don’t like tacky or over the top headers and details. She gave me some really good options to work with that were crisp and brief yet covering all the key aspects.
