The therapy that Synergy therapy for my neuropathy is going well. My feet feel good, not perfect, but greatly improved. I have also received recommendations for exercises that will help reduce pain and increase movement in my right hip. These stretches have been very effective. Following those guidelines, the pain has decreased considerably and movement is better. My posture is improving and my neck is straightened considerably. Doctor Kart and the entire staff are friendly, professional and kind. I look forward to every visit and recommend anyone with neuropathy or lower back pain to these amazing people. This is important! My healthcare group is UCSD! They want to prescribe drugs to mask the pain from Nueropathy! I saw a free podcast that Synergy Integrated Health was doing online and watched it. After that I had a short consultation with him and then an hour-long consultation with him. Dr Mike and his staff are all very positive, encouraging people. I've been on this 90 day program since September 12th I've already lost 35 lb.
