I was participating in a hackathon when my teammates had left early. I initially wanted to give up, but figured I'd try to utilize AI to help me before I left. I stumbled across Taskade and was able to utilize multiple agents to work with me to plan out my project, handle the front end, and advise me on how to proceed with the backend. I chose to make a tutoring app, TheraTutor that addresses students emotional needs, before diving into their academic needs. My project wasn't perfect, but I was able to get a working demo in 12 hours, and as a result could submit my project for judging. Without Taskade, I definitely would not have been able to finish my project.

Taskade has made onboarding client projects 10x faster for our agency, massively improving our efficiency with admin work so that we can focus more on what matters, the creative strategy. Upon generating my first project in the blink of an eye, I was hooked! Things have only continued to get better with Taskade through the frequent and thorough updates. The main reason we use Taskade is because we're a small business with only 3 employees, but each of us is highly specialized - therefore we don't always have a good handle on what the others are doing. This was becoming a real problem as we were trying to book jobs further and further in advance but had little visibility on the status of all company projects. I'm a project management geek, but my colleagues are not - other options like ClickUp were too heavy for my colleagues, but simpler programs like Trello weren't giving me the insights and visibility I needed. So Taskade really seemed like a happy medium where each of us could use it as lightly or as heavily as we needed - my colleagues basically use it like a glorified to do list, whereas I can use it to get a fuller picture of where we're at as a company. So that is really the biggest pro for me, that each user can basically get as little or as much out of it as they want to. I've been loving all the updates, a lot of things I wished were there when we first started using the app have now been implemented, so really no major complaints!

Ditched Asana and Trello! I absolutely love Taskade. I run an online shop, Etsy shop and a blog in different workspaces. I have used many different AI-based applications. For work, planning smaller and larger projects. At the moment, this is the best option in terms of functionality, practicality of prompts, editing options, full access to functions through the application and subscription costs. You can see that the application is well thought out. It is not limited to tables or only working with text. This is a real manager's assistant.

Taskade is the perfect blend of freedom, structure and functionality, plus AI on steroids. I've used Azure DevOps, Asana, Jira and ClickUp at various points and projects in my life, and would recommend Taskade to anyone who truly has an Agile, self-organizing team and wants to go fast. Micro-managers beware, it's not the tool for you, you'll get lost in the sauce!

Taskade started as a side tool for me to play around with in my free time, but now it has become essential for managing all my personal and work projects. 

 1. Taskade enables me to quickly create well-defined and detailed projects to achieve my goals. It generates a plan for me within seconds, saving me a significant amount of time. Although some refining and updating may be required to tailor it to my needs, Taskade inspires me with steps and tasks that I might not have thought of initially. 

 2. The Al Agents feature is absolutely fantastic! It's like having my own dedicated team at my disposal. These agents rely on the knowledge I provide to deliver precise and practical answers most of the time. And best of all, I don't need to train/remind them again what I want them to remember and base on for answers. 

 3. Initially, I wasn't fond of the Notion + Asana style tasks management because I didn't invest much effort into learning its intricacies, as I had been accustomed to using Trello for years. However, I soon realized the immense benefits it offers, such as different views and the convenience of editing everything with just one click, which I initially found off-putting. 

Clean interface and simple and efficient Workflows! I have used so many productivity and task/project management tools over the years, but most of them are so overwhelming that you give up on using them soon after signing up. Taskade is not overwhelming and it is a pleasure and fun to use.

These AI agents are amazing! I've tried other apps, but nothing else comes close to how helpful they are. It's like they understand what I need and then boom – they lay out all the steps, create #labels, tasks, the whole deal. The best part is that they have different AI agents for different things, and you can customize your own with PDFs, notes, links, and prompts. Need a summary? Want to brainstorm? They've got it covered. It saves me so much time because I don't have to manually break down big tasks into little steps anymore. It's honestly changed how I plan and organize everything. Honestly, if you're into productivity or just need help breaking down projects, I think anyone who needs help can really get a kick out of Taskade's AI features. Loved it from the beginning, but the recent Ai Agents and automations are shaping up to be INCREDIBLE help for me. My latest "Aha!" moment was once I'd really nailed down an agent prompt to write emails and website copy in the same style as me, hooked it up to very specific commands, and found the 9/10 times, the output was nearly perfect. I suffer from quite a bit of anxiety, and often find myself paralysed when aiming to do something or respond to someone. Taskade helps me break everything down into bitesize chunks that I can manae easily, and now can write very intelligent responses to emails in seconds, where it would have taken me hours of stressing and re-wording.

Mind Maps! This feature is absolute GENIUS. When I first saw it (others using it on YouTube) I thought, "meh", but, since starting to use/trial the software I am BLOWN AWAY by this feature. This feature has helped me to get past some sticking points in some of my bigger/complex projects that have a LOT going on and I love how the whole thing is totally dynamic. Absolute Genius. Simply The Best! Think of a planner that was so flexible, you could use it to plan anything. Then imagine that you could also use it to communicate and collaborate, in real time, with your clients, your team or your family. Of course, you can add anyone with an email address to a project so that they don't have to buy the software. Money don't grow on trees, y'know! You like to dream of useful tools, so you add in two-way sync to your Google of Microsoft calendar so that all of those 'do-by' dates and times don't catch you out. Or the people you allocate the tasks to. Recurring tasks, whatever their frequency - yep, you'll need them too; feed the goldfish every Friday, and water the orchid every 3rd Monday! Don't want a multi-level list? Prefer a mindmap? Kaban board? Actions matrix? More? You've got it, and you can seamlessly switch between views. Hmmmm ... but what about all of my different devices? Mac, PC, tablet, phone? It would be a huge bonus if you could use all of these for your planning. OK - you've got it! What about hundreds of templates for all of those different types of planning? Saves on the typing. Well,from a simple shopping list, to planning a major project - you've got it! And if only it could be easy to use? Y'know, one of those 'shallow learning curves'? I've tried many different task organization systems and I think Taskade is the best. It's flexible and intuitive. The software doesn't get in the way of designing a project - large or small - in the best way possible for that particular project. I love collapsable node design. I've been a long-time user of Dynalist, and before that Workflowy, and collapsable nodes are very fast and efficient. But Dynalist and Workflowy and not great for teams. They are best for personal use. Taskade brings that node functionality, plus a lot more, and makes it work well for teams. In my opinion, a task manager should be flexible and simple enough that you would prefer to use it than not to. Most other systems I have tried feel like a chore. No so with Taskade. Great work, Taskade team!

I discovered this app a few years ago. At first, I was unsure about trying it because it was new compared to its competitors. However, I finally decided to give it a shot last year, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The experience was truly extraordinary, and this app continues to leave me in awe with its constant innovations. A few months ago, I had a very annoying problem. I contacted their support and they quickly fixed it. This truly helped to relieve my anxiety. I'm glad I made the switch. It's one of the best decisions I've made.

So Taskade basically solved my need for parent-child agents interaction workflow. I was just using my agent, Jarvis, to create a child agent who would perform strategic planning for a childcare program and train it with a few PDF documents. Within one chat session, I was able to do some research using the web to extract relevant information, while Jarvis helped clarify my thoughts and approach with a series of questions before producing a prompt to create the child agent. 

I really like the ability to make a selection among the custom agents I created. It really allows me to focus on the workflow without getting distracted by jumping in and out of different agents. This is an immense productivity boost, and I truly feel like I can run a startup employing these hard-working, intelligent agents who don't need to sleep or take paid vacations. I’ve ditched two of the BIGGEST names in GTD… .. to concentrate PKM & BASB here, in Taskade. I’ve had great comms with John & Ryan already whilst purchasing a plan. The app itself is on the highway to brilliance. Yes, there’re a few creases to iron out, but these guys & their team look like they know what they are about. I think this app is going to be big. The value for money is excellent. People on the fringes asking for more free stuff need to realise how much work has had to go into this. People want everything for free these days, it’s so sad to see. Thanks for the hard work.
