This course has been well worth the cost and effort to complete. My original Claude configuration was not well set up, so this course has improved things greatly. It is somewhat complicated, yet I've been able to go back and complete any needed steps to reproduce a module. I feel like I have a much much better foundation in Claude and AI tools in general. This was a worthwhile educational investment.

I was using projects to manage everything in Claude. It was a disaster. I had to constantly re-prompt simple things, and I was constantly running out of road with chats because I would hit limits. I was afraid to switch chat threads because so much would get lost in the handoff. Now, I can open a cowork session, tackle one thing anywhere in my command center, audit the session and I'm out. Work complete. And building skills and scheduled tasks has been a game changer. I went from (a-hem) 43000 unread emails in Gmail, down to like 1200 and I'm working through those with Claude and keeping up on it with my scheduled task.

Jeff's Cowork system was awesome for setting the foundation for my learning and my Claude Cowork OS. His methodology is by far the best I have found on YouTube. Thanks Jeff for putting in the hard work and time to create an awesome system and sharing it! Please keep up the well though out quality content. The internet needs more of it in this space!

Before Jeff's system: I had no Cowork setup prior to installing the AI Command Center, making this a night-and-day transformation. What Helped Most: Practical execution. Building 8 projects and 4 workstations gave me immediate momentum, while reviewing the Markdown structure in Obsidian made the overall architecture click. The Difference: My work is fully organized and documented. I spend far less time handling administrivia and exponentially more time driving tangible outcomes.

Hi Jeff - just wanted to say after several weeks of using the new system (started with your YouTube vids) that after-session audits and weekly and root file audits are making my workspace so much more efficient, smart, and streamlined. Loving it and just wanted to emphasise this for anyone who is tempted to skip them. Thank you!

Hi Jeff, Just wanted to say thank you for the course. It was excellent. Like a lot of people here, I came in already running a setup I'd built from your YouTube tutorials, so I had a solid base going in. The course took it a few levels past that. My workspace is in a completely different place now than it was before I started. I can tell how much work went into putting this together. It shows. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Before starting Jeff's course, I was using Claude like it was a search engine, prompt and re-prompting for the same thing, telling it how I wanted it to write for me. Setting up workstations within Claude, creating a voice principles file and then building out further workstations has exponentially assisted me with writing on LI, building a Sales Pipeline for a product I sell and assisting with my Job Search ... this is all pretty life transformative! Compared to before I started, work has much more hits first time, I'm enjoying engaging with something that understand what I need as quickly as I need it.

I had not used Claude or Cowork, but after moving to Google Workspace in APril, did that Academy and it was EXACTLY what I needed to set up. I was frustrated with continually repeating prompts to Gemini and not impressed with ability to positively influence my work flow. I needed help. I bought the full Academy and for the first 7 modules thought I had made a mistake. Then I got started. I am four days in and making insane progress. I am learning from explaining my context, but this system is learning with me and teaching me. I have built skills, workstations, projects, scheduled tasks. I understand what it all means from the Academy, but I feel more like I am onboarding a new team member: and they get it!! I am impressed. I still have many things to figure out, but I am less concerned now than I was 5 days ago, as I feel like I am engaged in way that is healthy to my workflow, my professional life and my larger team. Thank you Jeff! I am a frugal man, and this is worth every penny.

Hi Jeff, I just wanted to say a huge thank you. I finished watching all of your lessons today. I began to follow you in Xiaohongshu 1 years ago and have been learning AI by following along with your videos. I come from a very traditional industry and had absolutely no background in AI when I started. But little by little, I’ve managed to build my own small system, and I honestly never thought I would be able to get this far. In this video, especially towards the end, I almost cried. It really reminded me that learning something completely new takes time, and that it’s okay not to understand everything at once. Really grateful for everything you’ve shared. ❤️ Have a great ones!

Hi Jeff, your system completely shifted how I integrate AI into my daily engineering workflows. It truly acts as a seamless second brain—the work runs much more fluidly now, even if high token consumption means pushing my Pro plan to its limits. If you’re on the fence, Cowork moves AI from a simple prompt-response tool to an actual operational partner. Highly recommended.

Before, my Cowork was just an extension of browser Claude... no order - just pointing to specific folders on my desktop I wanted to work on. Moving certain cross-cutting files in and out of folders to help Cowork do it's job. Creating a whole infrastructure working from the top down, understanding the idea of Workstations, Projects, Tasks and the files within each is transformative. And the whole learning loop. This will save me a lot of time and energy and make me a lot more efficient.

I am still setting it up and not yet 100% finished with the course but IMO its a very nice Command Center to start from. IMO the most useful Lesson was Module 6. And the most important template of the Command Center are all these tiny .md files like voice-principles or reconcile skill which makes claude actually smart. As said previously I have not finished the course yet and am just setting everyhting up so no difference ritght now...

With your tutorials I already had a solid base but with this course I have managed to level up my workspace and I would like to express my gratitude for this. Thank you for your ongoing efforts and for sharing us your knowledge and skills. If you're ever in Amsterdam, The Netherlands; you'll find a student in me who is very grateful for all your efforts. my cowork setup was just adopted from your free youtube videos. I had a working setup but clutter started to buildup. When I saw the course, I immediately enrolled and implemented everything I learned. The most impactful ones are Personal Finance and Health. I even included my Clinic Finances as a workstation. Now, Clinic Finances and Personal Finances communicate with each other. I've also began included scheduled tasks to lessen the things that i have to think about.

I recently changed jobs (from classroom teacher to district level leader) and needed to rethink how I organize my work life. I took the Workspace Academy and it changed my life! The Task Zero Gmail technique alone was worth the price. Thank you for all the work you put in to building these courses, and for always under promising, and over delivering! I’ve been around teachers for over 30 years, and you are one of the best I’ve seen!

As a professional in the education/curriculum design business, kudos to you, Jeff, for making your course engaging, informative, and fun! I know not many will appreciate the blood, sweat, and tears that go into making effective curriculum, but I do, and I appreciate it. Personally, I very much appreciated the reinforcement that we don't need to have everything set up 'perfectly' right from the start and, in fact, it's better if it isn't, as the system will learn and grow with us as we use it. My Type A heart needed to hear that. Thanks again for a wonderful course and high-quality materials!

I have been using Co-work for about three months and have used some of Jeff's templates to get started. Also, I've been improvising over the last few months, and so far it is doing pretty good for me, but this course is something else. It gives me a much better understanding of the theory and the logic behind a lot of the things. In fact, I went back to my own Claude.md file, and there are some of the things that I didn't know why the replies came out a certain way that I did not like, but now, after taking the course and going back into this file, it makes much more sense. I'm able to make a much better edit on the file and get better results, so thank you. Very awesome so far.

This was a great course. Your parting words are important as I found myself throughout the course trying to think of all the ways to perfect this. Technical question: I have a MacBook but use OneDrive at work. Will placing my primary directory in OneDrive with "Always Keep on Device" work as far as you know? If there is any question that this won't work, I'll just keep this directory on my local drive.

First time taking one of your courses, and honestly, the first time I’ve ever paid for a program like this. I’ve gained so much value from your YouTube content that I decided to invest in myself here. I fell into the trap of trying to optimize my tools instead of actually getting things done. I finally came to the conclusion that buying a system thats 90% complete, and learning from that elevated baseline, is a much better choice to conquer the AI overwhelm and just start executing. Excited to be here and ready to find some clarity!

Just finished the course and I am excited to challenge my new AI Command Center. Jeff's Cowork Academy really does provide everything you need for a self-improving system right out of the box. That's the key, its a full up system with all the mechanisms to keep it tight and running smoothly into the future. I had already spent a number of months building my previous Cowork setup and was pretty damn happy with the results, but it felt like things were getting sloppy. Now I'm much more confident that I will continue to harness the goodness of Cowork, that my command center will get smarter every day, and that I have the tools to properly maintain it and avoid the pitfalls I was seeing without Jeff's help.

I only “tick” a couple of the boxes in the Academy, since I’m retired, 85, and not particularly active on social media. YouTube is about as far as I go—I’m not involved with teams or chats, and I tend to keep my email responses to a minimum. That said, I’ve enjoyed following along and have picked up quite a bit from your emails. You have a very engaging way of presenting the material, and I’m glad I took the time to participate. Thanks again, Jeff, and keep up the good work! Gary PS. I'm always eager to learn new tricks, especially Ai.

Jeff, Your work is has already started to have some ripple effects. Before enrolling in this course, I watched your YouTube videos (and others) on Cowork. I was intrigued. Great course sir! Builds well from the YT channel - I'd set up most of this from those videos, yet the extra pieces, updated and deeper resources were ace! Would love a module on Design (expanding from that video on your YT channel), and teaching HOW it can interact (if possible) with your Command Center!

The framework that Jeff has provided definitely worked to improve the reliability of outputs from Cowork(claude/memory files and routing to workstations), and avoiding having the add new context every time. Worth following and adapting for yourself. Thanks Jeff.

I have started to discover the power of 'context' when working with Claude and Jeff's setup takes that to the next level by integrating the way you think about your entire life (Second Brain) as context for what you want Claude to do next. The Cowork Toolkit is a simple demonstration of how every interaction can help Claude learn more about the way you work.

Establishing the different workstations had the biggest impact for me. I now can just start a new Cowork session and even I just vaguely touch on the subject, it feels like Claude has read my mind and routes it correctly. It's made my work with AI really efficient, because I don't feel like I need to spend time explaining things every. single. time.

In the last week since I have started using Cowork I have been able to reduce the time and stress on projects and tasks that I used to dread. The two most recent examples include using cowork with my Canva conncector to help draft an article on birding for our resort, and drafting out follow up emails to about 20 incoming clients. These tasks would have taken one to several hours and Cowork cut that time in half. If you are on the fence, I encourage you to give it a try. Once you understand how it actually works you will see it is less intimidating than you think.

The biggest impact was the setup of the system itself: CLAUDE.md, MEMORY.md, ARCHIVE.md, and so on. Sample prompts definitely helped provide the right instructions to get started. As you expected, I quickly began to build on the foundation you provided. However, for some reason, Codex was better at understanding what I needed, while Cowork required precise guidance to the point where its "intelligence" – artificial, but still intelligence, right? – started to diminish for me. At some point, the progressive reading of CLAUDE.md (root → Workspace) stopped working. That's on Anthropic. But if someone will watch your video where you describe the setup, they will likely be frustrated when they will try to setup it themselves. Ultimately, you provided what I couldn't find from other sources: simplicity and clarity. There are too many sources and too many systems – every author uses their own, sometimes needlessly sophisticated systems. To those who just starting with your setup process I would say to start slowly, adapt details to your own needs and style of working, but lean to Jeff's simple structure, always keep it in mind. If you ever feel system becomes complex – step back, return to Jeff's basics and reduce complexity: use file pointers, progressive disclosure. AI can bloat instructions up very fast if left unchecked. But very soon you'll get to the point where you'll accelerate to the point of being unstoppable.

If you've been an avid follower of Jeff since his Google Workspace tutorials and TF's PARA methodology, like me, you will find this toolkit extremely coherent and useful. I was lost in a sea of Claude Chat and Cowork sessions before this. Thanks to this toolkit, I now have a way to beautifully structure my Claude Cowork setup to take care of my OCD-like needs with the project and resources hierarchy. To top it all off, I've been able to create new projects and skills in a week's time. Thanks Jeff. Can't wait for the academy to start!

Jeff's approach to structuring Cowork with dedicated workspaces and routing maps was the missing piece for me. I could apply it directly to my own setup from day one. The "Cowork Toolkit" email course delivered exactly what it promised: seven focused lessons that go well beyond the basics. Each one added something concrete I could put into practice right away. Highly recommended. Without reservation.

The per-workstation memory + combined with the voice principles file allows Cowork to begin every conversation with a clear understanding of who I am, who my client is, and my unique writing style. This means I no longer have to reintroduce myself in every session and the time saved really adds up over the long run. Investing a week in setup pays off week after week. For solo operators like myself who often carry all the context in their heads, this system is invaluable. It helps transfer that knowledge out of my mind and into a platform that remembers it for me. Just follow the daily prompts in order and you’ll see the difference.

I've managed to easily build a workflow that continues to learn, is specifically tailored to individual tasks; this in turn avoids context bloat and keeps my Cowork usage down. I've been using Jeff's system for just over a week and it's already embedded into my daily activities. No need to constantly update project reference files within chat, wondering which version is in which project...this system just steamrolls into architecture that remembers context across conversations, self-audits and updates it's memory files to stay current, whatever I'm working on. If you're doubtful, you've nothing to lose - try it and I'd doubt you'll go back :) Keep up the great content Jeff!

The Personal Finances Workstation let me see my finances in a whole new light. It categorizes everything much better than even my own bank's app, and corrections are much easier to make as well. Jeff's Cowork setup flow is so easy to follow and showcases exactly how powerful Claude Cowork is. I've used ChatGPT and Gemini before, but never got goosebumps the way I did watching Claude analyze my own writing and pull out not just my writing quirks, but insights into my core personality. I can't wait to build on top of the foundation that Jeff has provided to automate more of my life and do more personal research and writing that I never thought I had enough time to do. Now I do, thanks to Claude and Jeff's tutorials.

Jeff's Cowork tutorial opened the floodgates for me as I worked through the simple steps he outlines to start with a solid foundation. I've been able to accelerate my use of Claude now because of that framework and mindset based on structuring memory and overall contexts. I've already built and delivered a v1 application and am 75% through building another within my first week of using Claude Cowork with Jeff's tutorial guiding me.

The set up really helped me wrap my head around how everything is engineered. Most importantly it set me up for future success. Now that I understand how co-work functions, if I ever have a bug I can easily troubleshoot it. Thanks Jeff

Learning how to create a powerful working structure based on workstations and projects that uses cascading instructions has been one of the most relevant things I have learnt. It has definitely convinced me to use Cowork as my daily companion from now on.

I created the AI News workstation to sort out and summarize AI newsletters flooding my Gmail inbox. Fits Cowork OS nicely. Looking forward to growing it up. Thanks, Jeff!

The YouTube video made me finally get a Claude subscription to use Cowork. I was already digitizing myself with markdown files, but I needed a system. The toolkit gave me that system that writes itself over time, with clear actionable instuctions to set it up.

I believe you shared with us knowledge about creating a persistent and growth-proof system/structure to be used in practically any situation we have. thanks for that ! I have created a robust structure, with minor variation (I have created local memory and Claude MD, because for this specific workstation created it should have its own language, behavior, knowledge unrelated to the main one (mine).

This was the first time I really understood what Cowork is able to do and how important it is (and how) to build a good architecture. I have since built my own tax-reporting workspace, and am setting up different workspaces.

I have been following Jeff’s stuff for a long time, but this is the first time I truly felt like I had a grasp of my regular AI flow. For so long it’s been watching videos, reading posts all from different people, and just trying to merge it altogether. But it was a mess. With this system, I can hit new task inside Claude Cowork and I know when I’m done with that task. I will still be as organized as I was before the task began.

I guess the part about voice was the best for me. I am not sure yet where my current projects should be. I mean, I do have several projects about products. Should I create a Products HQ? But I really liked the content and the knowledge about Cowork

I've been trying to develop a Claude Cowork-driven workspace but didn't know how to make it consistent. Jeff's Cowork OS helped me achieve that consistency and an easy ability to build it out more than expected.

I'm a Gemini guy. At work, I'm a perplexity guy. So there was no reason to try Claude Cowork, but as Jeff Su's follower on YT, I saw the video and got interested, tried using and now Cowork is my main AI tool. As Antigravity user, I still use Antigravity for vibe coding, but Cowork is for all other activities. My final take is: You have to try this tool. It is nothing like any other in the market right now and probably will cover most of your needs.

The biggest impact has been the inbox-to-bookkeeping pipeline. Raw scans land in one folder, get triaged once with a naming convention and status marker, then ride a single rail: tracker entry, payment-run XML per company, banking-app import, a trigger phrase flips them to paid, and the same trigger bundles them into a weekly handoff package for the bookkeeper. The same receipt stopped getting touched seven times. Day-to-day: I run weekly payment runs across eight entities by typing one phrase. Edge cases hold cleanly too — when an account needs topping up first, the XML waits, the tracker stays in "in export", and a doubled reminder (scheduled task + calendar) sits there until I act. For someone on the fence: the value isn't the folder structure, it's that short trigger phrases fan out into deterministic steps you'd otherwise do by hand. Two things make the setup worth it specifically — workflow rules live in one file and Cowork keeps every running scheduled task in sync with them, and the routing table means new files know their own home, so you stop naming folders. My recommendation: commit to the inbox + tracker loop first and ignore the rest. Once that one loop saves you an hour a week, everything else clicks into place on its own.

Didn't expect to get so much out of a free email list. By the end of the week I had a real system with focused "workstations" for email, Slack, finances, travel, business comms. Each one knows my voice, my context, the people I work with, and how I like to work. I was building workstations and projects on my own after just a couple of examples. Once you see the pattern, it clicks. The session audit skill is genuinely satisfying. You don't just finish your work, you leave the system a little better each time. It compounds fast. Jeff's "little bit every day" approach made that possible. This setup gets better the more you use it, and I can't wait for the full course.
