A week ago I had no idea this course existed, I immediately got it so that I may use the knowledge to work on my upcoming classes I just signed up for. OMG this Google Keep system is a real GAME CHANGER. I have always massively struggled with notes. Using iOS has always failed me and Notion is sooooo slow to start creating quick notes - so I ended giving up on notes and used a mix of Slacking myself key points or whatsapping myself ideas or links. Why I find Keep a gamechanger is that it just opens up so fast and unlike other tools it doesnt give me the temptation to make the note look super clean and formatted. The labeling system both in Keep and Drive is the big value I find from this course as the way you do it really streamlines everything. Thank you Jeff!!

I started using Google Keep ages ago. I didn't have consistent system so mine was a mess. My attempts to clean up everything failed. The legacy tag is simple neat trick to start fresh without needing to fix older notes as first step. There wasnt a way to do this to old tags, i had 213 tags i had to delete them one at a time. Feels good to remove decades worth of clutter that was taking up prime real estate!!

I specifically appreciate the Goog Drive files management, for years I was trying different ways of organizing, but what you presented seems to be beautifully intuitive. The idea of having project folders within area folders is so simple and powerful.

The workspace academy is digital life transforming! I’ve tried PARA several times with different tools but just cannot get it all together. sort of get my Google drive filings setup now, moving towards the task and keep parts now, i’m an Evernote+ Todoist user, hopefully things will blend in well. Although I still struggle to put this into action as I tend to be someone who prefers speed and simplicity in managing my inbox (i.e. 'The less folders the better' - Ready Only and Action Item), it does make me think about how I can think about my future state inbox productivity, especially as my job/role increases in complexity despite the current approach serving me well today.
