The biggest benefit is the rapid creation of a functional prototype of the system, which I have been looking for for more than 15 years. In the past, I tried to apply GTD principles in the Microsoft Office 365 environment and later in Google Workspace Enterprise, but the range of tools was very insufficient for effectively reducing cognitive load. I had to remember the system in every single program or tool in the Microsoft or Google environment and their mutual relationships, and in addition, I had to use external applications such as Toggl or Trello. Insufficient management of the system of reminders and views on currently necessary tasks and information that I need to know at a given time created extreme stress for me from the fact that I might miss something important. I also resigned myself to trying to design such a system by programming my own application, even though I had a complete functional specification draft and precise case studies for which it was intended. My IT development capabilities and the excessive costs of development through external IT developers discouraged me from this step. I was very disappointed that Google has not developed a service similar to Notion in over 10 years that would integrate all of its Google Workspace tools. Instead, they have added a lot of useless tools that I don't think anyone uses. Notion is an extremely practical tool for quickly prototyping backend and frontend management focused on quick setup and immediate use for execution. This is a really fantastic discovery! I want to continue with the paid version of the Notion Toolkit and set up my management cockpit exactly according to my needs based on the great foundation of the Life OS Command center! I already know that I have found the right platform and the next part is when I have to learn how to use it so that it fulfills its purpose and so that I can fully devote myself to my diverse activities from creative, through development to privacy and managing my healthy lifestyle and nowadays also digital detox. Thank you very much Jeff for your videos and tutorials and I am already looking forward to my progress using your other toolkits for Google Workspace and AI! Great job!

The daily short and practical lessons, which you broke into small pieces that people felt achievable, and could see that it has been done. 2. Love the "Relationship" concept of how things can be put into different databases, but all interconnected with ease as well. The reason is fairly simple - Only those who felt the pains could see the benefits this toolkit is going to address, and the needs to take actions ^_^.

I truly appreciate the command center. I am struggling with how to integrate new pages automatically to the master todo list. I am enjoying the concept of a notes landing zone. Most relevant for me is the relational links on projects to bring areas and resources together. I am struggling with the hidden areas and resources. The search works but I still have to know contextually what I need to find it. Or at least remember I had it especially when I archive. It would be great just to have a date order led list of all resources and area pages with the title to quickly screen. Maybe this is the use for the AI I keep putting off upgrading But if you take nothing from this feedback. Take this. Thank you for sharing your expertise and imagination with me. I was stuck before seeing your approach and explain how to use Notion And the second brain. I am getting older. Starting to slow down. And this has provided me hope. One last ask. Is there a way to easily integrate screen reading. I am losing my vision. Speechify does okay but it is still clunky and does not work great with the desktop version to help activate all the features.

As a beginner, I am constantly amazed by the capabilities of Notion and Jeff's incredible teaching style. His explanations are clear, engaging, and incredibly helpful. I've had a Notion account for the last two years but have never used it. I found it to be too complex and didn't know how to start using it effectively. Instead I used Evernote and Todoist. Your toolkit, with it's simple and clear steps helped me start using Notion. I especially liked the setup of master databases for tasks and projects instead of creating individual databases for each project.
