Really helpful kit and sequence to get set up with Cowork, though I wasn't willing to put all my financial data into an AI tool on Day 4! The principles worked though and I have have built out other workstations. I'm continuing to explore and build on what you provided. Thanks Jeff!

Great Cowork Toolkit! Jeff does a great job at teaching how to set up workstations and projects in Cowork so that you can manage your tokens. I like how the emails were spread across a week so that you can learn a little each day by following along. Great starter course and Jeff is an excellent teacher and he clearly expains things in simple terms and with step by step visuals.

In the last week since I have started using Cowork I have been able to reduce the time and stress on projects and tasks that I used to dread. The two most recent examples include using cowork with my Canva conncector to help draft an article on birding for our resort, and drafting out follow up emails to about 20 incoming clients. These tasks would have taken one to several hours and Cowork cut that time in half. If you are on the fence, I encourage you to give it a try. Once you understand how it actually works you will see it is less intimidating than you think.

The per-workstation memory + combined with the voice principles file allows Cowork to begin every conversation with a clear understanding of who I am, who my client is, and my unique writing style. This means I no longer have to reintroduce myself in every session and the time saved really adds up over the long run. Investing a week in setup pays off week after week. For solo operators like myself who often carry all the context in their heads, this system is invaluable. It helps transfer that knowledge out of my mind and into a platform that remembers it for me. Just follow the daily prompts in order and you’ll see the difference.

The Cowork Toolkit for me worked out to be a perfect intro to Claude Cowork: Jeff explained the basics, gave a comprehensive view of the chat/workspace/project differences, and helped with setting up all the necessary files like CLAUDE.md and MEMORY.md. Now I can store all the context without explaining it to Claude every time from scratch — awesome time- and nerve-saver :) Thank you, Jeff!

Knowing about Claude.md and Memory.md has really helped my interactions with Claude. The voice principles md is also valuable and worth investing some time to understand. Following this course will get you where you need to be faster, with all the info you need presented in one place over the course of a few days.

Awesome approach! Love this format. I was initially confused by the toolkit terminology "HQ", "Workstation", and "Project", but used my own terms instead. Unfortunately, my hard drive died, eating all my Cowork work! (Really could use a tip there if you have one.) Once my PC is repaired, I'll do this flow all over again...it was that good. Learning how to create a powerful working structure based on workstations and projects that uses cascading instructions has been one of the most relevant things I have learnt. It has definitely convinced me to use Cowork as my daily companion from now on.

It has been wonderful. I am still in the process of seting up many other workstations but this is slowly coming to fruition. Can't wait when the systems actually start helping me to save time!

The biggest impact was the setup of the system itself: CLAUDE.md, MEMORY.md, ARCHIVE.md, and so on. Sample prompts definitely helped provide the right instructions to get started. As you expected, I quickly began to build on the foundation you provided. However, for some reason, Codex was better at understanding what I needed, while Cowork required precise guidance to the point where its "intelligence" – artificial, but still intelligence, right? – started to diminish for me. At some point, the progressive reading of CLAUDE.md (root → Workspace) stopped working. That's on Anthropic. But if someone will watch your video where you describe the setup, they will likely be frustrated when they will try to setup it themselves. Ultimately, you provided what I couldn't find from other sources: simplicity and clarity. There are too many sources and too many systems – every author uses their own, sometimes needlessly sophisticated systems. To those who just starting with your setup process I would say to start slowly, adapt details to your own needs and style of working, but lean to Jeff's simple structure, always keep it in mind. If you ever feel system becomes complex – step back, return to Jeff's basics and reduce complexity: use file pointers, progressive disclosure. AI can bloat instructions up very fast if left unchecked. But very soon you'll get to the point where you'll accelerate to the point of being unstoppable.

Really great system, Jeff Su really knows how to stay organized. This is something that has not helped me at smaller scale but has helped me when my work has started to scale. I have been following Jeff Su for a while and this AI workflow is a gamechanger in how you store AI memory. Great thing

Claude knowing my context from the get go every single time is a huge time-saver and also has improved the quality/capabilities of my workflow. It does take some time to set it up but the more I use it the better it gets!

I've managed to easily build a workflow that continues to learn, is specifically tailored to individual tasks; this in turn avoids context bloat and keeps my Cowork usage down. I've been using Jeff's system for just over a week and it's already embedded into my daily activities. No need to constantly update project reference files within chat, wondering which version is in which project...this system just steamrolls into architecture that remembers context across conversations, self-audits and updates it's memory files to stay current, whatever I'm working on. If you're doubtful, you've nothing to lose - try it and I'd doubt you'll go back :) Keep up the great content Jeff!

I've been trying to develop a Claude Cowork-driven workspace but didn't know how to make it consistent. Jeff's Cowork OS helped me achieve that consistency and an easy ability to build it out more than expected.

This was the first time I really understood what Cowork is able to do and how important it is (and how) to build a good architecture. I have since built my own tax-reporting workspace, and am setting up different workspaces.

The YouTube video made me finally get a Claude subscription to use Cowork. I was already digitizing myself with markdown files, but I needed a system. The toolkit gave me that system that writes itself over time, with clear actionable instuctions to set it up.

I believe you shared with us knowledge about creating a persistent and growth-proof system/structure to be used in practically any situation we have. thanks for that ! I have created a robust structure, with minor variation (I have created local memory and Claude MD, because for this specific workstation created it should have its own language, behavior, knowledge unrelated to the main one (mine).

I came in sceptical that a 7-day email course could do much. What I actually built was a working AI system that knows how I write, triages my inbox twice a day, and has specialist "workstations" for everything from investment analysis to legal review. The Cowork Toolkit is the only AI course I've taken where I finished with something I actually use every day.

The toolkit helping build workstations and workflows was extremely helpful. I am running a rental/event planning company and was spending a lot of time planning deliveries, coordinating delivery crews, and drafting load lists. I was able to automate this with workstations to utilize the Chrome extension and then build these items out for me automatically. This saves a ton of time and allows for me to decrease the cognitive burden of these lists.

Not sure if it was a specific part, the sum of the parts is where the power lies. Anxious to start getting more details setup and just use this more.

Jeff has a wonderful teaching style and really introduced the basics and the logic of co-work very well. I layer co-work on top of Tana Outliner, and it's just an extraordinary combination. Jeff's thought process has helped me open up a world of possibility in working with my Tana setup.

If you've been an avid follower of Jeff since his Google Workspace tutorials and TF's PARA methodology, like me, you will find this toolkit extremely coherent and useful. I was lost in a sea of Claude Chat and Cowork sessions before this. Thanks to this toolkit, I now have a way to beautifully structure my Claude Cowork setup to take care of my OCD-like needs with the project and resources hierarchy. The Personal Finances Workstation let me see my finances in a whole new light. It categorizes everything much better than even my own bank's app, and corrections are much easier to make as well. Jeff's Cowork setup flow is so easy to follow and showcases exactly how powerful Claude Cowork is. I've used ChatGPT and Gemini before, but never got goosebumps the way I did watching Claude analyze my own writing and pull out not just my writing quirks, but insights into my core personality. I can't wait to build on top of the foundation that Jeff has provided to automate more of my life and do more personal research and writing that I never thought I had enough time to do. Now I do, thanks to Claude and Jeff's tutorials.

I have been following Jeff’s stuff for a long time, but this is the first time I truly felt like I had a grasp of my regular AI flow. For so long it’s been watching videos, reading posts all from different people, and just trying to merge it altogether. But it was a mess. With this system, I can hit new task inside Claude Cowork and I know when I’m done with that task. I will still be as organized as I was before the task began.

Jeff's Cowork tutorial opened the floodgates for me as I worked through the simple steps he outlines to start with a solid foundation. I've been able to accelerate my use of Claude now because of that framework and mindset based on structuring memory and overall contexts. I've already built and delivered a v1 application and am 75% through building another within my first week of using Claude Cowork with Jeff's tutorial guiding me.
