This cold, AI-driven generation of content lacks humanity. - To draw successful posts, follow the structure: a strong hook, share a personal or client-based narrative or offer a valuable observation, and end with a compelling next step. - Try chatting on LinkedIn with voice messages – they cut through the noise and feel more human for your clients.

I found this book incredibly valuable in clarifying the role of unique positioning. It not only outlines the importance of differentiation but also provides a clear process for professional services firms to implement it effectively. The return on investment for getting your positioning right is undeniable, and this book makes that case convincingly. I highly recommend the audiobook. It’s a concise listen at around four hours, or just three hours at 1.5x speed, which is how I absorbed it. Well worth the time.
