Highly recommend to anyone looking for a practical framework on prospection.
I particularly liked his take on the nascent role of AI with regards to prospection.
Prospection must remain personalized and thoughtful to be effective, so he recommends staying away from:
❌ Automated messages
❌ Automated replies
❌ Automated comments to post
On the other side, AI is great for:
✅ Filtering for the right people
✅ Brainstorming outreach ideas
✅ Summarizing facts about a lead
My quick takeaway: for automation and AI to yield results, the prerequisite is always having a deep understanding of your process and its variables.
