I joined The Arena because I was at a point in life where I was looking to see what was next, and I thought it would be a good boost for me. It has been so much more than just a boost; it has challenged me to the core in how I lead myself and others, and encouraged me to level up in more ways than just leadership, character, and communication. The Arena has been a huge game changer for me. The weekly calls and monthly summits have given me access to such incredible resources and insight into the minds of world class leaders. I never fully grasped that understanding myself at a core level and how to communicate to different archetypes could have such a seismic shift in all aspects of my world. Since joining I have noticed a huge shift in the ways I move through challenges not only in the business world but in my personal life as well.

The Arena has been so life-giving. The insightful and powerful conversations at The Arena have helped shape real-time leadership decisions that have benefited me and the teams that I work with. We also laugh a lot! Not only do we get mind-blowing wisdom but The Arena is also so much fun too! Being a part of the community at The Arena has been one of the greatest gifts this year.

Every week, I walk away from our Arena sessions challenged in every area of my life! I’m challenged mentally, spiritually and even emotionally. I’m a better version of myself, because of the Arena and the people in it!
