The biggest insight I gained through coaching (with Couch!) is to trust my instincts. And to learn to appreciate someone else's POV or motivations in a given situation, especially when managing people. One HUGE thing that I feel differently about is empowering my team to do their own work while supporting them in other ways than just covering their workloads myself.
