And while I have worked in venture-backed startups, PE-backed companies, and large multinational Fortune 50s, most of my senior leadership experience has been in the latter where functions often work in silos and even executive roles can be boxed into a narrow and overly specific view of a large business. The CRO Collective live cohort provided an environment for a more generalist look across all go to market functions through live discussions and project-based problem solving for businesses facing touch challenges requiring C-Level, cross functional thinking and strategy to come to solutions. Additionally, the frameworks covered were excellent take aways that I plan to implement in real time.
