Dr Holland is one of a kind! I've been suffering chronic pain for over 6 years and have tried numerous treatments from various practitioners, with none being able to completely rid me of my symptoms. I have been on a journey with Dr Kirstey and I wouldn’t be in the place I’m in now without her help and support.
I came to Kirstey feeling dreadfully unhealthy, physically, emotionally and mentally. I was recovering from a debilitating illness I had never even heard of before I was diagnosed, major surgery as well as all of the confusing changes that come with menopause. I had liver impairment from the medication I had been on, I was suffering from anxiety, nausea and headaches - I didn’t know where to start.
I took the Dutch test and Kirstey recommended some supplements and I started on my journey with regular coaching and acupuncture sessions.
I started to sleep better and feel more ‘together’, I was more in control of my emotions and functioning better in my life. All along Kirstey was gently trying to educate me about gut health and diet however food had always been a comfort for me and I wasn’t ready to address my unhealthy diet.
Recent blood test results however finally made me realise it was time to make a change. I finally had the confidence to try out Kirstey’s food protocol. I have to admit I was nervous having always suffered headaches and nausea if I don’t eat regularly but I felt ready to try.
Well I started about 6 weeks ago and am so excited to say its going better than I ever imagined it could!
The first few days I lacked some energy but had no cravings, headaches or nausea at all, I was just so surprised how easy it has been. I was in shock at how different I felt compared to starting diets I had tried in my younger years. I used to be preoccupied with food, mid morning I would be looking for a snack and a coffee, now I have my supplements in the morning and my loaded hot chocolate drink or a smoothie and then I usually don’t think about eating until about 1pm. I now know what hunger pangs actually feel like.
Most importantly I now feel like my gut doesn’t rule my life! I feel less bloated and I have more energy so I have started doing some regular gentle exercise. It’s a continuing journey but I feel like I am on my way to a much healthier me.

I went to the Holland Clinic after seeing several doctors, who were patronising and would not listen to my concerns. Dr Holland listened and reassured me, saying I knew my body best. She immediately ordered tests, which proved my concerns were well-founded, and treated me for those issues and my other conditions. I have now been seeing Dr Holland for several years and feel all the better for it. She has consistently listened, treated me holistically, been supportive and provided a safe, caring environment in which to receive treatment. She draws on a wealth of skills and knowledge, which she keeps up to date, and gives a lot of energy to her patients. I highly recommend Dr Holland.

Dr Kirstey has completely changed my life. I came to her burnt out and feeling bloated and inflamed. She was the only Dr who requested tests at the deepest level. She not only fixed my gut and helped me lose weight and maintain it off, but she educated me on my hormones and how to supplement myself. After 3 years of walking around feeling puffy, stuffy and with complete brain fog, I thought that was just what my early 40's was. But then I found an angel.

I am so grateful to have bitten the bullet and reached out for help last year. The change in my body but also my inner voice I would never believe could happen. What can you say about the Holland Clinic. I have been a patient for over 3 years and Ive never seen this as a Dr and patient relationship. I have been having regular treatment from Dr Holland for autoimmune Disease that was diagnosed 12 months ago - her treatment helps support my immune system and chronic pain while on very strong medication to treat Lupus and sjrogren’s syndrome! Dr Holland has given me the ability to have hope in achieving long term health, wellness and vitality goals during a tough time in my health journey- I always leave the clinic feeling better than I entered and have not had a hospitalization in over 12 months! I became a client of Kirstey's at The Holland Clinic after a colleague at work strongly recommended her to me. From Rock Bottom to Feeling the Healthiest and Happiest in my Life!
After suffering three unexplained miscarriages in two years I had hit rock bottom emotionally and physically. My dreams of having a family seemed beyond my reach and I had lost all confidence in my body. I had had every test under the sun and had been told by doctors and fertility specialists that my partner and I were healthy and there didn’t seem to be any medical reason for what we had experienced and just to keep trying. I needed a different opinion and approach and luckily I was recommended to go and see Dr Kirstey Holland.
From the moment I phoned up, Kirstey and her team made arrangements to see me as soon as possible, despite the fact that she was going on summer holidays in a week. Kirstey looked through all my previous blood tests and medical results and uncovered things that she believed would help me reach my goal of having a healthy full term pregnancy. For the first time in two years I left a health clinic with a plan and a better understanding of my body, and what it needed to function in the best health possible.
I started a three-month program that included supplements, herbs, healthy eating and weekly acupuncture. 12 months ago I entered the Holland Centre and I knew I had come across something wonderful after my first consult!!
After suffering Post Traumatic Stress, post natal depression and weight gain, I was looking for a natural way to work through these health problems I was experiencing!! Kirstey very boldly and honestly told me 'you are broken into many pieces and I will work on putting you back together again' 'you will lose the weight and never put it back on' and true to her word, I lost 17kg in three and a half months, I Gained energy levels, that I thought was never possible again, and have started to work through my PTS and PND!
The initial consultation is very thorough and Kirsten really works to get to the root of every problem with in your bodies different systems!

Kirstey Holland is the most wonderful TCM practitioner. She absolutely radiates all aspects of wellness, which you instantly "catch" just by being in her presence.
She has guided me through my pre-natal health, my pregnancy and now my ongoing post natal health, and I can honestly say that I owe much of my acceptionally healthy pregnancy, birth and recovery to her.
Kirstey is definitely the guru of her field- using up to date, evidence based practices and knowledge. She is warm and non-judgmental and gives you her undivided attention - after each session I felt empowered to stay healthy and strong.
I honestly couldn't recommend her enough. Whether you have specific issues that need addressing or you just want to be the best version of yourself - especially before conception and during pregnancy - Kirstey is your girl!!!

Hi 👋 my name is Delina Herreen 56yrs with Menopause, and the MTFR gene, no Gallbladder, Intestinal Metaplasia also a Cervical Cancer and Chronic Fatigue Survivor. From Rock Bottom to Feeling the Healthiest and Happiest in my Life! After suffering three unexplained miscarriages in two years I had hit rock bottom emotionally and physically. My dreams of having a family seemed beyond my reach and I had lost all confidence in my body. I had had every test under the sun and had been told by doctors and fertility specialists that my partner and I were healthy and there didn’t seem to be any medical reason for what we had experienced and just to keep trying. I needed a different opinion and approach and luckily I was recommended to go and see Dr Kirstey Holland. From the moment I phoned up, Kirstey and her team made arrangements to see me as soon as possible, despite the fact that she was going on summer holidays in a week. 12 months ago I entered the Holland Centre and I knew I had come across something wonderful after my first consult!! After suffering Post Traumatic Stress, post natal depression and weight gain, I was looking for a natural way to work through these health problems I was experiencing!! Kirstey Holland is the most wonderful TCM practitioner. She absolutely radiates all aspects of wellness, which you instantly "catch" just by being in her presence. She has guided me through my pre-natal health, my pregnancy and now my ongoing post natal health, and I can honestly say that I owe much of my acceptionally healthy pregnancy, birth and recovery to her. Kirstey is definitely the guru of her field- using up to date, evidence based practices and knowledge. She is warm and non-judgmental and gives you her undivided attention - after each session I felt empowered to stay healthy and strong. I honestly couldn't recommend her enough. I have been having regular treatment from Dr Holland for autoimmune Disease that was diagnosed 12 months ago - her treatment helps support my immune system and chronic pain while on very strong medication to treat Lupus and sjrogren’s syndrome! The Holland Clinic offers a full 360 view of your health. On my first visit Dr Kirstey Holland was professional, hopeful and displayed genuine empathy and understanding. I was referred by a special colleague, who knew I had multiple influences/impacts on my overall health. I had always been an athlete but after necessary surgeries/surgical menopause at 47, Dr Holland was the only practitioner who explored the most beneficial therapies for my body to heal. In addition I was listened to and aligned with a sensible day to day regime to bring back mental clarity and be my best rejuvenated self. The testing and treatment is world class. I became a client of Kirstey's at The Holland Clinic after a colleague at work strongly recommended her to me. Dr Holland is one of a kind! I've been suffering chronic pain for over 6 years and have tried numerous treatments from various practitioners, with none being able to completely rid me of my symptoms. I experienced unexplained pain throughout my body and suffered from head numbness as well as neck and eye problems. This resulted in me experiencing debilitating levels of stress. My body was slowly declining, and I didn't know how to help it. I began experiencing irregular menstrual cycles, which led me to research hormone specialists. I found Dr. Holland and decided to give her a go. I'm so glad I did. She has a wealth of knowledge in women's health. She thrives on helping women experience higher levels of vitality as we age. I have been on a journey with Dr Kirstey and I wouldn’t be in the place I’m in now without her help and support.
I came to Kirstey feeling dreadfully unhealthy, physically, emotionally and mentally. I was recovering from a debilitating illness I had never even heard of before I was diagnosed, major surgery as well as all of the confusing changes that come with menopause. I had liver impairment from the medication I had been on, I was suffering from anxiety, nausea and headaches - I didn’t know where to start.
I took the Dutch test and Kirstey recommended some supplements and I started on my journey with regular coaching and acupuncture sessions.
I started to sleep better and feel more ‘together’, I was more in control of my emotions and functioning better in my life. All along Kirstey was gently trying to educate me about gut health and diet however food had always been a comfort for me and I wasn’t ready to address my unhealthy diet.
Recent blood test results however finally made me realise it was time to make a change. I finally had the confidence to try out Kirstey’s food protocol. I have to admit I was nervous having always suffered headaches and nausea if I don’t eat regularly but I felt ready to try.
Well I started about 6 weeks ago and am so excited to say its going better than I ever imagined it could!
The first few days I lacked some energy but had no cravings, headaches or nausea at all, I was just so surprised how easy it has been. I was in shock at how different I felt compared to starting diets I had tried in my younger years. I used to be preoccupied with food, mid morning I would be looking for a snack and a coffee, now I have my supplements in the morning and my loaded hot chocolate drink or a smoothie and then I usually don’t think about eating until about 1pm. I now know what hunger pangs actually feel like.
Most importantly I now feel like my gut doesn’t rule my life! I feel less bloated and I have more energy so I have started doing some regular gentle exercise. It’s a continuing journey but I feel like I am on my way to a much healthier me.

She immediately ordered tests, which proved my concerns were well-founded, and treated me for those issues and my other conditions. I have now been seeing Dr Holland for several years and feel all the better for it. She has consistently listened, treated me holistically, been supportive and provided a safe, caring environment in which to receive treatment. Dr Kirstey has completely changed my life. I came to her burnt out and feeling bloated and inflamed. She was the only Dr who requested tests at the deepest level. After 3 years of walking around feeling puffy, stuffy and with complete brain fog, I thought that was just what my early 40's was. But then I found an angel.
Dr Holland came into my life when I thought I was needing to work on something else, yet the thing I needed to know and understand is why my health was declining, I was doing all the "things" but not getting the results. I am so grateful to have bitten the bullet and reached out for help last year. The change in my body but also my inner voice I would never believe could happen. What can you say about the Holland Clinic. I have been a patient for over 3 years and Ive never seen this as a Dr and patient relationship. I think that Dr. Holland is awesome. I came to her for issues with menopause, weight gain, and overall feelings of fatigue and she is very knowledgeable, personable, and has very specific solutions to the problems that I have been having. I have been having regular treatment from Dr Holland for autoimmune Disease that was diagnosed 12 months ago - her treatment helps support my immune system and chronic pain while on very strong medication to treat Lupus and sjrogren’s syndrome! Dr Holland has given me the ability to have hope in achieving long term health, wellness and vitality goals during a tough time in my health journey- I always leave the clinic feeling better than I entered and have not had a hospitalization in over 12 months! Her understanding of the body and how it’s complicated systems work is incredible. Not only does she treat her patients, she empowers them with knowledge & choice! Forever grateful for the incredible work she does to keep me strong and healthy 🙏🏼

Dr Holland is an amazing practitioner and warm and wonderful woman who cares about her patients and getting results. She is knowledgeable and experience and gets to the root cause quickly and is skilled in building you up to face whatever challenge may come your way. Anyone experiencing fatigue, grumpiness, loss of motivation and energy should get onto one of her programs as they will change your life. Highly recommended!

She is the only doctor able to isolate the root cause of my hormone imbalances and deficiencies. I became a client of Kirstey's at The Holland Clinic after a colleague at work strongly recommended her to me. I was experiencing female-related health concerns that were causing me stress and anxiety, and I desperately wanted to treat it to the best of my ability with a holistic approach and leave surgery as a last resort. I took my concerns to Kirstey, and I've never looked back. She acted quickly, validated my concerns, developed a realistic and achievable care plan, and dealt with my immediate issues in a proactive manner, providing support, relevant advice, and some TLC along the way.
The biggest benefits I gained from working with The Holland Clinic were a clear overall improvement in my health, and also having other underlying health issues such as sleep, weight, and anxiety/stress addressed and supported in a holistic, proactive, women-centred approach to care, from an attentive provider.
Having a proactive health practitioner who is now my 'go to' for all health issues has changed my life and perspective on my own healthcare. Wow after many years being reluctant to take friends' advise and try kinesiology I found Liz @ The Holland Centre.
Now I cannot wait for the next session ...
Liz has helped not only my physical being but also my sprit to take its place in my life ... one that I am sure it was struggling to find. For the first time I have listened to how my body talks to me and the world around me. Anyone struggling with life "stuff" just have one session with Liz and you will be writing a review like this !

From Rock Bottom to Feeling the Healthiest and Happiest in my Life!
After suffering three unexplained miscarriages in two years I had hit rock bottom emotionally and physically. My dreams of having a family seemed beyond my reach and I had lost all confidence in my body. I had had every test under the sun and had been told by doctors and fertility specialists that my partner and I were healthy and there didn’t seem to be any medical reason for what we had experienced and just to keep trying. I needed a different opinion and approach and luckily I was recommended to go and see Dr Kirstey Holland.
From the moment I phoned up, Kirstey and her team made arrangements to see me as soon as possible, despite the fact that she was going on summer holidays in a week. Kirstey looked through all my previous blood tests and medical results and uncovered things that she believed would help me reach my goal of having a healthy full term pregnancy. For the first time in two years I left a health clinic with a plan and a better understanding of my body, and what it needed to function in the best health possible.
I started a three-month program that included supplements, herbs, healthy eating and weekly acupuncture. 12 months ago I entered the Holland Centre and I knew I had come across something wonderful after my first consult!!
After suffering Post Traumatic Stress, post natal depression and weight gain, I was looking for a natural way to work through these health problems I was experiencing!! Kirstey very boldly and honestly told me 'you are broken into many pieces and I will work on putting you back together again' 'you will lose the weight and never put it back on' and true to her word, I lost 17kg in three and a half months, I Gained energy levels, that I thought was never possible again, and have started to work through my PTS and PND!
The initial consultation is very thorough and Kirsten really works to get to the root of every problem with in your bodies different systems!
A combination of diet, supplements, Chinese medicine, and accupuncture has honestly worked miracles I never thought possible in such a short time! I started to feel strong again, and with Kirstey's belief in me that I could do it, I rose to the challenge! Her utmost confidence in me when I was losing all hope, is a treasured gift that I will be forever grateful for!! Her program works!!!
