What a wonderful, caring and knowledgeable practitioner Dr Holland is! It is an absolute joy working with her and so glad I found her after months and months of walking around like a zombie, feeling tired and burnt out. I’m a working mum of two active boys and everyone I saw before contributed my symptoms of fatigue, poor sleep, lack of motivation and various aches and pains to just being normal part of being a working mum and juggling work and life. But not Kirsty! With her extensive knowledge, understanding and guidance I am feeling so much better. Difference in just a month has been amazing and I am looking forward to having my energy back rather than feeling like just rolling over and playing dead each day!

It's a light bulb moment when you're lucky enough to embark on an enriching health journey with Dr Kirstey Holland. :) I've struggled with chronic pain, inflammation, insomnia, and hot flushes for several years and was super keen to become more proactive in improving and maintaining my health.

After 3 years of walking around feeling puffy, stuffy and with complete brain fog, I thought that was just what my early 40's was. But then I found an angel.

I am eating all the foods I normally would, I am maintaining my lifestyle with a few small changes but nothing dramatic!

However, the best part is I have an ongoing personalised program created by the knowledgeable, caring Dr Holland. She is an angel, in my corner the whole time supporting me and helping my wings grow from a Butterfly to Tinkerbell!
