I'm very new to The HoLt and wanted to share my early recommendation for the community Lea has created. As soon as I was in (through Backdoor Barry, and because I'm not a kn0b!) I was completely floored by how much there is inside - so many resources already there waiting for you, plus new masterclasses every week that are recorded if you can't make them live. The hive-mind inside the community is also so strong - you can ask a question about pretty much anything and HoLT members will provide options for answers. All of this knowledge, information and expertise alongside what is a very warm, welcoming and genuinely supportive community. Lea has created something that serves to lift people up, and I definitely felt that as I entered. I don’t fit into most places, not just because I’m taller than most domestic fridge-freezers.
I’m certainly not the right shape to progress in a corporate environment (I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard this, verbatim)
But the HoLT is different.
It’s like having experts in all the things you don’t know you need to know, but they are all wonderful humans at the same time. Like a community of badasses lifting each other up and helping each others businesses flourish.
I genuinely think that this community is a look into the future of industry, where big business is actually surprisingly small but fantastically connected and ethical by default.
I have asked questions about all kinds of subjects and the HoLTies have been incredibly gracious, knowledgeable and kind at every turn.
I didn’t expect Lea to be as active as she is in the community but she is never delayed in engaging or responding, I particularly like the weekly engagement questions which might seem like a small thing but the sense of community that comes from learning about everyone’s randomness is another thing that I absolutely love and again makes me feel like a part of something.
I am still in my corp role but because of the HoLT, for the first time I can really picture not being employed which for someone dripping with autism, is a huge thing.
Turns out the safety net for the next stage in my journey is The HoLT and the community of utter legends.

I’m certainly not the right shape to progress in a corporate environment (I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard this, verbatim)
But the HoLT is different.
