Anyone looking for career fulfillment; life fulfillment; community; answers; an amazing leader/mentor; or just pure JOY ... should join The Syndicate! And yes, that was intentionally meant to include anyone and everyone. :) I had been following Pam Yang and benefitting from her thought leadership and inspirational content on LinkedIn for a long while, so I had high hopes and a deep curiosity to experience what a community built by her would entail. I also wanted to be involved in the mission to bring an "elite", world-class level of career mentorship and tools to a broader and more diverse group of people than traditionally have access to such resources and networks. I was not disappointed! It was clear to see why many individuals and companies big and small had valued Pam's time and leadership enormously, in educating and building brands; communities; and building up careers one by one. I loved the community aspect and I deeply connected with Pam's philosophy around exploring the "why" behind our career and life goals; understanding them on a deeper and more meaningful level, and how inextricably linked those career and life fulfillment goals are. I can't wait to stay connected to this community and recommend it strongly to one and all!

I was GEEKED to join The Syndicate because of my passion for supporting fellow WOC/AAPI women founders. It was so valuable to learn from Pam's facilitation & from the course, I now have a strategic life plan I'm obsessed with & proud of. My favorite part was the gamification & positivity in a safe space where I was cheered on as a rockstar - the humility & collective empowerment is so real!
