I had one set of cleaners come on day 1 and that job was unsatisfactory. I let them know and they had another cleaner come the next morning at no additional charge. The second cleaner, Maria G, was amazing! She made sure everything was perfect before leaving. I called on a Saturday to schedule a cleaning for 3 bedrooms (including blinds and ceiling fans), 2.5 bathrooms and a media room . They were able to fit me in today. Donna showed up on time and worked all day on my request. She did a great job getting everything done. I washed the bedding for 2 of the beds and put the sheets in the bedrooms the night before. She took it upon herself to make the beds. That extra step was very much appreciated. I would not hesitate asking for Donna in the future.
