Like many managers, I was promoted to this position because I demonstrated proficiency in all the skills required in the office. The one skill I lacked, however, was management experience. This program has been incredibly helpful in developing my managerial skills and in motivating my team throughout the process. 

I am so thankful that my owner signed us up for it. Adam has done an amazing job asking questions we didn’t even know we needed to answer and helping us see the bigger picture when it came to structuring our business. He never tore us down; instead, he was always extremely encouraging and productive along the way. 

The weekly meetings were very beneficial, and I always left them considering new perspectives.
