I enrolled "Thought Leadership Coaching" program with the goal of becoming a better speaker; I unexpectedly gained much more than that. With Lucia's guidance, I discovered my true motivation to become a speaker. I always asked myself, If speaking in front of people makes me anxious, why do I want to do that? Is ego? Am I looking for recognition? But then, in one of our sessions, under Lucia's guidance, I realized that my true motivation is to share knowledge for the greater good because I am a believer that with knowledge we could fight corruption and become a better society.
