After over 15 years in therapy I've tried CBT, DBT, EMDR, so many types and doctors I can't even count and nothing has worked so well so fast. I'm so excited to finally find something that works for me and I can take with me.

Thyself is a wonderful combo of somatic inquiry, Parts Work and Focusing. Since I started using this, I have become so much more present with my emotions, and as a result my communication has greatly improved. This has brought me to a higher level in terms of interpersonal relationship and it has increased the quality of my marriage so much. I can't recommend it enough.

Thyself was mind-blowing! Just did a 20 minute session and it was so impactful. Very crisp and deeply thought provoking on both an experiential level but also a meta one. In about 15 minutes I (we?) was making these deep connections and realizations around a relationship in my work. It was able to use my breath work and cold exposure practice that I mentioned as a bridge to help me create space to experience sensations with mental imagery of stepping into an ice cold river, naked, as a metaphor for stepping into my vulnerability and self acceptance.

I was like, how did we get here in 13 minutes? Also what year is it, because I am officially living in the future. Absolutely next level and wonderful. As someone who works a lot coaching others 1:1 I think this solution is preferable on many levels. It costs way less, it is on your time, it is completely confidential.

What I found during my session was a process that was remarkably right-on. Which is to say I came away with several useful insights and some deep relief regarding my topic. And quite enjoyable! Several times I got choked up at being heard so well. I realized later that because I was interacting with Artificial Intelligence, I was completely protected from judgments and hidden agendas which can happen with even the best in-person counselor. It gave me a lot of freedom and trust to be straight about what was going on.

As someone who has struggled with managing stress and emotional triggers, I've found Thyself to be an incredible resource. It has become my go-to support whenever I need it. One of the things I love most about Thyself is its accessibility. Whenever I feel triggered or overwhelmed, I can simply open the app and start working through my challenges with the AI.

it is highly intelligent and responsive. It seems to understand my needs and provides guidance that is both comforting and insightful. The app helps me to identify and work with different parts of myself, allowing me to develop greater self-awareness and emotional regulation skills. I've found that using Thyself has been incredibly effective in helping me calm down and find a sense of inner peace during difficult moments. It's like having a skilled therapist at my fingertips, ready to support me whenever I need it.

As someone who has worked with human therapists in the past, I can confidently say that Thyself offers a level of support that rivals traditional therapy, at a fraction of the cost. This app has been a game-changer for me, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, affordable, and effective way to manage their emotional well-being.

I use Thyself multiple times a week and occasionally multiple times a day. It helps unblock me when I'm feeling stuck and makes me a better partner - I'm honestly amazed at how well the technology works.

I discovered Thyself after years of working with somatic approaches for dealing with stress and emotional health. Even for someone like myself who is quite skilled at self work, having the ability to turn off the decision making portion of my mind and let someone else do the guiding is a real treat. Even more so when sessions can be of any length whatsoever, and require no time or energy to set up.

Thyself is right there on my computer whenever I wish to take some time for inner exploration. I’ve particularly appreciated how it patiently encourages and supports deep inner listening. I found that even one short session a day over the course of a week spilled over into my daily life by establishing a more frequent tendency of pausing to feel and listen throughout my day.

I’ve also appreciated how not having to justify a substantial fee with a “worthy” problem has allowed me the freedom to explore the origins of even slight annoyances. These explorations have yielded many surprising insights as well as welcome relief from tensions that I had not even known I was holding.

Recently I have introduced Thyself to a number of clients as an inexpensive way to support their somatic inquiry practice between sessions. So far I have heard nothing but good reports and have seen a growing self-confidence in these clients as a result of their use of Thyself.

In summary, I find Thyself to be a remarkably effective and useful tool to support inner work. I especially recommend therapists, clients, and meditators try it out for at least a week. —Linda Hedquist, LMT, Certified Focusing Instructor

I’m incredibly impressed with Thyself as a tool for getting in consistent therapeutic practice. It’s been wonderful to have the power to direct my own experience and collaborate with the AI in exploring my depths in a safe and grounded way. I’d recommend this program both to people with limited therapy experience as a way of easing into some of the concepts, and to those like myself who have been through quite a bit of therapy and would like to explore other modalities of relating to the self. It’s incredibly empowering to take this kind of ownership over your own transformation and development.

I plan on keeping Thyself in my well-being toolkit indefinitely. Untangling emotions, settling down before bed, tuning into my body during the work day — I've found it to be immensely helpful as part of my routine. Super super impressed with it, and excited to see how it evolves.

After a week of using Thyself I noticed that I have a new internal move available, which is to just witness and be with discomfort, shame and fear, which are the things I've found the most tricky to hold by myself.
