I have to congratulate you on what is probably the best service that your competitors can only aspire to. My original order was shipped and delivered ahead of expectations, unfortunately the porcelain cutting disk was broken. Not a problem, a quick call and all resolved and a new disk delivered the very next day. Will certainly use again and highly recommend others to give this company a go as I believe they won't dissapoint...

I received the the wrong item and contacted the seller by email containing a Jpeg image of the incorrect item and the original order. I received an email response within 24hrs containing an apology and promise of a replacement with the correct part immediately. As promised I received the correct part within 24hrs. I can't review the item as it is a spare cutting wheel for a tile cutter which is not required at the moment but the service from Tiles & Trims was exceptional and i will certainly use them again

Purchased a Montolit Master Piuma tile cutter and after experiencing some cutting issues, having never used this style of cutter before, we phoned David at Tiles and Trims to ask for support.
