If ever there was a tool that was fit for purpose -- this is it! We needed a simple solution to easily share bookmarks across our team. What we got was so much more! Firstly, the UI is clean and intuitive, so we didn't need any time to get it set up. I love that the bookmark reference can be edited to make it easy to know what the link is, as well as having the option to show just the icon or the url if we want. The ability to sync to Google Drive, Dropbox and OneDrive is also stellar and it worked in one click. The best thing is that despite all the features, it is not bloated or slow. It just does what it says and I does it quickly. Love it!

It's the perfect little helper when you want to quickly jump in and watch something — it makes my day so much easier. But, it's not just that, it also has wikis, well done and intuitive. I just purchased this yesterday and so far it is saving me time. I love the ability to add a webpage widget to a group. That allows me to quickly see that the site is up and running without having to go to it. I was able to set up quick links to my clients sites within a group I created for each client. That way I don't have to have their sites open in my browser all the time like I currently do. I found a couple of minor bugs and reported them, they were quick to respond and are working to address my reports. For me, I found no need to go past level 1 as I do not have a lot of employees, but for larger companies, you will need a higher level.

The idea of creating Tixio is absolutely brilliant. It's exactly what we all want, all-in-one for both personal and business purposes. I love that i can keep all my formatted notes together with my bookmarks sorted by categories, as well as my daily to-do lists that only need to tick the box, and i can use advanced tasks for my job where i can set the deadline, priority and current status of each project. Really i couldn't ask for more. The only two things that i'd love to see improved: - Slow response of the interface/site. I've tried Opera, Firefox and Brave - all three showed same slow speeds (for a split second i see something like pre-loading of a default layout before any of my content loads). Hopefully that improves in the future. Even if not, i'd still use Tixio, it's so great and unique. - Would be great to be able to copy the link from a bookmark with right click menu. Sometimes i need to send a link with whatsapp or by email and to copy it i have to switch from icon view to list view and click edit, then switch back to icon view. Quite a lot of clicking:) But, seriously, i think it's one of those projects that will go far, it's like Windows Start menu but for your browser. Thank you for bringing it to AppSumo!

Tixio is really great. I use it so far mainly for the creation of wikis and to keep to-do lists. Despite the range of functions, the interface is very tidy. You can quickly find your way around. Everything is structured very logically. Problems encountered / Questions: 1. The search function works for me only for the boards and files, but not for the wikis. Am I doing something wrong, or can wikis not be searched for a specific term, or are only the folders searchable? 2. When I insert bookmarks directly in a bookmark widget, often no favicon is inserted. With bookmarks that I insert via "Quick save" function I do not have this problem. 3. In a wiki page I tried to insert a Gist link via /embed option (https://gist.github.com/... -- GitHub Gist: instantly share code, notes, and snippets.), but this was not possible. It gave the following error message: "gist.github.com has refused to connect". What could be the reason for this? On the whole I am very happy with the software. Tixio is on his way to something great. 5 tacos for sure!

I tried a lot of workstations to centralize my links, ideas and texts for my subscribers, but I had never been 100% satisfied. Tixio changed the done and it’s a revolution! I also needed to make the distinction between my personal projects, the one for the company I work for and the joint projects with friends. And finally find my workspaces when I’m on the move. Tixio allows all this and much more! - attach your drives (Google Drive, drop Box and one drive) - Creating wikis pages; - know the precise statistics of the users (their clicks etc...) - Lists of tasks - Open multiple tabs with one click - And lots of other functions that will save you time PS a Google Chrome app is even available, for more efficiency in your work! And all this in an unthinkable ergonomics! Test it and you will not be able to do without it;) Congratulations to the designers!

Better than Taskade, Upbase, and others. It is, even as the features are still coming. A mind map tool will make it even more powerful.

I've been looking for an app to help me navigate the multiple projects and many files I have... and tixio has turned out to be the solution I needed. I'm actually just using it for my own internal organizing, without sharing externally, because I find that it structures my workspace in a way that I can move from project to project, and find what I need right away. For example, for one eLearning development project, I have a Board with a space with all of the links I need to access tools and assets. I have a checklist with the production steps and one for the marketing steps. I use the notes to keep track of discussions with clients, so that I can jump into the project without "relearning it". It's not particularly fancy - and it feels a little clip-arty with the use of emojis. But it's efficient. Simple to get your head around. I have ADHD - which in my case means that my creativity is boundless but it's challenging to bring things together when pieces of the puzzle are scattered in different places. Tixio is reassuring... it allows you to know where to find things when you need them. Finally, I need to salute the customer service. I made a mistake and thought I had lost my files. They were immediately responsive. That was so reassuring. Anyhow, if you just want to breathe a little and bring some order to you workspace, this is an offer worth jumping on.

I have multiple project management tools, but Tixio is one that might become my favorite. It is easy to use, and I can add as much, or as little as I want. I really like that I am able to design the layout of my own workspace by adding widgets. I don't like that it only comes with one workspace included in the deal. 1 is ok for the tier 1 deal, but tier 2 should include 2 workspaces, tier 3 should include 3, and so on. If that were the case, I would have gotten tier 2 or 3, but since it isn't, I will stick with tier 1 for now. You can get more workspaces but then you have to pay extra.

I use it as a bookmark manager. I have tried many different apps, but this one is the closest to my ideal. It does three things: bookmarks are icons, icons with titles, and the site itself can be attached. Bookmarks vary in importance, so their representation needs to be varied. If it is a major site, just an icon will do. Also, if you are registering Amazon, and you are registering product A and product B, you don't want the same icon. An icon with a title is preferable. If it is a minor site, you will forget what kind of icon it was, so the method of putting the site itself as it is, which allows you to know which site it is in one shot, was revolutionary. At the same time, tasks and notes can be added, so the dashboard will be clear at a glance which tasks need to be done and which sites need to be viewed, making it easier to get the job done. I thought it was an ideal dashboard app, with functions for managing tasks and projects, and for linking with onedrive and other applications.

tixio looks very promising, its already a very cool all in one solution for online business runners, managers, entrepreneurs, webpreneurs, content creators, etc. and tixio lite looks neat, sleek, and tidy. whitelabel is all i am waiting for, and hopefully the tixio lite is whitelabeled as well. and itll be amazing if you can also chat with team on tixio lite. eg at university, the lounge, is where you chat, have fun, etc, and in the classrooms, thats where work is done. tixio, and tixio lite feels the same. hope tixio team add more amazing features like voice chats, password managing, etc.. since you will be having links of multiple tools you use, once you add the links or embed them on your widgets or bookmars, tixio will automatically manage them, and team members can straight away access the tools, once you give them access to that board. i dont know hopefully theres a solution to this, because you have so many passwords to each tool, and sharing them with each member or client again and again, and then once contract is finished with some members or clients, you have change password again for security, etc...lol just wishing for a truly all in one but whitelabel, cname those means a lot as a business, hopefully they come soon. thank you.

I am a contractor and work with a number of unrelated companies. With this product, I have created a page for each company and am able to separate my life easily. I have been waiting for something like this for ages. I am now organised and on top of a heavy workload - thanks 5tacos all day from me.
