It is constant.....with 2 steps forward and 1 step back... on a daily basis. It has been four months since I started learning from Tom Bilyeu. I joined Impact Theory University all access in order to learn how to grow myself and my business exponentially. I was stuck at the same level in my business since 2021 and unable to find a way. Then I came across Impact Theory University which I joined immediately. This is one of the best decisions I ever made. I was selected for a Hot Seat Session with Tom and had the best coaching of my life in those thirty minutes.I learned to focus on growing my profit margins, cut down unnecessary costs and weed out people from my sales force who were underperforming. Before that I was just focused on growing my revenue but now I am focusing on growing my profits as they are the life blood of any business. This I did by analysing which products and strategies were generating the best results. I also have learned from Tom a great deal about Mindset from his Mindset Course. Joining Impact Theory University four years ago has completely transformed my life. The community's support was invaluable, and starting with a 100-day challenge, I transitioned into four years of 90-day goal-setting cycles. I was a person with vague clarity on my goals, and lack of self confidence regarding business desicions, my workshop was a complete mess was a reflection of my insides Now I have clarity, I implement and I see progress in my process as a person and as a business Progress : I have digital inventory now, production process , we make a final dummie before starting production and in some cases depending the client a dummie for pricing the project. Also we are working on a new source of income , wich is having our own canvas and leather line wich we are working on brand and how to comunícate with our nich and pricing process and also viability of costs etc. Impact in my life: I regained the structure I use to have I finish what I start, I have lost 30 kilos in 1 year by being consistent and gained the love for study again and wanting to know more to improve more and that gives me peace

Before I encountered Impact Theory I was running a business that gave me no joy, in an industry that delivers a negative societal outcome. I’m not driven by money for money’s sake, so I was in this state of limbo, and every adversity that came my way felt like the final nail in the coffin for the business, and my mental and emotional health too. Since dedicating myself to learning about what Tom has to say, I have not only been able to get myself back in the drivers seat of my business, but I now have the confidence and gusto to take on a challenge I never considered possible- steering my industry in a better direction. I now have a belief system that picks me up when the world is crashing down around me, and I have far more actionable tactics at my disposal to sharpen my business’ output. I have a much clearer view of what the landscape of business, culture, and society in general actually looks like, which I consider to be a super power. I’ve always had high self esteem, but the life I had built for myself was sucking my mental health like a leech.
