Unmatched content. this is not your typical "do this" "do that" course. I learned a lot. He also teaches how to write best code and reduce complexity. How to fight for your design choice and getting support. I was getting tired and this course helped me with performing at principal. Great storytelling skills. 

Last year, I took Taha's coaching to land role at Meta but after the first year, the year of intensity is way beyond coding. I went back for coaching but Taha offered this course as it is 10 times less in price with the same value. My manager says my work is improving and I am working with PMs and leads directly. It’s built for engineers like me, and Taha’s advice is so straightforward and real. The part on holding people accountable was a big one for me. Highly practical course but the advice is highly unconventional. Taha talks about how to take everyone with you, even your manager who is not coorperating. I tried the victimhood framework on one junior and she took responsibility of her mistakes. I can also clearly see what my company wants and where the pm is going wrong. I have taken several leadership trainings at Microsoft and Meta. In some ways, this feels like challenging the way of things. It looks like Taha is on a mission to show you the right way to lead. His teaching style is so personable and makes things easy to understand and stick. You'll definitely see improved conversations. 

Taha has a way of teaching that’s completely addictive. I kept replaying parts of the lessons because his storytelling is amazing. This isn’t some pep talk about being nice. He shows you how to spot what’s going on in a conversation, understand the emotions driving it, and use that to build trust. Also, I wasn’t expecting to watch "everybody loves raymond " in a leadership course :) Taha uses these moments to make you laugh, but then it clicks. It’s impossible not to get it. Rare to find someone who teaches leadership like this.
