Unmatched content. this is not your typical "do this" "do that" course. I learned a lot. He also teaches how to write best code and reduce complexity. How to fight for your design choice and getting support. I was getting tired and this course helped me with performing at principal. Great storytelling skills. 

Powerful course! Love the people-centric focus, the material feels aligned with my view on leadership, which I love! Extra points for the funny, but pertinent video samples that drive Taha's points home.

My best investment of 2025. This course should be taught in universities. It is the missing piece in how to engineer systems while your work gets visibility. I like when Taha says, "If your work is not visible, you're working for free." I learned how to find impactful work and keep people in the loop without slowing down or playing politics.

This course transcends typical advice, offering a deeply personalized journey towards career growth. Taha first helps you to understand the core. He understands engineers REALLY well. He highlights examples in engineering that are tried and true patterns that are applicable in this situation. The examples lend credence to the steps that should be taken. Then, he breaks down next steps, which is extremely helpful. The rapid advancement I achieved from Top Engineer feels like a secret passage to level up your growth.

Last year, I took Taha's coaching to land role at Meta but after the first year, the year of intensity is way beyond coding. I went back for coaching but Taha offered this course as it is 10 times less in price with the same value. My manager says my work is improving and I am working with PMs and leads directly. The course is dense and packed with practical exercises. I recommend watching one video per week.

Incredible content. A lot of useful information and actionable items. The insights are powerful: I realized some negative patterns I've been running with my career. Now it's time to change that. And thanks to this video, I can start working that, and as Taha says: first fix yourself, then help other (like in the plane with the air masks). The course is what you expect from Taha's content - raw unspoken truth with easy to follow instructions. Just the first two videos changed the way I approach team work and then he goes into how to go beyond your team and talk about your work. I’m not someone who’s super into leadership stuff. I just want to be good at what I do. But this course surprised me. It’s built for engineers like me, and Taha’s advice is so straightforward and real. The part on holding people accountable was a big one for me. Highly practical course but the advice is highly unconventional. Taha talks about how to take everyone with you, even your manager who is not coorperating. I tried the victimhood framework on one junior and she took responsibility of her mistakes. I can also clearly see what my company wants and where the pm is going wrong. Taha has a way of teaching that’s completely addictive. I kept replaying parts of the lessons because his storytelling is amazing. This isn’t some pep talk about being nice. He shows you how to spot what’s going on in a conversation, understand the emotions driving it, and use that to build trust. Also, I wasn’t expecting to watch "everybody loves raymond " in a leadership course :) Taha uses these moments to make you laugh, but then it clicks. It’s impossible not to get it. Rare to find someone who teaches leadership like this. 

Impressive. I was casually browsing and started watching the first lesson on ownership. Taha is a great coach. He gave new lenses to understand people when they don't make sense. Throughout the video, I had several moments of goosebumps. I understood why my way of going about challenging people was misunderstood. The framework on listening is something I have seen before but he taught it in a different way. It makes sense and works. I highly recommend you to watch this course.

This course addresses the elephant in the room: you can learn leadership, but it's a lonely road and it's a lot of effort. Not for everyone. Or, for the ones who believe that the success factor #1 is always the people. On this, if you are in tech and will to move into leadership roles, Taha gives you a very specific and special point of view about drama, ownership, and how to manage your fiancée if she has a nail in her forehead :)
