This course is your answer to the "year of intensity" at Meta. Taha showed me how to understand people better , understand company strategy, and see things even some of the pms and tpms didn't know. I started applying them right away as I love the way he explains things and his storytelling is so engaging. Even my better engineering tasks are making a huge impact. Simply brillant and thank you.

Highly practical course but the advice is highly unconventional. Taha talks about how to take everyone with you, even your manager who is not coorperating. I tried the victimhood framework on one junior and she took responsibility of her mistakes. I can also clearly see what my company wants and where the pm is going wrong. I used to be scared on saying these things but now i feel my power. Looking forward to more content Taha. Keep up the good work.

The course is what you expect from Taha's content - raw unspoken truth with easy to follow instructions. Just the first two videos changed the way I approach team work and then he goes into how to go beyond your team and talk about your work. I have been doing that and more and more upper management wants to put me on high visibility projects. Thank you Taha.

He understands engineers, and shows you how to work with your emotions so you can work with people. The video on tech debt and design discussion is something you have heard about but he shows you using tools on how to apply it.

My best investment of 2025. This course should be taught in universities. It is the missing piece in how to engineer systems while your work gets visibility. I like when Taha says, "If your work is not visible, you're working for free." I learned how to find impactful work and keep people in the loop without slowing down or playing politics.
