I bought a Falcon Computer back in 2014 that was still working well in 2023, but I was still on Windows 7 and realized there was plenty that I was missing. I didn't have the budget to buy a completely new computer from Falcon. But, Jacob with their support team offered me a lower cost solution to upgrade what I have! Was super helpful the whole way through! I won't buy a computer anywhere else but from Falcon! Their support is unmatched and my computer is still going strong! Which is a huge testimony to the quality of products they use and recommend!
