It is very hard to quantify the team health in a proper way BUT this is what TReE Team Scan achieved. The tool gave us the ability to visualize our current team state with concrete areas to focus on. My opinion is that the TReE Team Scan is an excellent tool that provides measures of the teams capabilities to work together and to get through different aspects of the work process. If I had to describe the experience of filling the form with few words, they would be "well organized" and "fast". The questions were: - pretty self-explainable; - well grouped and the transition between the topics was not big; - prefilled with answers that give good ideas for selection; - short and not so time-consuming to answer; The results are well structured and easy to understand, plus they are a good topic to have a conversation with your teammates for possible improvements or just to remove the doubt that you are not doing great! I would gladly do the TReE Team Scan again as I think that it should be done at least once a year or maybe more often when there is a "big change" in the team.
