I certified in True Tilt many years ago, and am busy going through re-certification now. I love the refresher and uplift and new insights it's bringing me. I have used Tilt365 assessments with many individuals and teams and haven't found any other assessment as accurate as this is. It's uncannily accurate and often results in a wry, slow headshaking, smiling acceptance of the truth of what people uncover about themselves. I also love the improved understanding and mutual acknowledgement of skills and behaviours that results from the team assessments. It is a truly remarkable tool.

Back in 2022, I transitioned to a new team where my leader introduced the TILT365 framework. I remember thinking, “Oh boy—here’s another flavor-of-the-month concept.” I had low expectations and assumed that within 3–6 months, the excitement would fade and we’d return to business as usual. However, after completing my initial TILT assessment, I was genuinely intrigued by the level of detail and insight in the report. It shifted my perspective—I decided to lean in and explore what more I could learn about myself and others. Fast forward three years, and I’m a true believer in TILT. I’ve grown into a team leader role, where I now train others and create activities to keep TILT alive within my team. Whenever I start to feel out of sorts, I use the Agility Growth Tracker to better understand and validate what I’m experiencing—it’s become an invaluable tool for self-awareness. It helps me stay grounded, self-aware, and intentional, especially during challenging moments. Today, I’m not only a strong advocate of TILT, but also an active champion within my team. Hello my friend! There are no words to describe what yesterday meant to our Leadership Team. People are still processing, although I have received several “Wow!”s from the team. I am looking forward to conversations with each team member next week about their key nuggets from the session. Special thanks to Dan, Katherine, and Amanda who always seemed to chime in at just the right time to add something significant or release the emotional tension just enough with the group to allow the vulnerability in the room to remain open. After researching the Tilt approach, I had built the value and importance of yesterday so highly in my mind that I was not prepared for the experience to actually exceed my expectations. What a blessing it was. The one-one-ones with everyone you had prior to yesterday was huge. We were able to hit the ground running (and boy, did we!). Yesterday, and the preparations by everyone ahead of it, started something special for us. I am contemplating having the two “Nancies” and me becoming certified trainers so we can fully and perpetually integrate the concepts and language into the organization as we continue to grow.

Tilt365 assessments are essential if you want to effectively work with individuals and teams! It helps to understand yourself and others better, work efficiently together, and actively move in the same direction. It provides a common language to understand one another, while also finding ways to stretch and grow. You are not just one type. You can activate other parts of your character qualities to match what is needed for the situation or environment in front of you. Tilt is a foundational part of my work with teams. The teams I work with love the framework Tilt provides for a shared language and a common goal of agility and balance. The Laser Coaching Masterclass had a profound impact on me. It shifted my focus from trying to solve the client’s problems to partnering with the person in the coaching relationship. I completed the True Tile Personality Profile Assessment In 2024. The assessment gave me incredible clarity on my natural strengths and tendencies. It helped me better understand how I show up in different situations — both when I’m at my best and when I’m under stress. I’ve already started applying what I learned to improve how I collaborate with my team and approach challenges. I learned that I thrive on creating order, setting clear goals, and following through with consistency — but I can sometimes get stuck in over-planning or resist change when things feel uncertain. The assessment helped me see how my strength in building structure can be a huge asset for teams, but also reminded me to stay flexible and open to new ideas.
