When I joined a new cybersecurity startup from a larger company, I expected a drop in Sales Enablement quality. Boy, was I wrong! From guided onboarding, which helped a single sales leader onboard over a dozen reps, to the weekly enablement call with the whole sales org, Andrew and Unstoppable delivered the goods. Through effective use of modern engagement tools, Andrew led short workshops that packed a punch - combining 10-15 minutes of sales skill theory up front with break-out sessions to practice the new skill immediately. The follow-up calls-to-action also helped put these newfound skills to use in the field immediately - effectively pulling off one of the trickiest challenges in sales enablement: bridging the gap between knowledge transfer and behavior change. I learned a lot as a seller, picking up new techniques around - effective storytelling (with the prospect Champion as the Hero of the story) - Differentiating the pitch in a way that sticks with prospects - Building a mind map for common objections (and a process for continually refining how to address them) My favorite element to the engagements with Andrew is how well he knew the specific cybersecurity product category and buyer personas HIMSELF, bringing to bear his deep experience in the industry. Andrew's credibility led to a much higher impact than even the best sales-generalists could deliver.

Andrew led multiple workshops during my time at Axis with every lesson building on the idea of humanizing the sales process. Building compelling customer stories, intertwining value discovery into presentations, and simplifying messaging from Andrew's training all led to massive wins for myself and Axis as a whole. Andrew puts together excellent and engaging workshops to help all levels of sellers. It’s important to stay up to date on the latest sales strategies and how to best communicate with prospects. The training helped me sharpen up my skills and to remind me to value sell, find the right audience, and to speak their language as it aligns with what I’m selling.

Andrew worked with myself and my sales team at a small Cyber Security company. His training is the perfect mix of the tried and true sales methodology + strategy. Combined with the new wave of how to sell the value of SaaS and the navigation of more and more red tape and procurement processes. It is a great lesson in how to get to the root cause of a pain point properly and then understand the priority for the individual or organization to make a change. Uniquely, Andrew has a great way to leverage and deliver customer stories to prospects so that they feel that we understand their challenges and can solve them. Highly recommend any workshop session that Andrew offers.
