I've loved every moment of the UYSP program. It's been invaluable for my growth as both a sales professional and a person, and I speak highly of it whenever possible.
During my first month, I was able to find and use POV content in the course, crafted a message to the CEO based on the framework, called the CEO, delivered the message, and closed the deal in 24 hours after wrestling with the champion for the last 2 months. The commission on that deal paid for half the course in under a month.
Adopting the 12-week year methodologies was also a huge ROI for me from a planning and execution standpoint.

Ian, thought you'd like to know that I just surpassed my year 1 ramp quota, AND I was able to pull in my last deal without having to deal with the stress of the last week of December. Sitting at 106% and planning out Q1 currently.
I closed a 3 year, $500k/year ACV deal just 14 WEEKS after starting at my new organization. This is the first full platform net-new purchase in company history and puts me at #9 globally for the year. I'm so grateful for this program - both from a confidence and execution perspective. Looking forward to continued growth and success!

I'm happy to report that I've had highest-income I’ve ever made, this year. I’m in the best shape mentally and physically, and what’s surprised me most is how often we talk about life — not just sales. The perspective I’ve gained extends beyond quota. It’s changed how I show up, period. Some of the course content is clearly geared toward large enterprise, but a lot of it applies beautifully to MM. I’ve learned to adapt the strategy to my world — and with ChatGPT, I can now build messaging in 10 minutes that used to take hours. If there’s one thing I’d say: this program isn’t just about sales tactics. It’s about mindset, execution, and staying grounded in the long game. And that’s what’s made the biggest difference.
