I started the discussion by telling Jeff how, while creating portfolio case studies, I kept getting caught up in content-heavy frameworks and linear storylines. Jeff emphasised against being drawn into a presentation of the "ideal process" and helped me see the importance of staying true to the project actual process. Applying the 2-minute storytelling method, Jeff suggested an approach that I found easy to implement and still effective: divide the case study into five to six distinct portions. Jeff provided his expertise and advice in a very palatable manner, offering concise advice in a straightforward manner that was supported by anecdotes from his personal experience.
