Taking the fundamentals course for leading an ERG group was an incredible experience. The training will help me a lot in the actions of the group I lead at Primient.

All I can say is WOW!!! The Foundational Training content was so relevant for my work as an ERG leader. There were so many times throughout the training that Verbate labeled something I'd been grappling with and not only conceptualized it, but provided actionable guidance and a variety of tools for my future usage. 

The content was incredibly balanced between well-organized virtual sessions, meaningful breakout sessions, references to takeaways to come back to later, and longer term access to further content. The Verbate team's hard work to provide such an impactful training leaves me already looking to sign up for the next session.

The Verbate Foundational Training cohort was super eye-opening as I dive deeper into my ERG leadership journey. Prior to my current role and company, I had no ERG experience. By the time I joined my current company, ERGs had been dormant for a couple years and ERG management just fell under a couple departments as side work. So when I started supporting ERGs get off the ground, including the LGBTQ+ ERG I co-lead, my manager and I had to kind of just figure it out. 

This cohort was super helpful in understanding the ins and outs of what it takes to have a successful ERG program, even for a smaller company who may still be establishing the groups. It gave me something to aspire to and create goals for my company. On top of that, the community of leaders was helpful in understanding context and hearing what worked and what didn't. You learn a lot from the resources, but the community helped show it in practice and give unique ideas of how to apply what we have learned. I highly recommend the Verbate training to other ERG leaders, and will be pushing ERG leaders at my own company to take advantage of the opportunity.

Over the last four weeks I've gained an extensive understanding of how to manage a successful ERG. Not only did I get access to a ton of amazing resources, but the Verbate platform is amazing for networking and collaborating. I am so beyond grateful for this opportunity and am so excited to use the knowledge I've gained here in my organization. Thank you Anisha and Armen for such a wonderful experience!

This program absolutely exceeded my expectations! From the very first class, I was blown away by Anisha and Armen's deep understanding of this space. They addressed our unspoken questions and provided practical frameworks and best practices to elevate our ERG programs. 

The Resource library is one of the best I’ve seen, giving me new tools that we can use in our organization. The course was well -structured, easy to follow, and incredibly impactful. When you work in the ERG space you have a lot of questions like, “Am I doing this right? How to we engage employees? Are we even making a difference?" This course will not only put your mind at ease but also empower you with new ideas and tools that are designed to propel you forward. I loved connecting with other passionate ERG leaders in the breakout rooms. It was nice to have real conversations about our shared challenges and learn from other amazing, caring people. 

I highly recommend Verbate to anyone who is interested in taking their ERG program to the next level. It is worth way more than the investment. Verbate is a catalyst for enhancing your organizational impact.

Verbate was the answer to exactly what Jazz was looking for! Our ERG volunteers were craving tools and resources to support their passion, and Verbate provided a space and platform to allow our team to engage in a meaningful way that we believe will have a lasting impact. 

The Foundational Training cohort was the perfect jumpstart that provided our group with the confidence to lead their respective ERGs, as well as pride in the work they have done thus far. We look forward to leveraging the community as the year progresses, and truly value the opportunity to connect with other ERG leaders to learn (and shamelessly snag their great ideas - ha).

Verbate's ERG Leadership Growth Program has created substantial impact for the leaders of our internal Communities. They've gained foundational knowledge, best practices, and frameworks to use in their leadership roles, which has enabled them to align their strategies with larger business objectives.

Additionally, they've been able to join a global network of ERG leaders, all working to build similar solutions in their respective workplaces for the communities they represent. Having access to professionals who are also leading internal employee networks provides a level of collaboration and community that is deeply needed in this space, which is why I'm grateful for Verbate creating this program.

As an ERG and DEI&B program manager, I have received feedback from our leads on how the ERG Leadership Community & Program has influenced their strategic thinking. They report that the sessions offered in-depth strategies for planning, structuring, and advancing ERG initiatives that they hadn't previously contemplated. The success measurement framework was particularly appreciated, with the ERG Lead Performance Review worksheet earning special praise. This program allows ERG leaders to reflect on their accomplishments and skills gained within the group. Our leads believe this data can be used to emphasize the career benefits of an ERG, thereby encouraging more participation.

I found out feeling safe in your group is huge. I didn't fully appreciate the reality of this fact until hearing things shared in our breakout sessions. I'm an ally for several ERG's and did not fully appreciate the fact that others could resent my participation. So, groups should plan for members only meetings and ally included meetings as well. (To truly grow and make a difference we all need allies).
