I really enjoyed the class. I had gotten really sick right before (not COVID) but damn, it kicked my butt. The timing of this class came just as my 4 day fever broke. The sessions were just enough for my body and felt really good. I imagined my illness being gently rolled out of my body. Four weeks later, I'm still only at about 80%, but I really feel like the 12 days of this class really helped me.

Hi! I initially joined Aligned Life for the roller workouts because my body was called to it. I was struggling with breathing fully without raising my shoulders, my breath was shallow and tight. I saw a Dr who prescribed an Inhaler. I knew in my gut it wasn't the antidote and there was more to uncover. I had been following Lauren for years and suddenly was called to purchase a yearly subscription. I started rolling my back every day and within days I was breathing with complete ease! So much crunchiness released! So when I learned of the Pelvic Floor course, again, my gut lead the way and I signed up! I expected to feel more in tune with my body but I didn't expect to release stuck emotions or feel the joy I did after a session. Lauren has a way of creating a calming space much like hanging out with a friend, and so I found myself looking forward every day to what we might do together. I somehow managed to create ease & flow while also gaining confidence When the follow up calendar of workouts was released I was ecstatic. I love having a tangible guideline and every day I look forward to the workout. I am liking the differences I am seeing in my figure & I am considering cancelling another workout method I have been doing for the past 12 years because I feel that I am getting everything my body & soul needs from all of the content in the Aligned Life Studio. Dear Lauren and team, it is hard to put onto words what the course has done for me. I am 72 years old. I feel more energy, alignment, and strength! I just caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror tonight and had to take another look…I am standing straighter and my whole body seems to have made a shift. I also see that I am sitting up straighter. The biggest thing I noticed was a decrease in “fluff.” Not just in my body, but in my thoughts and emotions. I feel more physically, mentally, and emotionally fit. The effects just got better on week two. I feel stronger and more flexible. I’ve even noticed some new swagger in my walk. I feel more confident, like I am living in the body I am meant to have. When I saw the pre launch ad for the Pelvic Floor course, I was super exited yet anxious whether a seemingly short 12 days course would have much impact on the pelvic floor health. Well, I’m surprised to say that the first health benefit I noticed since starting the course is to be able to have 7 hours’ solid uninterrupted sleep - I hadn’t experienced that for at least 5-6 years…! The primary objectives I had in my mind when starting the course were; to be able to enjoy intimacy, and preventing embarrassing health issues such as incontinence happening in future. In addition to aforementioned sound sleep, I have noticed that I’m feeling more positive about myself. I turned 50 three months ago, and with long standing weight issues, I was becoming depressed as well as pessimistic about life and everything, feeling old and unattractive. But the course made me more relaxed and listening to Lo made me feel positive and cheerful. I now feel more hopeful…and I have now took the plunge and joined the ALS. I’m beginning to feel optimistic that I will be able to achieve my personal best in not so distant future xxx

Hi Lauren, I just want to tell you how glad I am that I came across your videos about a month ago. Your style and message really resonates with me. So I decided to take this course and I’m so happy I did. You see, for 30 years I’ve been running my family’s restaurant and although very successful, it’s also super stressful, especially for someone like me who’s always been worried and anxious. 2 years ago, I started feeling like I had to pee all the time, like a UTI, which prompted a doctors visit, for which, I didn’t receive any help and just kept trying to deal with it, which was very frustrating. Your message of the clutching, clenching, and white knuckling has been me for years and I feel was the root cause of my problem. Connecting to my pelvic floor and being able to know how to release it has helped me so much. I truly felt relief for the first time in 2 years. 2003, 20 years ago, I was in a dirt bike accident on a single track in the mountains near my home in Vail, CO. I had compound pylon fractures of the right distal tibia and fibula, and was missing an inch of bone in my tibia. Three years of infections ensued after grafting my right abdominus rectus to my ankle in an effort to preserve the limb, all while I was bed ridden for 14 months and on crutches for 20 more months. Needless to say, I suffered trauma and had physical, emotional, and spiritual scarring. I knew I could regrow the bone when plenty of people told me I couldn’t. I have always known the power of our thoughts and intentions. Regrowing the bone was easy as I have always believed this was no accident, it was a course correction. I know I have lived the last 20 years as I was meant to. I finished a certification that began in college as a Pilates instructor while on crutches, knowing I could use this modality to help me heal (straps on functioning parts of my leg instead of under foot, etc.) and opened a studio on my own in 2005, helping those with and without limbs, and later nurtured women and their baby dreams and delivery nightmares as I now shared those experiences with them also. These days are spent with aging bodies, aging joints, and loads of conversations about navigating perimenopause in my studio. I have always loved Pilates and what it did for me and my alignment in body and in life. Enter LoRox. I was searching for movements to supplement my own work and the work of my clients because Pilates feels very linear long term. I have devoured everything Lo puts into the universe since her first book came out, and have especially appreciated the last three years of fascia explorations and flow. It is genius. It has been so good for me, and my clients, body and soul. Enter this Pelvic Floor Course. As a devout movement medicine disciple I thought I had done the work, but this course unlocked YEARS of dorment emotion and energy. It was incredible. And here is what worked for me: to organize Mondays focus on the Pelvic core, then Tuesday on the Gut, and so on up the body pairing the power centers with chakra focus, affirmations, body work, bouncing, sound healing and nutritional suggestions, color and light… it seems so obvious but it wasn’t for me until this course. I can now focus for a day on all the things I love from Lo, organizing my calendar and allowing time for being while I move. I have spent the last 4 or more years in the ALS trying to do too much, remember too much, absorb everything — for myself and for others. This obvious organization unlocked time and space for me, literally. During the course I physically felt the suit of protection and armor come off. I had to admit to myself that I have hidden some sadness and fear about my accident 20 years ago. I have spoken about and lived in such a place of gratitude for the accident that I didn’t acknowledge my feelings about a body that is covered in scars, walking with a limp, having to accommodate movement, and hardest of all to admit — the amount of pain I manage from a slowly fusing joint. Energetically I felt the same lightness as I allowed the resentment and fear to leave my body. Spiritually I thanked the same knowing about my ability to heal myself and grow bone for knowing what to fill the new space with…. Grace. I started your Taller, Slimmer Younger program seven weeks ago and also did your Awaken Your Pelvic Floor together. I've had your books for years and did as much as I could and then I got Sjogrens and my tendons & ligaments all tightened and I kind of shuffled until I ignored the doctors and started rebounding (flat footed & following the book TSL). I decided to do something for myself & purchased your TSL program & boy did things change. Until I watched you I never got the full benefits because I couldn't undertstand what you were doing. I am looser (can lay on my stomach & bend my legs back & almost touch my hands & feet, this doesn't seem like much but I was so tight I would cramp up if I bent my legs much). I have faithfully done all the workouts & look forward to them everyday. I have much stronger legs, bottom, etc. Things are really tightening up but in the correct way. i am finding I have space between the waist & hips and for the 1st time in five years. I've always done the kegel and thought of it as my little elevator going up a few stories. I never knew I had to release and I still come down a little faster than I'd like but my old elevator doesn't come crashing down and my rosebud is opening slower but opening to a beautiful rose. I could write many more things because you have given me so much. After purchasing the YTS & awaken the pelvic floor I purchased a year of your program. What a gift I gave myself. I'm not complaining when I say this but I am going to be 63 in a few weeks but I have always felt in my mind like I am 28 (this is when I gave birth to my precious twin boys who were born at 26 weeks (1 lb. 11 oz. & 1 lb 9 oz.) We knew they would have Cerebral Palsy but we wanted them. Long story short I have been the lucky mother that has been their caregiver for almost 35 years. (One son is severely affected & relies on me for everything but he has a really bright mind & a great sense of humor). The guys are my special gift from God. A few days ago I tried the Infinity ball on my son who can't move on his own (his foot was hurting) I mimicked the work you had shown for the feet and he had relief. Not only relief from the pain but I could actually pronate & supinate his ankle. He actually had articulation in his foot). Next I tried on his right arm that has severe contraction from the elbow down. I was able to release the arm & I also used the infity roller on his wrist and I got release & pronation & supination). He slept well that night. Thank you. I have tried stretching the affected limbs before but you are so right that you have to hydrate the sponge. I signed up for the embody 365 to learn more but never received my link so so I'll keep trying to work on him as a learn on myself. I may be 62 now but I feel about 20 years younger now & will be able to lift my 164 lb son much easier and be able to protect myself because I gave myself the gift of using your knowledge. I wish I could have sent a video but I've never made the time to learn about videos, computer, my phone, etc. (been a little busy). All I can say is God has really blessed you with a love of learning and giving this knowledge to people. I look forward to trying more of the program and hopefully understanding how to converse with your Alligned tribe. A few have responded to the 3 posts I have made and I really enjoy seeing what you and the tribe have to say. Thank you so much for giving me hope and the joy I have to get up and feel better by doing your workout. It really is true you have to use the oxygen for yourself 1st when the plane is going down if you want to save your family.

Women of a certain age are often relegated to "seen but not heard" status, if they are seen at all. But the post-menopausal years are our most empowered, authentic, vital, and wise. I recommend this course for any women who self identify as "of a certain age" and may be feeling distanced from their dynamism and their sensuality. It is so restorative and affirming. I had just been to a new gynecologist & she said I had 3 choices to help me…physical therapy for pelvic floor, sponge insert, or hammock surgery. I was really interested in the Pelvic Floor course because I am 56, post menopause for 8 years and wanted to help issues you had mentioned would be helped and eliminated by doing this. First off, I am a member of the Aligned tribe and your workouts have been the only thing that have eliminated pain in my armpit. If your other workouts helped me, then this would be the icing on the cake. It was honestly not an area of my body I ever really focused on. Removing physical blockages and opening up my heart. It all made so much sense. It wasn't just about working the pelvic floor but working thru the whole body. I particularly liked working on the head, jaw, and throat area. As someone who has had TMJ and Graves Disease/Thyroid Eye Disease, these were so helpful to me. I whole heartedly believe in holistic health. I found this course worked the body as a whole. It's like having your own holistic healer here in your home. I find at my age that I am not necessarily focusing on tone and weight loss (even though I get the tone with your method) but it's working my fascia and lymphatic system to keep it all flowing and healthy, and so much more. If I wrote all the benefits, I'd be writing a book :) This is one of the best things I have done for myself. I have noticed a flatter tummy. Not needed to urinate as much (I was always having to have that last one before leaving the house), I can rebound for longer without keeping stopping, my lower back no longer aches and feels tight. Definitely connecting to my core better. I feel happier and more grounded. I have been going outside more barefoot and grounding to the energy there for me. I feel like I went back in years! We do become stagnant, somewhat lost from time to time. This has ignited my passions and I have so much more energy to do the things I love. I love that feeling that energy is flowing freely in my body. I am more confident and not afraid to speak my truth and be proud of who I am. I want this feeling to continue, so I will be coming back to these workouts and using the tools you have given me Lo, to continue being the best that I can, knowing that I am doing something great for myself, and others, because how I feel and act is a knock on effect for those around me. I have struggled for decades with back pain and pelvic misalignment, which only got worse after giving birth to two children. I have seen many different physical therapists, including pricey pelvic floor PTs, massage therapists, and chiropractors, and have only ever found temporary, localized relief. This course has been incredible for teaching me how to release my own tension - something I could never do on my own before! I can feel such a difference in the openness of my pelvic floor and core, and I'm breathing much more deeply. Thank you so much Lauren! You gave me the missing piece to the puzzle with understanding my pelvic floor and the connection it has with my whole body. It all makes sense now. Starting with my pronated feet, tight calves and tight inner thighs. These have improved significantly. The infinity roller on my feet has helped so much. I now use it most days. I asked the question about bladder issues when jumping on the rebounder. Your answer was a tremendous help. I’ve taken things back to basics and practicing a lot more pelvic floor classes in the Aligned Life Studio. Especially the “Restore your pelvic floor” on the rebounder. The ball between my upper thighs has really helped me connect and activate my pelvic floor more accurately. I didn’t realize how much I was clutching my rectum instead of the just focusing on vagina pelvic floor. My whole body feels more in sync, attuned and connected. I’m better able to tap into my feelings and give my body what it’s needing each day. 2003, 20 years ago, I was in a dirt bike accident on a single track in the mountains near my home in Vail, CO. I had compound pylon fractures of the right distal tibia and fibula, and was missing an inch of bone in my tibia. Three years of infections ensued after grafting my right abdominus rectus to my ankle in an effort to preserve the limb, all while I was bed ridden for 14 months and on crutches for 20 more months. Needless to say, I suffered trauma and had physical, emotional, and spiritual scarring. I knew I could regrow the bone when plenty of people told me I couldn’t. I have always known the power of our thoughts and intentions. Regrowing the bone was easy as I have always believed this was no accident, it was a course correction. I know I have lived the last 20 years as I was meant to. I finished a certification that began in college as a Pilates instructor while on crutches, knowing I could use this modality to help me heal (straps on functioning parts of my leg instead of under foot, etc.) and opened a studio on my own in 2005, helping those with and without limbs, and later nurtured women and their baby dreams and delivery nightmares as I now shared those experiences with them also. These days are spent with aging bodies, aging joints, and loads of conversations about navigating perimenopause in my studio. I have always loved Pilates and what it did for me and my alignment in body and in life. Enter LoRox. I was searching for movements to supplement my own work and the work of my clients because Pilates feels very linear long term. I have devoured everything Lo puts into the universe since her first book came out, and have especially appreciated the last three years of fascia explorations and flow. It is genius. It has been so good for me, and my clients, body and soul. Enter this Pelvic Floor Course. As a devout movement medicine disciple I thought I had done the work, but this course unlocked YEARS of dorment emotion and energy. It was incredible. And here is what worked for me: to organize Mondays focus on the Pelvic core, then Tuesday on the Gut, and so on up the body pairing the power centers with chakra focus, affirmations, body work, bouncing, sound healing and nutritional suggestions, color and light… it seems so obvious but it wasn’t for me until this course. I can now focus for a day on all the things I love from Lo, organizing my calendar and allowing time for being while I move. I have spent the last 4 or more years in the ALS trying to do too much, remember too much, absorb everything — for myself and for others. This obvious organization unlocked time and space for me, literally. During the course I physically felt the suit of protection and armor come off. I had to admit to myself that I have hidden some sadness and fear about my accident 20 years ago. I have spoken about and lived in such a place of gratitude for the accident that I didn’t acknowledge my feelings about a body that is covered in scars, walking with a limp, having to accommodate movement, and hardest of all to admit — the amount of pain I manage from a slowly fusing joint. Energetically I felt the same lightness as I allowed the resentment and fear to leave my body. Spiritually I thanked the same knowing about my ability to heal myself and grow bone for knowing what to fill the new space with…. Grace. I started your Taller, Slimmer Younger program seven weeks ago and also did your Awaken Your Pelvic Floor together. I've had your books for years and did as much as I could and then I got Sjogrens and my tendons & ligaments all tightened and I kind of shuffled until I ignored the doctors and started rebounding (flat footed & following the book TSL). I decided to do something for myself & purchased your TSL program & boy did things change. Until I watched you I never got the full benefits because I couldn't undertstand what you were doing. I am looser (can lay on my stomach & bend my legs back & almost touch my hands & feet, this doesn't seem like much but I was so tight I would cramp up if I bent my legs much). I have faithfully done all the workouts & look forward to them everyday. I have much stronger legs, bottom, etc. Things are really tightening up but in the correct way. i am finding I have space between the waist & hips and for the 1st time in five years. I've always done the kegel and thought of it as my little elevator going up a few stories. I never knew I had to release and I still come down a little faster than I'd like but my old elevator doesn't come crashing down and my rosebud is opening slower but opening to a beautiful rose. I could write many more things because you have given me so much. After purchasing the YTS & awaken the pelvic floor I purchased a year of your program. What a gift I gave myself. I'm not complaining when I say this but I am going to be 63 in a few weeks but I have always felt in my mind like I am 28 (this is when I gave birth to my precious twin boys who were born at 26 weeks (1 lb. 11 oz. & 1 lb 9 oz.) We knew they would have Cerebral Palsy but we wanted them. Long story short I have been the lucky mother that has been their caregiver for almost 35 years. (One son is severely affected & relies on me for everything but he has a really bright mind & a great sense of humor). The guys are my special gift from God. A few days ago I tried the Infinity ball on my son who can't move on his own (his foot was hurting) I mimicked the work you had shown for the feet and he had relief. Not only relief from the pain but I could actually pronate & supinate his ankle. He actually had articulation in his foot). Next I tried on his right arm that has severe contraction from the elbow down. I was able to release the arm & I also used the infity roller on his wrist and I got release & pronation & supination). He slept well that night. Thank you. I have tried stretching the affected limbs before but you are so right that you have to hydrate the sponge. I signed up for the embody 365 to learn more but never received my link so so I'll keep trying to work on him as a learn on myself. I may be 62 now but I feel about 20 years younger now & will be able to lift my 164 lb son much easier and be able to protect myself because I gave myself the gift of using your knowledge. I wish I could have sent a video but I've never made the time to learn about videos, computer, my phone, etc. (been a little busy). All I can say is God has really blessed you with a love of learning and giving this knowledge to people. I look forward to trying more of the program and hopefully understanding how to converse with your Alligned tribe. A few have responded to the 3 posts I have made and I really enjoy seeing what you and the tribe have to say. Thank you so much for giving me hope and the joy I have to get up and feel better by doing your workout. It really is true you have to use the oxygen for yourself 1st when the plane is going down if you want to save your family.

Women of a certain age are often relegated to "seen but not heard" status, if they are seen at all. But the post-menopausal years are our most empowered, authentic, vital, and wise. I recommend this course for any women who self identify as "of a certain age" and may be feeling distanced from their dynamism and their sensuality. It is so restorative and affirming. My pelvic floor was awakened, and so much more!

I am so happy I purchased and participated in The Pelvic Floor class. I had just been to a new gynecologist & she said I had 3 choices to help me…physical therapy for pelvic floor, sponge insert, or hammock surgery. I received your email the next day….so I gave it a try. I have enjoyed the classes throughly. I have made a spot in my daughters room (she now lives in Alaska in USAF), purchased some if your equipment etc. I love my new space. I was really interested in the Pelvic Floor course because I am 56, post menopause for 8 years and wanted to help issues you had mentioned would be helped and eliminated by doing this. First off, I am a member of the Aligned tribe and your workouts have been the only thing that have eliminated pain in my armpit. If your other workouts helped me, then this would be the icing on the cake. It was honestly not an area of my body I ever really focused on. Removing physical blockages and opening up my heart. It all made so much sense. It wasn't just about working the pelvic floor but working thru the whole body. I particularly liked working on the head, jaw, and throat area. As someone who has had TMJ and Graves Disease/Thyroid Eye Disease, these were so helpful to me. I whole heartedly believe in holistic health. I found this course worked the body as a whole. It's like having your own holistic healer here in your home. I find at my age that I am not necessarily focusing on tone and weight loss (even though I get the tone with your method) but it's working my fascia and lymphatic system to keep it all flowing and healthy, and so much more. If I wrote all the benefits, I'd be writing a book :) This is one of the best things I have done for myself. I have noticed a flatter tummy. Not needed to urinate as much (I was always having to have that last one before leaving the house), I can rebound for longer without keeping stopping, my lower back no longer aches and feels tight. Definitely connecting to my core better. I feel happier and more grounded. I have been going outside more barefoot and grounding to the energy there for me. I feel like I went back in years! We do become stagnant, somewhat lost from time to time. This has ignited my passions and I have so much more energy to do the things I love. I love that feeling that energy is flowing freely in my body. I am more confident and not afraid to speak my truth and be proud of who I am. I want this feeling to continue, so I will be coming back to these workouts and using the tools you have given me Lo, to continue being the best that I can, knowing that I am doing something great for myself, and others, because how I feel and act is a knock on effect for those around me. I feel good and happy, then everyone else does. My husband loves seeing how happy I am. I have struggled for decades with back pain and pelvic misalignment, which only got worse after giving birth to two children. I have seen many different physical therapists, including pricey pelvic floor PTs, massage therapists, and chiropractors, and have only ever found temporary, localized relief. This course has been incredible for teaching me how to release my own tension - something I could never do on my own before! I can feel such a difference in the openness of my pelvic floor and core, and I'm breathing much more deeply. There is still a long way to go in my journey toward lasting change, but I'm hopeful that with the tools I've learned in this course I will now always have the power to change my own body. Thank you so much Lauren! You gave me the missing piece to the puzzle with understanding my pelvic floor and the connection it has with my whole body. It all makes sense now. Starting with my pronated feet, tight calves and tight inner thighs. These have improved significantly. The infinity roller on my feet has helped so much. I now use it most days. I asked the question about bladder issues when jumping on the rebounder. Your answer was a tremendous help. I’ve taken things back to basics and practicing a lot more pelvic floor classes in the Aligned Life Studio. Especially the “Restore your pelvic floor” on the rebounder. The ball between my upper thighs has really helped me connect and activate my pelvic floor more accurately. I didn’t realize how much I was clutching my rectum instead of the just focusing on vagina pelvic floor. My whole body feels more in sync, attuned and connected. I’m better able to tap into my feelings and give my body what it’s needing each day.
