It allowed me to anchor deeply into the present moment, and within just a month, I noticed a significant uplift in my mood and overall well-being. This perspective was especially healing as I navigated the grief of my parents’ passing. Embracing this timeless awareness provided a sanctuary of peace amidst the waves of sorrow.

I’m delighted to be able to share that I have felt a positive shift from our session already. I suffer from the most terrifying nocturnal panic attacks/night terrors. Last night when I went to bed, instead of the usual fear that I experience there was just… peace. My mind was just perfectly clear and quiet and peaceful. It felt like experiencing the sound of nothing after having had loud jackhammering in the background for so long that you stop registering it’s even there. And then it suddenly stops and there’s just this blissful nothing, just quiet, silence. I haven’t experienced a feeling like that at bedtime for the longest time.

I suffer from depression and do CBT - which is helpful - but can only take me so far. Antidepressants work but the side effects aren't the best. You have helped finally break the depression cycle & I am so grateful
