Vinyl has completely changed the way I manage meetings. It joins my calls automatically, records and transcribes everything, and then files detailed summaries straight against the client. I never have to worry about missing key points or manually updating client records. The XPM integration is smooth, the AI-generated notes are accurate, and having everything organised and searchable is a huge win. It’s made my workflow so much more efficient. I highly recommend Vinyl to all accountants — it’s an absolute no-brainer

I’ve I’ve been using vinyl since its inception. Currently still the beta version. The transcript is accurate and concise. It is easy to understand and if anything is not 100% clear you can always go back to the video recording of the meeting. My staff have easy access to the meetings without having to contact me to get a copy, I am extremely happy with the product And it keeps getting better with enhancements. Coming out all the time I would highly recommend it to anyone and would give it a 10 star rating. Well done, Trent and team.

I have been using Vinyl in beta for a few months and it's been very enjoyable. In particular the auto grouping of calls to clients (or client groups) as it makes it very easy to find things later. A nice touch is being able to create your own image that joins the calls rather than the standard "John's notetaker"

After trying other notetaker solutions, Vinyl absolutely crushes alternatives. Many solutions claim to be Accounting Focused AI solutions. Vinyl delivers on both. Vinyl provides a Summary, Discussion Points and resulting Action Items which are 1,000% on point. The resulting action items were clearly delineated between firm and client items. Vinyl is a significant time saver and more importantly an incredible improvement to client communication and resulting client satisfaction. We can't wait until Vinyl integration with Karbon Practice Management goes live to provide a powerful solution delivering summarized client interactions and effectively managed action items powered by Vinyl and Karbon.

I've been wary of AI notetakers in the past, particularly regarding how they interpret and condense the types of conversations we have with clients. But Vinyl just gets it. So easy to set up, and the summaries hone in on all the important items and are delivered quickly following the meeting. The action steps are clear and assigned to participants with a timeframe. Searching transcripts is super simple and everything just happens reducing all the small tasks that quickly add up. The team at Vinyl are transparent listeners building a great app for the accounting and bookkeeping professions. As a beta user I'm looking forward to additional functionality on the roadmap.

Integration with Teams was easy and transparent. The meeting summary was relevant, and the action points spot on. Still have to check it as not perfect, but a very good integration nonetheless

Innovative meeting recording software which is constantly involving to become a key "member" of our Accountancy Practice.

We started using Vinyl in May 2025. In such a short space of time the app just keeps on improving. The team there is wholly dedicated to making an app that is just for accountants. Already we've saved so much time just from the meeting notes and actions, and can't wait for the further integrations that follow.

We've been beta testing 🔴 Vinyl AI notetaker as a team at BOSS Advisors for the last month or so. We've previously used Fireflies and Superhuman. Both good products, but Vinyl is it for us because: - It records video, written transcript, and the most accurate summaries I've seen - It's trained / training on accounting language - The support team is phenomenal - responses to emails within an hour or so - Even awesomer features coming, and we are able to make suggestions (and they actually listen!) - You can name your bot... mine is Ironman (the superhero, not the triathlon)

I’m currently using the trial version of 🔴 Vinyl for all my online meetings and it’s amazing. I came away from the Digital Accountancy Show recently, absolutely blown away by all the tech and MTD stuff available, but this by far has been the most valuable to me to date. It’s cut back my time for writing proposals and action plans by nearly an hour per client. I also used it during a finance team meeting to act as a minute taker and everyone who received a copy loved it. Will highly recommend to anyone who asks!
