I came to VysionQuest feeling stagnant. Stuck in inaction. 

I wanted redirection, inspiration, clarity and conviction.

VysionQuest is the opportunity to stop pedaling. Stop everything. And ask: Where am I pedaling? Why am I pedaling?

It will give you clarity. It will make you feel inspired again. 

It works! It's an incredible, magical process.

After 15 years being in business, it was time for a change. My husband and I were ready for our next chapter, ready to sell, ready to move on. What's next? 

I was really excited to come here. This was my second VysionQuest Retreat. The experience just gave me more clarity. Having to go deep, having to really be true to myself was the best thing. 

I don't think too many people go as deep as what you did with the questions and the process. It's definitely a step-by-step process and you don't realize what you're doing. And then you get to the end and you go ah, I get it. Very, very clever. 

I'm really clear in my purpose now. There's conversations to have with my husband about what's next, but I'm not scared of that. I feel really, really clear what I'm going to say, what I want to do and if he aligns with that great, but if he doesn't, what will be will be. We'll be okay. Everything's going to be okay. 

I would tell anyone on the fence - look in the mirror, are you really happy? You have nothing to lose, you have everything to gain. Do not be scared, it's a beautiful process, you're in a really safe space. Life's short, just do it. Do the damn thing.

A friend of mine has been telling me about VysionQuest for about 10 years and the timing never lined up. Then the last five years of my life I've been really focused on parenting right before my daughter moved out and I wanted to be present for her in these last years of her time at home. And now she's flown the nest. 

I have been feeling really stuck and lost and uninspired and purposeless and I'm not really sure what to do with my life. My business has felt kind of stagnant and I hadn't really been feeding it much and wasn't very lit up by it. 

The timing of this VysionQuest just serendipitously lined up perfectly. And I said yes and it was the best decision I've made in years. 

The process has been so deeply inspiring, helping me to get back to my heart and get back to my own inner guidance and find the things that really light me up. I've cried more this week just from joy and connection and really releasing all these old stories and patterns.

Now I feel lit up, I feel excited, I feel inspired. I feel purposeful and I feel a deep sense of clarity about who I am and what I offer. A lot of it are things that I knew before but it had gotten kind of buried under life and some of the dreams are new and inviting me forward. 

VysionQuest has really brought me back home to myself and allowed me to really hear my soul in a very deep and clear way and to listen to my heart and let my heart be the guide, not my head, and open to a life that I'm really excited to start living. 

If you are in a spot where you're at a turning point, where you feel stuck, where you feel like something isn't lighting you up or life isn't working for you, you're feeling like you know something needs to change but you don't know how - come. I really don't think there's any way you can go through this process and not be transformed. Honestly, it's just that magical.

My wife learned about VysionQuest via Reliable Education. Our lives are hectic, chaotic, too busy and not really getting anywhere. There's little happy and I thought this retreat could help.

During the retreat I felt and realized emotions I never really knew I had and reasons why life was the way it was. Tremendous clean meals, people that I could call family - the other participants. I'm a very shy person but felt like these people and this retreat was home. Lots of love, compassion and we all supported each other comfortably. It was the most surreal feeling ever.

Now I feel refreshed, re-directed, re-born and like a new person full of love and positivity. Life is so precious and amazing.

After grieving and suffering from depression and anxiety over the years I finally am not afraid to feel and to feel deeply, to love and be loved, and to be me again.

The most amazing week I've spent in my life.

We both have gained so much from VysionQuest and can't thank you enough for the very special journey you took us on. We feel and know that something is different for us.

My VysionQuest Workbook is the only paper that sits on my desk so it is always top of mind and in my thoughts.

Since the VysionQuest retreat it seems that I have not had to work too hard on any aspect of my life and yet it seems I have sailed into calm and free flowing waters at every turn. I know I mentioned at our 6 month reunion that I was working less and making more. That comment was not just reflective of my work situation yet rather a comment about my entire life.

My work is better - all things rolling to plan I will have my best year ever and from where I was in September to where the financial year will end will be light-years in difference. I have been able to negotiate my biggest deal ever. This will deliver my best earnings year since I started in this profession 11 years ago. All this at a time when the economy hasn't been great and banks have restricted lending to businesses.

How and why, I can't explain. I feel more relaxed, more at ease and trusting in myself. I know I have probably worked just as hard as I have previously yet it doesn't feel that way. As you would say, I have been riding the wave, been allowing of things to happen and prepared for them. Just seems easy, and I certainly don't mean that in a grandstanding way at all, it is just flowing, and long may it continue.

My personal life - whilst it's always been very good I have found my relationships with family and friends easier to maintain, easier to make happen, more meaningful and full of lots of laughter and good times.

My life in general is just easier - working less on everything and reaping more. I am co-creating with the great flow.

So Rick, am I believer? You bet I am and maybe even more than I was 6 months ago (and that is not saying I wasn't back then, it just has gone to a new (easier) level!!!!!! Thank you for further awakening me and my soul.

The VysionQuest process changed my life and is easily the best gift I've ever given myself.

Before the retreat I was always feeling stressed, anxious, and confused and although I had a great life back home I just wasn't feeling it. I felt like life had beaten me down and I was just going through the motions of each day, waiting for it to end.

This retreat has been the best gift I have ever given myself. It allowed the space and time to connect and communicate with myself... my biggest fears, desires and dreams. I've discovered that I'm more powerful than I've ever given myself credit for. My mind is a powerful weapon that I must use wisely, otherwise it can, and often does backfire. VysionQuest is holistic in that it answers that question from many different ways, enabling you to shed the layers and years of self protection, disconnection, confusion, lack of self-worth, to really tap into the person you are. For me - the first time in my life being able to do so.

I desperately wanted to come out of VysionQuest with some direction for my life moving forward. I got that - and something I needed even more. Reconnecting with myself and finding self love at the ripe old age of 37. I've never before told myself and believed it that I am lovable. Worthy. Enough.

Through the VysionQuest I realized that I had to quit my job. Even though I knew it wasn't the right role or company for me, it still felt like a scary leap.

Then on my very first day of unemployment, I got a message from the GM of a company that had shown up in my written vision during the retreat. A role had just opened. This is a company that really inspires me. I'm feeling very grateful. It feels a little bit magic!

I did a reflection this morning with my workbook and it was flabbergasting to see how much of the 'one perfect day' has started to come to fruition. So grateful for the VQ magical 'unlock' key.

I have tapped into a part of me that has been dormant for so long - calm, present, grateful, empowered, excited. VysionQuest is for anyone feeling helpless, like a passenger in your own life. I came to the retreat to find direction, purpose and clarity in my life. I was feeling overwhelmed and scared that I was letting life skip by and not achieving the milestones that are expected by family, friends and society.

I am already someone that is quite focused and driven towards my goals, however I joined VysionQuest to search for the reasons and the 'why' behind my goals and dreams. I got what I came for and so much more!

I've finally got some clarity as to what I want... what I want to do, what I want to change. Finding a little bit more of myself.

This wasn't just a vacation. It was permission to slow down, tune in, and remember what it feels like to be truly alive.

Before my VQ adventure I felt completely stuck and uninspired. I forgot my achievements and the feeling of motivation. Despite so much to be grateful for and opportunities in front of me, I blinded myself to it. I knew that something within needed to change.

During this process I discovered there was no way to move forward without looking back. Very far back and deep within. I opened myself up and I was raw. I felt scared but from that I felt empowered. I could reset my foundations of what is important to me and how to live a fulfilled life.

Being in this experience with others and hearing their journeys gave me strength and inspiration. I will carry their words and their stories in my heart and continually grow because of them. I struggled to narrow down my life purpose into 2 words but I did it, and it felt INCREDIBLE. Nothing will take my life purpose away from me now.

Now this experience is coming to an end I feel an unexplainable peace, excitement and shine within. I've got a life to live and I'm going to go get it! Watch out, world! The gratitude I feel for my life is immense and it was always there right in front of me. But now I can REALLY see it.

I found the workbook amazing to work out my inner thoughts, dark deep thoughts, and suppressed feelings. Map out what it is I've already achieved and the path that I dream of.

Have you ever felt like you were trapped in a corner with no way out? That's how I felt when I joined Rick and the other VysionQuesters on our retreat in June 2015. At the age of 30, I had just finished treatment for breast cancer and was in need of a serious reevaluation of my entire existence.

I had led a fulfilling life up until cancer - a super successful career doing what I love making a positive impact on the world, amazing friends, tons of adventures, the opportunities to visit over 100 countries and live in 6. I knew who I was and I loved myself, but cancer put a wrench in all of that. I didn't trust myself or my body anymore, compromised my own needs to keep up appearances and forgot who I really am.

I met Rick through friends in Bali who said 'you've gotta meet this guy, he knows what you are going through' and man were they ever right. The retreat itself was incredible. Journeying everyday with a group of the most lovely and supportive people who encouraged me to be patient with myself and my recovery process.

VysionQuest helped me learn how to really say 'no, I need this, no compromises' by checking in with my intuition more regularly. The workshops and meditation helped me to reclaim my passion for life and re-prioritize what I want for the future. The clarity I received in these sessions was out of this world and has given me the motivation to further build and diversify my amazing career while maintaining more balance.

The lessons I learned and clarity I found at the retreat have literally changed my life and given me the courage, strength and motivation to move forward with even more momentum than I had before. One thing I learned was if you're scared, it's time for you to get up, put one foot in front of the other, look straight ahead and don't look back. You'll either hear applause or a splash. Either way, you made a change. You made it a bit further from the place you were before.

My time in Bali with Rick was the most life changing, fun and fulfilling week of my life. 

The writing sessions somehow balanced incredible introspection and motivation without becoming wanky, thanks to Rick's ability to always laugh at himself or others genuinely. 

The spontaneity of the trip allowed a less manufactured and more genuine journey and adventure to take place, and it gave me so much more joy and excitement than I ever expected. Challenges were presented unexpectedly, such as going skinny dipping in the moonlight with people I had met only days earlier, which helped me identify how I react when scared, and what I can do to face those fears. 

Stop wishing and start living.

Even if you don't think you need this, you do. You definitely do. Rick will turn your mind, your heart, your soul inside out and back again. You will experience an honesty and awareness of yourself, you will understand the way you think, like you have never known before.

VysionQuest is like climbing a mountain. You will be challenged, you will hurt, you will struggle, but when you reach the peak you will literally be on a high. You will be able to see so clearly from the high. Your vision, your path in life, will be in focus, and you will be determined to step forward, keep strong, and live your life to the fullest.

Without this retreat, I would still be treading water and moving exactly nowhere.

I'm an entrepreneur and business owner, I run a media marketing company in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I have a couple of friends who I've known for a very long time who had done the VysionQuest and I was really impressed. Before I quested for my vision, my life felt purposeless. Crazy to think I was in the most stressful, confusing, discontent state of mind just a few months ago. It was the largest chunk of time in my adult life that I truly felt stuck.

I was in a foreign country unable to work for 5 months. My world flipped upside down and it dumped all my sprinkles and glitter all over the floor. I came from a world where I held space for so many people in so many communities in NYC, then I felt it was ripped out from under me. My busy-bee nature turned into a sulking, negative sloth.

I could not financially support anything - I remember trying to decide if I wanted to do my nails or have a decent breakfast. It made me cry. My partner and I fought every day. I could not sleep, fall asleep, stay asleep or enjoy sleep. I questioned myself constantly: 'Why am I even here?' I was negative towards myself and my partner.

I just spent an awe-inspiring, life-charging, beautifully moving week with seven of the most unique people I've ever met. Grateful for the experience gifted to us by Rick Cowley. I cannot IMAGINE my life without the past 7 days woven seamlessly in it. I am left blissed out, inspired and feeling as powerful as this massive, crashing wave. My heart has blasted wide open.

After leaving a 21 year corporate career, I wanted time and space to reflect on what I want to do next with this one precious life I have.

I have been to Rick's retreats before, in Bali, in 2013 and 2014, so I knew I would enjoy the process and the kind and loving support. I love the VQ process because it gently guides me through a series of thoughtful questions and prompts to dig deeper into my soul and uncover answers I may not have considered before.

At the end of the week we all left with our soul statement, that is unique to us.

I believe the retreat is for everyone, all ages, gender, ethnicities, but especially for people who are in a transition in life and want to gain more clarity about what they want to do with their lives.

There's not a day that goes by without me thinking about it. Magic happened there! If anyone is in doubt about doing it, just do it.

VQ brought me clarity and intentionality about the purpose in my life and a roadmap for action.

This has been one of the most special weeks of my life, without question. From day one we considered some big questions about ourselves, and I found myself opening up about some tough stuff, and then being able to LET IT GO. 

Rick was such a supportive guide to us, pushing us to challenge ourselves and get the most out of this week, but also giving us the space to do things our way. It was fun! 

I will always remember how safe I felt with everyone here, how accepting and positive the group atmosphere was, and how every single person truly inspired me in some way. 

It was a wonderful experience to spend an entire week directing my brain and my energy toward the positive, toward big dreams and ambitions. This week has accelerated my growth so much, and I hope I am always able to remember how alive, how inspired I felt on so many occasions. 

I feel recharged and refocused, ready to direct the rest of my life toward the experiences and challenges that make me feel alive, to live with purpose and intention. I am inspired and grateful and can't wait to use what I have discovered here to serve better, in every aspect of my life. 

It remains the single most life-changing and incredible week of my life, and Rick is a seriously special person to have in your corner.

I decided to come on the VysionQuest Bali Retreat because I had found myself in a place where I could see little brightness in my future. This was because I had spent many years focusing only on work and others and not myself or my dreams. I needed something that was personalized, protracted and purposeful with a structure that would guide me to finding my own solutions. 

Rick has such a beautiful loving heart and truly beams with positive intent. He is such a loving gentle spirit with incredible patience and calm positivity. The process I was guided through was gentle, nurturing and guiding whilst still firm and requiring considerable effort on my behalf. 

I was supported by the other participants and worked through the process step by step, ultimately finding myself in a better place and with a plan of action and intent to take home with me.

I came to VysionQuest because I was lost. I was at a crossroads and didn't know what to do with my life or what my life was worth. 

Once here I connected with some of the most beautiful open people I'd ever met, even though I didn't know that on the first or even second day, I certainly knew it by the end. I felt so safe and so open here, so connected to myself and to nature and everyone around me. 

The workbook is like a bible of me. It's the holy grail of my life's purpose and who I am. It's the recipe book and sum of all things that make me uniquely me. 

If you're thinking about doing it and not sure, just bloody do it. You're at the hardest part right now, sitting in your old life wondering if you can change, or if you're ready to change. Just say yes! The rest will take care of itself.

A month ago, I was at the darkest point in my life. I burned out and I had just broken up with my girlfriend. I needed to love myself and face my biggest fear: abandonment. 

This VQ retreat seems to be the best thing to do to help me get through the hardest phases in my life - hence why I've done 3! 

The whole week was an emotional rollercoaster. I laughed and I cried just as the weather was sunny and rainy. There were storms in my heart just as in the sky. Here, I had the chance to feel safe, to be myself, to be surrounded by 6 wonderful human beings who are now part of my family. 

This is the most authentic and honest experience I've ever had. A whole week being truly yourself, no mask on, no ego, no barriers, fences or boundaries... just love, feelings and digging into your soul to find out who you really are and what you really want in your life. 

This experience gives you the tools to follow your dreams and find the alignment between your heart and your body and your soul. Some of the intense and wonderful moments here will always stay in my mind and my heart and will follow me through my journey.

I came to VysionQuest after living in indecision and frustration. I had been feeling unclear about the path forward in a few areas in my life, including my career, my relationship and where to call home. Before VysionQuest I was struggling to put my finger on what my next steps were in my career. Work for myself or someone else? After working for so long for a corporation it was tough to really know what I wanted for myself, so it became important to try and figure it out before I turned 80!

Before coming to VysionQuest I felt I was at a period of my life where for so long I had been doing what I thought I should do, or doing things that I thought would make others happy. I had lost that connection I had with my inner guidance system, with my inner voice. I had ignored it for so long that I came to a point where it was so loud and screaming at me to do SOMETHING! It’s taken me a little while to reach out and write this since completing VysionQuest because, honestly, there are no words (or not enough) to express the depth of my appreciation… but here it goes!

I’d always dreamed of attending one of your retreats after hearing about you through Adam Hudson, but life with young kids meant the timing never quite aligned - until your ad for the virtual experience popped up in my feed one day. As soon as I saw it, I didn’t think twice. I jumped in, and I’m so deeply grateful I did - and recognise now that it was the great flow at work! 

It was an absolute honour and privilege to be part of it. I honestly didn’t want it to end!! That month sparked so many profound things in me - and through the process, I found the clarity and courage to make one of the biggest decisions of my life: to close my business. It had allowed me to support others with their skin - something I felt deeply called to after eczema had impacted both myself and my kids. Dear Rick, thank you. Coming to your VysionQuest is one of the best experiences of my life. 

Prior to attending I was successful but generally unhappy with no real direction for the future. My life felt like groundhog day.

I can't believe it's only been one week since you welcomed us to the retreat and said, 'Are you ready for an adventure?' I feel like it's been a month or more worth of amazing experiences compressed into a week's time because each day was so rich and fulfilling – definitely one of the best weeks of my entire life.

Monique and I did a VysionQuest Retreat 9 years ago in Bali. It was nothing less than life changing. After practicing the principles learned at that time, I can tell you some stories. Life lessons are abundant - it's how we receive them and how we share them with others that is important.

I had a friend refer Rick's VysionQuest to me many years ago. And even after seeing the massive impact on him, I still found excuses not to do it. However, after going through a lot of ups and downs, I finally decided to 'bite the bullet'.

I have had several friends and acquaintances go through this process, all of which have had incredible life changing events happen as a result of the work they did with Rick at VysionQuest. My partner went through the process at Rick's last retreat and upon completion he signed me up!

On Jan 8, 2019 my brother died suddenly at 48 years old. While that was itself a great loss, it brought me up short. I had been a place holder in my family, even at 53. With the loss of my brother came incredible pain and sadness that in hindsight had started long before his death. Where did I fit? What did I want? What did I need? 

I found I was living a life of so much sadness, despite the opportunities life had offered me. I cried a lot, I sighed a lot. I could find no comfort or joy. I had spent a lifetime navigating one disaster after another. I had lost or maybe even forgotten my purpose, my why, or even my power to believe anything else was possible. 

My husband came to Bali on VysionQuest in October 2018 with a group of 5 men who became true mates. The plan was always that we would both attend VQ. The decision came for me that I had to do SOMETHING. Challenge accepted!
