Before coming to VysionQuest I felt I was at a period of my life where for so long I had been doing what I thought I should do, or doing things that I thought would make others happy. I had lost that connection I had with my inner guidance system, with my inner voice. I had ignored it for so long that I came to a point where it was so loud and screaming at me to do SOMETHING! ANYTHING! That's where a friend told me about Rick's retreat. 

During the retreat I was able to reconnect with that inner voice, my inner compass again. Although I needed to do a bit of work to get there, I can happily say that for the first time in a long time I feel like I'm me again. 100% wholehearted authentic me. I learned how to use my inner guide to make decisions and to let go of what I think I 'should' do, and follow what truly inspires me. 

This process is different to anything else I've done and I have been to many seminars like Tony Robbins, etc. What I found was really different and unique was that we took time to dig super deep into what was truly important to us before clarifying any goals or setting intentions for the future. I'm an entrepreneur and business owner, I run a media marketing company in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I have a couple of friends who I've known for a very long time who had done the VysionQuest and I was really impressed. I attended Rick’s VysionQuest Retreat in Bali in 2019. 

I was one of those people who had achieved some success in business, and with a lot of life still in front of me, I wanted to take better control of what my future would look like.

Rick’s program is extremely clever, it delivered more benefits than expected.

How I came to be at the VysionQuest is that my partner was going to attend and he thought I would also get a lot out of it. Over the past two years I have been through an emotional transition of personal growth. I’ve watched documentaries, read self-help books, focused on personal growth and listened to a ton of podcasts. Yet I was still spinning my wheels in life and business. I felt stuck. I was aware I had several self sabotaging beliefs and patterns of behavior that kept bubbling up. The reason I chose VysionQuest was a friend suggested I may need to do a vision quest so I went searching on the internet. I’d always dreamed of attending one of your retreats after hearing about you through Adam Hudson, but life with young kids meant the timing never quite aligned - until your ad for the virtual experience popped up in my feed one day. As soon as I saw it, I didn’t think twice. I jumped in, and I’m so deeply grateful I did - and recognise now that it was the great flow at work! 

It was an absolute honour and privilege to be part of it. I honestly didn’t want it to end!! That month sparked so many profound things in me - and through the process, I found the clarity and courage to make one of the biggest decisions of my life: to close my business. It had allowed me to support others with their skin - something I felt deeply called to after eczema had impacted both myself and my kids. For that reason it was incredibly difficult to let go of, but I realised it was no longer aligned with the future I wanted to create for myself and my family. 

I gave myself permission to evolve - to want more. The experience gave me the courage to take the leap and retrain into remote sales so we can live and work with more freedom, travel and worldschool our kids, have incredible adventures together, and be the best role models for them - showing them they can choose a life less ordinary. 

We’re now planning to move to Bali next year and begin our journey there - something I used to think was only reserved for cool travel influencer families (haha!) I would love to inspire and empower other people and families to do the same! 

My family ancestry is Indonesian so Bali has a special place in my heart, and I know it does for you too, I would love to attend one of your retreats there - it would be the most beautiful full-circle moment.

I had a friend refer Rick's VysionQuest to me many years ago. And even after seeing the massive impact on him, I still found excuses not to do it. However, after going through a lot of ups and downs, I finally decided to 'bite the bullet'. 

But what was I waiting for?! This is honestly one of the best things I've done in my life! If you're struggling to find your purpose, clearly see where you're meant to be and/or where you need to go, then this is for you. Just do it, now! Don't wait.

I did the VysionQuest because my life has been turned upside down ever since the love of my life passed away 10 months ago. I was feeling lost and so desperately uncertain of my purpose in this world and the direction I am supposed to take now that everything I have been building and working towards for the last 5 years is gone. I’d been feeling stuck and that I wasn’t moving in the right direction. I decided to come on the VysionQuest Bali Retreat because I had found myself in a place where I could see little brightness in my future. This was because I had spent many years focusing only on work and others and not myself or my dreams. I needed something that was personalized, protracted and purposeful with a structure that would guide me to finding my own solutions.

On Jan 8, 2019 my brother died suddenly at 48 years old. While that was itself a great loss, it brought me up short. I had been a place holder in my family, even at 53. With the loss of my brother came incredible pain and sadness that in hindsight had started long before his death. Where did I fit? What did I want? What did I need? 

I found I was living a life of so much sadness, despite the opportunities life had offered me. I cried a lot, I sighed a lot. I could find no comfort or joy. I had spent a lifetime navigating one disaster after another. I had lost or maybe even forgotten my purpose, my why, or even my power to believe anything else was possible. 

My husband came to Bali on VysionQuest in October 2018 with a group of 5 men who became true mates. The plan was always that we would both attend VQ. The decision came for me that I had to do SOMETHING. Challenge accepted! 

From a journey to Bali with a heavy heart and a teaspoon of optimism, to a week of honest soul searching, my heart is lighter, my mind is clearer. The energy and focus I thought was lost has a candle under it. Anything is possible. 

Rick, you gently lead and guide with such authentic love. My heart is full, my soul is recharged. I have found the extra space that I so desperately needed.

Something needed to change - an ache of uncertainty, the hidden ever oppressed pull of a better way. Having heard so many amazing experiences of VysionQuest I was more than intrigued but what sold me was seeing the faces of those who had "graduated". I'm in. 

Having never been on anything like this before I was a bit apprehensive. Is it gonna be culty churchy hippy? What's different about VysionQuest is an energy or vibration or flow. Now at the end I'm still me but a better version heading in the right direction, flowing with my own life purpose. I have my life manual now - a guide with flesh and bones to keep me on track and the best thing - I wrote it!

After leaving a 21 year corporate career, I wanted time and space to reflect on what I want to do next with this one precious life I have.

I have been to Rick's retreats before, in Bali, in 2013 and 2014, so I knew I would enjoy the process and the kind and loving support. I love the VQ process because it gently guides me through a series of thoughtful questions and prompts to dig deeper into my soul and uncover answers I may not have considered before.

Rick creates a safe space for all guests to feel comfortable sharing and learning from each other. I'm grateful for having had the courage to book this trip and for having met great, wonderful, open, giving people. Mind body soul connection really came together this week. It allowed me to totally unwind and disconnect from work.

I feel that not only do I have more clarity about my purpose, but I also have a blueprint and map of what my goals are - for the short term six months and for the next five years. With my workbook in hand, I have an opportunity to pick it back up, reflect, reconsider and act on what I wrote.

At the end of the week we all left with our soul statement, that is unique to us.

I believe the retreat is for everyone, all ages, gender, ethnicities, but especially for people who are in a transition in life and want to gain more clarity about what they want to do with their lives.

There's not a day that goes by without me thinking about it. Magic happened there! If anyone is in doubt about doing it, just do it.

VQ brought me clarity and intentionality about the purpose in my life and a roadmap for action.

My life had been in turmoil for sometime. Living day by day, doing things I used to love, but now without satisfaction and seemingly no purpose. Life had become entrenched in my comfort zone and life‘s inevitable clutter. 

I needed a change before it was too late. 

I heard great things about VysionQuest and I had to find clarity, find purpose, find me. 

I could have comfortably done this online, living in my comfortable space while trying to find me… Nah… That’s impossible because life can’t be changed while you still live in the same place. Immersion for six days in a retreat with like-minded people on a similar journey is the only way to sort out my life and find clarity. 

VysionQuest was an incredible journey into my inner feelings, my soul, my purpose. Into me. It’s raw, it’s emotional, it’s challenging. To share this journey with beautiful people all on a similar mission was way outside my comfort zone but so rewarding having completed my VysionQuest. 

I now know my purpose in life. I now know myself and I am super excited for what follows when I return to my “normality”. 

Nothing will be the same. Everything will change and the years ahead will be filled with energy and excitement.

When I saw your face on the big screen I knew I wanted to work with you. You have such a big heart and your smile is so warm and lights up the room. 

But you're also such a funny guy. You have a sense of humour that is fun and child like.

Before coming to the VysionQuest Bali Retreat I had issues managing both my private and professional life. I came here to find more clarity on what I really wanted… and more peace. 

You spend one extraordinary week in a paradise. You share your experience with awesome people. You start to become truly yourself as you do each exercise. The process is just magic. The combination of yoga, meditation, and the exercises is life changing. I gained more clarity than I ever expected. 

But here's what happened in the 6 months after the retreat - and this is where the real magic shows up. 

The retreat gave me the strength to say what I really wanted to say. I talked to my bosses and told them I wanted to be more involved in projects, learn other stuff, do something else. After 5 months, I had my first project in PMO which was quite interesting. My HR boss started to involve me in HR projects - I'm taking part of the meetings, the conference calls. Little by little it starts to change. 

I can't believe how the retreat changed me with relationships too. I had been dating someone for more than 3 years who didn't treat me with respect. I told him all my feelings about the situation and realized he does not deserve me at all. I decided to stop talking to him, kick him out of my life for good. And guess what, I feel sooo relieved! I know I can meet someone better. I gained a lot of clarity on what I need and what is good for me. My close friends are so proud - they thought I would never forget him and now he is only a memory. 

I can see and feel a huge difference in 6 months. I'm stronger, know what I really want and this would not have happened without doing the retreat. 

Go with the flow, let go, and trust the process.

I am already someone that is quite focused and driven towards my goals, however I joined VysionQuest to search for the reasons and the 'why' behind my goals and dreams. I got what I came for and so much more!

The week was jam packed full of adventure and exercises along with amazing guided yoga and meditation. Rick creates such an open, loving, sharing environment. I can honestly say that over the past week I have gotten to know and share with the rest of the group on a very special level.

Thank you for being you mate. You're fun and adventurous but also know when to connect. I have learned from you - and I mean not just from the retreat or the workbook but just you! You're an amazing guy.

My wife learned about VysionQuest via Reliable Education. Our lives are hectic, chaotic, too busy and not really getting anywhere. There's little happy and I thought this retreat could help.

During the retreat I felt and realized emotions I never really knew I had and reasons why life was the way it was. Tremendous clean meals, people that I could call family - the other participants. I'm a very shy person but felt like these people and this retreat was home. Lots of love, compassion and we all supported each other comfortably. It was the most surreal feeling ever.

Now I feel refreshed, re-directed, re-born and like a new person full of love and positivity. Life is so precious and amazing.

If you are on the fence, I definitely was on the fence too... 'This is just another gimmick'... No... it's life changing for the better! Life is good!

Rick's process, retreat and PURPOSE has changed the course of my life and the ripples will reach far and wide.

I had been feeling a void in real purpose for several years, particularly in relation to what I am on this planet to do and what will truly make me happy. I could feel a strong sense of struggle, predominantly in my professional life, but could also sense it was affecting my family in a negative way. 

I felt worried when I looked in my children's eyes that they would not remember me for who I truly am and that they would harbor some resentment to me because of the lack of physical time I spend with them. I could also sense that there was a growing disconnect between myself and my wife for my uncertainty in which way to move forward with our life. 

My view was firmly fixed on monetary gain to the sacrifice of what is the love of my life; my family. In saying that, my intentions were fully fixed on providing what I thought would be the best life for us all. 

 The spark was lit by my wife, who knew I needed a break. I had received a holiday gift from her for my 40th to take a week off to do whatever I wanted (within reason!) It had an expiration date (!) to force me to use it and I still didn't. 

I roll into my birthday this year and after a tough 8 months of work, since returning from our year of family travel, I knew it was time for a break. I knew fishing wasn't going to be it. Shan had heard of vision quests from a recent retreat she had attended and encouraged me to attend. 

I liked the concept, but didn't want to spend my holiday in the bush somewhere on my own for 4 days. It didn't feel right for me. 

So, I started to Google for other types of vision quests...ones that would give me a break, that would give me clarity or vision, but would also allow me to have some fun. 

When I found Rick's VQ, it immediately gelled with me. And so after plucking up a serious amount of courage, I signed up. 

This took a lot for me as I'm not wired well in an emotional sense. Never been on a wellness retreat before and never spent a week with 7 other people who I had never met before. 

The experience for me was an emotional roller coaster with Rick at the helm guiding us through the ups and downs with kindness and compassion. I made friends that are now closer to me than a lot of my extended family and never though that could be possible in such a relatively short space of time. These friends I'm so grateful for will be a rock for me to refer to should my path ever stray from the one I know I need to take. 

I already have several friends and family that I intend on encouraging to get along to Rick's VQ and do themselves and the rest of the world a favor. 

Imagine if we all knew what we were here to do and understood how it was supposed to be. I now have the clarity and the courage to significantly change my life and the lives of others. I won't be backwards in coming forward to try and get others on the same path. Love and gratitude.

Before my VQ adventure I felt completely stuck and uninspired. I forgot my achievements and the feeling of motivation. Despite so much to be grateful for and opportunities in front of me, I blinded myself to it. I knew that something within needed to change.

During this process I discovered there was no way to move forward without looking back. Very far back and deep within. I opened myself up and I was raw. I felt scared but from that I felt empowered. I could reset my foundations of what is important to me and how to live a fulfilled life.

Being in this experience with others and hearing their journeys gave me strength and inspiration. I will carry their words and their stories in my heart and continually grow because of them. I struggled to narrow down my life purpose into 2 words but I did it, and it felt INCREDIBLE. Nothing will take my life purpose away from me now.

Now this experience is coming to an end I feel an unexplainable peace, excitement and shine within. I've got a life to live and I'm going to go get it! Watch out, world! The gratitude I feel for my life is immense and it was always there right in front of me. But now I can REALLY see it.

I found the workbook amazing to work out my inner thoughts, dark deep thoughts, and suppressed feelings. Map out what it is I've already achieved and the path that I dream of.

If you're thinking about participating in this experience, give yourself the best gift you can and DO IT. Your heart will be opened, your legs grounded and eyes set ahead for the life you want and deserve.

There is nothing you have to think about or prepare - just show up and let the magic happen.

I didn’t realize how much I needed this. I felt like in the busy pace of life I sometimes got caught up in the ‘shoulds’, and during this process I reconnected with my playful, natural self and it feels amazing! I continue to work daily towards my inspirations, goals, desires. I continue to focus on what makes me feel whole and centered. When I flounder ... I read my workbook. But nowadays, when I flounder....I stop beating myself up and realize I'm just frothing. :) Learning that I have control of MY life, and yet, I have no control OVER life has been the most crucial piece of understanding I've ever gained. I did the VysionQuest to find clarity in my future and to help me move forward with my life after losing the love of my life to cancer three years ago. I had a huge feeling of sadness in my heart and not sure how to move forward. It felt like my head was in a cloud and my heart was underwater. Following the process of asking questions and writing down the answers opens your mind to so many emotions you didn't even know you had. Rick's insight into your answers helps even more to find your life's purpose. Now I feel that my head is clear, I have a future, and my heart is coming to the surface. I learned that life is awesome. One thing I learned was if you're scared, it's time for you to get up, put one foot in front of the other, look straight ahead and don't look back. You'll either hear applause or a splash. Either way, you made a change. You made it a bit further from the place you were before.

I did the VysionQuest Retreat 3 years ago and it was a turning point in my life. I walked away from the experience without worry of what I’m destined to do or what I have to achieve by a certain time. I discovered my true values and by doing so I simplified my life. I learned to tune into the present moment and let my worries about future and past evaporate. A whole new world of possibility opened up for me during and after this experience!

Before I came to Rick's retreat I was overworked, tired and drained. I felt lost and unhappy with no clue how or what to do. I was nervous and doubting myself before I got here. Monique and I did a VysionQuest Retreat 9 years ago in Bali. It was nothing less than life changing. After practicing the principles learned at that time, I can tell you some stories. Life lessons are abundant - it's how we receive them and how we share them with others that is important. 

Recently I attended one of Rick's workshops and it was amazing! It was so good to just sit and be present. 

Please, if you're considering attending either a retreat or a workshop - DO IT! Sometimes in life you just have to huck it and see what happens. You won't regret it. 

When your small still voice beckons you to go and do VysionQuest and you step out of your norm and make that happen, amazing life transformation will happen. You will realize your potential has not yet been tapped. In doing so you will change the world and the people in it.

Before VysionQuest I was struggling to put my finger on what my next steps were in my career. Work for myself or someone else? After working for so long for a corporation it was tough to really know what I wanted for myself, so it became important to try and figure it out before I turned 80! 

It was actually a build up of frustration over a couple of years which required me to make a decision one way or another. 

Everything was different about the VysionQuest process. An unbeatable, exclusive location, great people and a fantastic facilitator with an eye for guiding people's purpose - made it near impossible to NOT get a result. 

I first realized that VysionQuest was working to solve my problem after a couple of days when you got to see the results slowly - your behaviors and attitude began to mold. I want to say how grateful I am to have had the opportunity and courage to take the past 4+ months away from work to reflect, learn, grow, and connect with myself - a mini-sabbatical that kicked off with the VysionQuest Retreat. My focus has been on optimizing my health, bonding with my daughter, and just 'being'.

I've been on auto-pilot 'doing' for as long as I can remember... I've been a hardworking and resourceful survivor who has felt the need to please, impress and/or take care of anyone I come in contact with.

I came to VysionQuest because I had no more places in my life to run and hide from myself.

I can't believe it's only been one week since you welcomed us to the retreat and said, 'Are you ready for an adventure?' I feel like it's been a month or more worth of amazing experiences compressed into a week's time because each day was so rich and fulfilling – definitely one of the best weeks of my entire life. 

I can now reflect back to before the retreat and feel I was a different person. I felt different inside and I now feel such peace... inside and out. You are the first person I've met who makes me feel like I can do anything – I am now starting to believe that for myself and it feels unbelievably wonderful. 

I feel I started out crying during this week from a place of confusion and sadness, and I needed to release it, but I now cry out of such a place of happiness. I am just overflowing with such appreciation and joy. 

I know this time in my life is so special and the retreat is a life-changing moment where I'll be able to look back and know it was at that point that my life and myself changed for the better. What a pivotal experience to have and such a blessing. 

I feel a newfound inspiration and feel more alive than I ever have. My heart is open and when I am not on this 'high', I have tools to help guide me, which you have given. I feel such love for Bali and now myself – and have reconnected with my spirit who is now awake and HAPPY.

Rick, your VysionQuest should be prohibited! It is like a drug which stays in one's mind and soul and does not allow you to forget those moments. I want more!

This has been one of the most special weeks of my life, without question. From day one we considered some big questions about ourselves, and I found myself opening up about some tough stuff, and then being able to LET IT GO. 

Rick was such a supportive guide to us, pushing us to challenge ourselves and get the most out of this week, but also giving us the space to do things our way. It was fun! 

I will always remember how safe I felt with everyone here, how accepting and positive the group atmosphere was, and how every single person truly inspired me in some way. 

It was a wonderful experience to spend an entire week directing my brain and my energy toward the positive, toward big dreams and ambitions. This week has accelerated my growth so much, and I hope I am always able to remember how alive, how inspired I felt on so many occasions. 

I feel recharged and refocused, ready to direct the rest of my life toward the experiences and challenges that make me feel alive, to live with purpose and intention. I am inspired and grateful and can't wait to use what I have discovered here to serve better, in every aspect of my life. 

It remains the single most life-changing and incredible week of my life, and Rick is a seriously special person to have in your corner.

My time in Bali with Rick was the most life changing, fun and fulfilling week of my life. 

The writing sessions somehow balanced incredible introspection and motivation without becoming wanky, thanks to Rick's ability to always laugh at himself or others genuinely. 

The spontaneity of the trip allowed a less manufactured and more genuine journey and adventure to take place, and it gave me so much more joy and excitement than I ever expected. Challenges were presented unexpectedly, such as going skinny dipping in the moonlight with people I had met only days earlier, which helped me identify how I react when scared, and what I can do to face those fears.

Have you ever felt like you were trapped in a corner with no way out? That's how I felt when I joined Rick and the other VysionQuesters on our retreat in June 2015. At the age of 30, I had just finished treatment for breast cancer and was in need of a serious reevaluation of my entire existence.

I had led a fulfilling life up until cancer - a super successful career doing what I love making a positive impact on the world, amazing friends, tons of adventures, the opportunities to visit over 100 countries and live in 6. I knew who I was and I loved myself, but cancer put a wrench in all of that. I didn't trust myself or my body anymore, compromised my own needs to keep up appearances and forgot who I really am.

I met Rick through friends in Bali who said 'you've gotta meet this guy, he knows what you are going through' and man were they ever right. The retreat itself was incredible. Journeying everyday with a group of the most lovely and supportive people who encouraged me to be patient with myself and my recovery process.

VysionQuest helped me learn how to really say 'no, I need this, no compromises' by checking in with my intuition more regularly. The workshops and meditation helped me to reclaim my passion for life and re-prioritize what I want for the future. The clarity I received in these sessions was out of this world and has given me the motivation to further build and diversify my amazing career while maintaining more balance.

The lessons I learned and clarity I found at the retreat have literally changed my life and given me the courage, strength and motivation to move forward with even more momentum than I had before. I now realize that cancer is the best thing that ever happened to me — it gave me the gift of being able to truly look into myself and tackle fears and bad patterns that inhibit growth.

So in short, go on the retreat no matter where you are on your path to becoming your true self. It's the best decision you will ever make.

Rick is a true healer both personally and for others. 

 I always thought I had a pretty good idea what my purpose was but came to the retreat to cement it in and work out how to juggle everything. But what I really learnt was that it’s impossible to build an empire if the groundwork is unstable. I discovered that it was my own internal struggles that were holding me back from my true potential. 

Rick gave me the tools to fix that and I’m leaving the retreat energised, excited and ready to carry out my purpose with a bang. He helped me connect, reach, dream and believe in everything I was born to be. He switched on the light in my soul and showed me all the treasures I already had inside that were impossible to see in the dark. 

The process was pretty easy and fun but extremely clever. The modules walk you through simple exercises which eventually show you exactly what you want from life. It’s like working on a tapestry square by square and then taking a step back and realising you’ve created a beautiful piece of art. 

He helped me sort through the endless ideas and desires that run through my head so I could identify the ones that truly mean the most to me. 

Once you know what’s really important to you the next step is easy – go and get it!

What I didn’t expect were the connections I would make with the other retreat members sharing the journey. From the very beginning Rick helped us remove our protective outer personalities and allow us to be our true selves. Seeing other people share their true desires and vulnerabilities gave you an insight into their soul and created bonds that I’m sure will last a lifetime.

The future is bright and I can’t wait till we all meet again.

Prior to attending I was successful but generally unhappy with no real direction for the future. My life felt like groundhog day.

Every day at VQ got better — unbelievable considering the first day was a 9.9 out of 10. Disconnecting from everyday life, surfing, sunrises and much more made for an enlightening journey which was also fun. 

The modules were excellent and I discovered my purpose. I also found so many reasons why my life is already awesome. I never expected that taking a week out of my life could make such a difference, but words cannot describe it. 

I met the most amazing, like-minded people that I will now have as friends for life. The support between our group I have never experienced and Rick fostered this environment where we all flourished.

This retreat has been the best gift I have ever given myself. It allowed the space and time to connect and communicate with myself... my biggest fears, desires and dreams. I came to VysionQuest after living in indecision and frustration. Before I quested for my vision, my life felt purposeless. Crazy to think I was in the most stressful, confusing, discontent state of mind just a few months ago. It was the largest chunk of time in my adult life that I truly felt stuck.

I was in a foreign country unable to work for 5 months. My world flipped upside down and it dumped all my sprinkles and glitter all over the floor. I came from a world where I held space for so many people in so many communities in NYC, then I felt it was ripped out from under me. My busy-bee nature turned into a sulking, negative sloth.

I could not financially support anything - I remember trying to decide if I wanted to do my nails or have a decent breakfast. It made me cry. My partner and I fought every day. I could not sleep, fall asleep, stay asleep or enjoy sleep. I questioned myself constantly: 'Why am I even here?' I was negative towards myself and my partner.

I just spent an awe-inspiring, life-charging, beautifully moving week with seven of the most unique people I've ever met. Grateful for the experience gifted to us by Rick Cowley. I cannot IMAGINE my life without the past 7 days woven seamlessly in it. I am left blissed out, inspired and feeling as powerful as this massive, crashing wave. My heart has blasted wide open.

VysionQuest, wow, what can I say? It's a truly a life-changing experience. Before going into it I was having some trouble around clarity and confidence, around stepping into my purpose. I had a bit of an idea of what my purpose was but I had a lot of fear around whether I would be able to earn the money that I needed, and even just on the level of whether I could actually do it. For the six days it really opens you up and puts you in charge and in contact with who you really are in your heart and what truly makes you happy and what would make you happy going forwards. And gives you clarity around how to implement that in life. What you you walk away with is a clear, concise workbook full of exactly who you are in this moment, and what's really important to you and what you love. You also manage to filter out things, patterns of behavior that aren’t working for you or serving you anymore. Rick is a very special human being. He knows how to prompt you and how to get out the best of everyone. And I'm sure he would be the first person to say that he's not there to teach you anything, but he's there to ask the questions for you to ask yourself, so that you can go deeper and find the answers because they're all already in you. Anyone who isn’t already living their soul’s purpose or living their greatest life could definitely benefit from this process. Plus you'll meet some incredible people - you being one of them.

The most amazing week I've spent in my life.

Seven months after VysionQuest and I have already changed so many things and checked off so many things from my Five Year Bucket List. Incredible what it brings into my life. Amazing moments, great people, the best conversations...

We both have gained so much from VysionQuest and can't thank you enough for the very special journey you took us on. We feel and know that something is different for us.

My VysionQuest Workbook is the only paper that sits on my desk so it is always top of mind and in my thoughts.

Since the VysionQuest retreat it seems that I have not had to work too hard on any aspect of my life and yet it seems I have sailed into calm and free flowing waters at every turn. I know I mentioned at our 6 month reunion that I was working less and making more. That comment was not just reflective of my work situation yet rather a comment about my entire life.

My work is better - all things rolling to plan I will have my best year ever and from where I was in September to where the financial year will end will be light-years in difference. I have been able to negotiate my biggest deal ever. This will deliver my best earnings year since I started in this profession 11 years ago. All this at a time when the economy hasn't been great and banks have restricted lending to businesses.

How and why, I can't explain. I feel more relaxed, more at ease and trusting in myself. I know I have probably worked just as hard as I have previously yet it doesn't feel that way. As you would say, I have been riding the wave, been allowing of things to happen and prepared for them. Just seems easy, and I certainly don't mean that in a grandstanding way at all, it is just flowing, and long may it continue.

My personal life - whilst it's always been very good I have found my relationships with family and friends easier to maintain, easier to make happen, more meaningful and full of lots of laughter and good times.

My life in general is just easier - working less on everything and reaping more. I am co-creating with the great flow.

So Rick, am I believer? You bet I am and maybe even more than I was 6 months ago (and that is not saying I wasn't back then, it just has gone to a new (easier) level!!!!!! Thank you for further awakening me and my soul.

My sole purpose in attending VysionQuest was to find focus in my life, be it business or personal. There were other underlying issues with confidence in myself and other long term fears that I wanted to conquer during my 50th lap of the sun! 

I've never done any sort of self development retreat and had no expectations of what would or wouldn't happen. I only had the praise and guidance of prior participants to go on.

I came to VysionQuest because I was lost. I was at a crossroads and didn't know what to do with my life or what my life was worth.

I heard about VQ from a mate who had undertaken the course and he just said I would get so much out of it.

Then on my very first day of unemployment, I got a message from the GM of a company that had shown up in my written vision during the retreat. A role had just opened. This is a company that really inspires me. I'm feeling very grateful. It feels a little bit magic!

I did a reflection this morning with my workbook and it was flabbergasting to see how much of the 'one perfect day' has started to come to fruition. So grateful for the VQ magical 'unlock' key.

I have tapped into a part of me that has been dormant for so long - calm, present, grateful, empowered, excited. VysionQuest is for anyone feeling helpless, like a passenger in your own life. You will get clarity on what you want for your one precious life, but I can't guarantee you'll find so much more. Just book it. Make the commitment. Don't look back!

Five years ago, Karen and I were experiencing what people call a 'quarter life crisis' - that period when you realize you've done everything you're supposed to, made the 'best' decisions you could, worked hard, and are disturbed to realize that you're still not happy. Something is still missing. 

Previous generations seem to think of this as a 'reality check' for us millennials, where we realize that life isn't as fulfilling as we had hoped. F*ck that. 

To me this 'crisis' was a positive event that gave me awareness that material success does not equate to happiness or fulfillment, and that a new strategy for life was required to move forward in a meaningful way. We weren't interested in waiting around until retirement to live our dreams. 

About halfway through our travels we participated in Rick Cowley's VysionQuest Bali Retreat. To say this experience was life-changing would be an understatement. 

I learned that the path of least resistance is to follow your inner desires, not fight them. Though things could seem easier or safer to do otherwise, this is not the case. Fighting these desires is what leads to unhappiness. I also saw that most of my dreams are experiential and can't be purchased. 

If there is one 'testimonial' worth publishing it is that I would love to gift this retreat to many people in my life, but the irony is that if I were to do that it wouldn't have the same impact as them doing it for themselves. Taking the risk and expense to do it yourself is part of the commitment required to get the most out of it. 

Five years later, I was going through my VysionQuest workbook with Karen over the weekend. It was amazing to read all of the journaling exercises we did and look through my Five Year Bucket List and realize how many big, life-changing goals I had checked off. I have achieved many of my goals and dreams, and I feel like I've made incredible progress in creating the life that I most want to live and loving each and every day of the journey. 

Karen and I talked at length about how wonderful an experience that was, and how grateful we are to have done it.

Have a successful business in the trade industry and a grea family but had got to the point I had lost motivation and passion for it anymore and in life itself was bored so knew I needed to change something. I found the vision quest an amazing self finding journey that was put together so well to reflect on yourself and what’s really important in your life. I got so much out of it and have made positive changes and get up excited again just because I have changed my goals and purpose. Much more content and in control. Couldn’t recommend it more for someone who is ready to look for more in life
