We needed an ERP that was right for the scale of our business at the time, and also for the complexity we see coming two to three years from now with continued omnichannel expansion across geos, markets and new products. I expect the sheer amount of complexity to change in our operational setup. We used to run a single warehouse; we now have six warehouses and will likely expand to ten in the next few years, serving different customers with different products and different channels. We do a huge amount of assembly work in-house and that requires a system to capture that complexity seamlessly. From a financial reporting perspective, Fulfil is our key source of truth for every channel, every market, every customer’s revenue, all the way through down to product margin. One of the key reasons we chose Fulfil as a partner is the commitment to growing the product. It’s really encouraging that the founding team is still involved, and we have direct access to people developing the product. We’ve been using Fulfil for two years now, and we’ve seen massive improvements in a number of our daily workflows as things actually ship - I wasn’t confident we’d get that with another ERP. I’ve worked with Cin7, Xorosoft, Stitch Labs, and NetSuite in the past and didn’t think we'd be able to pull off the Fulfil implementation in 90 days based on those previous experiences. I thought I was going to get fired, but the Fulfil team made it happen, and we went live in 90 days. Being able to utilize the MCP with Fulfil and Claude was monumental - it changed how we were able to operate and how we were able to navigate our BFCM period last year. That was almost an impossible task that I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy, and Fulfil was able to keep up the whole time - we didn’t miss a beat from a fulfillment or inventory aspect. EDI was always a nightmare for me in previous jobs. With Fulfil’s EDI, I don't have to think about it at all - it's a native part of the software, and it doesn't matter where or how I'm connecting, all my orders are going to be appearing in the same workflow, in the same space with the same actionable data.
