The Fulfil Claude integration is so helpful. Feels like it replaces a 6 figure hire. Used it to compare product mix at one of our brands with very complex + high # of SKUs this year VS last year and it came back with the same explanation I would have arrived at, except in 2 minutes instead of ~30 minutes lol.

Fulfil is essential to us operationally in terms of warehouse fulfilment and inventory management. The integration with Shopify works well and the development team are constantly working on material platform improvements to enhance useability and functionality. I’ve worked in 12 different ERPs and have done 7 ERP transitions. We felt like Fulfil was a company we trusted growing with, so we ultimately chose Fulfil. I’ve worked with Cin7, Xorosoft, Stitch Labs, and NetSuite in the past and didn’t think we'd be able to pull off the Fulfil implementation in 90 days based on those previous experiences. I thought I was going to get fired, but the Fulfil team made it happen, and we went live in 90 days. Being able to utilize the MCP with Fulfil and Claude was monumental - it changed how we were able to operate and how we were able to navigate our BFCM period last year. EDI was always a nightmare for me in previous jobs. With Fulfil’s EDI, I don't have to think about it at all - it's a native part of the software, and it doesn't matter where or how I'm connecting, all my orders are going to be appearing in the same workflow, in the same space with the same actionable data.
