
This was a better buying experience for a truck than I expected. It was a well balanced professionalism and laid back that I didn't feel pressured but I also felt like I was being taken care of.

Wow what a trip to Wallingford GMC
I left my home in Rhode lsland at 11:30 to be at Wallingford GMC at L:00 pm
The GPS trip time is thr35min. A nice ride until route 91 time left to reach
my appointment was 10 minutes but I was in heavy traffic.
About 15
minutes later I called Mitch Baker explaining why I was going be late. The
traffic moved ever so slow hut I finally reached the exit ramp and the GPS
sald take the next right. I drove to that turnoff and it was blocked by police.
With that I pulled into a gas station and walked over to the police that were
blocking the road and asked if I would be able to go the car dealer just up
the road and I was told to wait until they open the road. I again called Mitch
and told him about the fire and the road being closed.
He asked where I was
and told me to go to the traffic light that I could see down the street I just
came down and turn left, I inform him I have an old GPS 2013 and it is all
confused but Mitch told me he would stay on the phone and go to the next
traffic light and also make a left turn. At that point my phone went dead. No
Mitch my GPS told me to go to a traffic light.3 miles ahead and turn left. I
did know Mitch called my home and got my cell phone number from my
wife.
My phone rang it was Mitch he asked where I was and I looked saw a
sign that was Wallingford GMC and Mitch said turn left into the driveway
and when I turned in the first thing I saw was someone waving his hand to
direct me to him. And to my benefit it was next to the car I came to look at. I
looked at the car for a moment and Mitch invited in to his office sat me
down got me a coffee and probably saw that I wasn't having fun as being
late and lost. We talked about purchasing the car, took a test drive and said
be back tomorrow to do paper work and
Mitch introduce me to Nick Tenore
that completed the financing. Mitch in the car show me all the buttons and
etcetera, and home I went. But I haven't gotten over the very good
experience I had dealing with Mitch and Nick. Thank you for all you did to
help through a stressful time.

Had an Intellilink screen problem where the main screen froze and the backup camera stated it needed service. The Wlfd service group stuck with it and resolved the problem. Seems to be working fine. Thanks to Chris and Blaine. Job well done.
