The New Parent Prep class helped give me framework to guide my journey into motherhood - I was expecting my first child, had little knowledge, and a lot of anxiety about pregnancy and having a newborn. Alisa has put so many thoughtful and helpful details such as thinking of how you will prepare for postpartum or how you will handle your family dynamics. I was so much more prepared and less anxious after listening to the course, thank you!

I don’t know that anyone feels “prepared” for being a first-time parent, but we were definitely experiencing deep anxiety about the journey coming our way and how to handle it. Alisa was a calming presence throughout, answering our questions all over the board about both the pregnancy and getting started as parents once we brought Lila home. A tangible thing she did was help us optimize our registry, cutting back on perceived needs vs actual needs to ensure we were ready for the challenges of caring for a newborn.
