I found myself having to start a new job search after a layoff brought about from a company merger. I had not had to do a job search in years and certainly before AI was a thing. AI can look at your resume in a second and dismiss your application before human eyes can see it. I attended one of Eric's sessions and right away knew that there was someone out there that could help. Someone who understood the new reality of job searching. I then signed up for the course which I found very helpful - especially the summary notes for each session. I learned many new tips and techniques. I joined Win at Work in June and I’m now a CRM Project Manager at a college in Miami, Florida.
