The customer support is fantastic. I had a small issue and it was resolved within a couple of hours on a weekend. Great job! The course layout is well thought out and Jen does a fantastic job of presenting information in a nice concise and condensed format. No having to wait until she gets there or guessing to understand the concept within the context being presented - refreshing and good teaching style. The only disappointment (for me) is the pdf references tools and resources she has not actually used. The ONLY reason I'm mentioning this is this: When I buy a training or a guide, I'm not looking for other or more suggestions to "try" that look good to you BUT you have not actually tried them. IMO Google has plenty of suggestions to "try." I'm looking for feedback on what you've found to work (or not) and your suggestions on what to do differently if you were to do it again... or suggested improvements to what you have already done. Not more tools to "try." For the two reasons listed above, I am giving a 4 star rating as the onboarding experience is not easy or smooth and for suggesting tools (several) that you have not actually used or implemented into your processes & systems. If it were not for these two issues, and I know I'm being very critical here, it is a 5-star purchase.

The words “bootstrapping BEGINNER podcaster” in the product description describe me to a “T,” and the purchase price was only $3, so I thought, Why not? Indeed! This may just be the best $3 I ever spent. There really is *so* much info packed into the PDF, and I especially appreciate that the tool reviews include dates.

I bought so many different deals on Appsumo. And... this is my first review ever. Why? I feel excited and motivated to start working on my podcast. By the way, I recommend you to start with Jen's "3 Big Mistakes Podcasters Make". It's a free course that you can find in the membership zone. You'll like everything: content, structure, presentations and video lessons. I really enjoyed the course and recommend it to everyone who is thinking about own podcast.

This is a really comprehensive and intuitive starting point to figuring out the why, when and how of your podcast journey. Jen's marketing experience and know-how is definitely more than you'd get elsewhere and really helps you to plan out your episodes with content that your listeners are telling you they need!

I find this guide to be so helpful on both the macro and micro level. It encourages you to get connected to the big picture and why you are doing a podcast, as well as providing important detailed information. Jen is wonderful, personable and full of valuable wisdom. Great purchase!

I downloaded this out of curiosity and I'm so glad I did. I never thought podcasting was my thing, since I am not an actor or speaker.
