I would tell any OT considering signing up that they will not regret it. The flexibility of completing the course at your own pace was super helpful. We had a medical emergency in the family during the program but the accountability made it so I never fell off track. Lindsey helps to make you feel so supported and I loved the content. The 3 day lab left me feeling on such a high, it was truly incredible. I’m so thankful to be where I am today and have the confidence to treat in pelvic health!
Shelley Hoak
The Functional Pelvis Level I course is more than continuing education. It is a way to connect with other OTs in various ways and platforms, that is supportive in and of itself! There was both "refresh" learning from anatomy and physiology to a wealth of new learning to both specialize in pelvic health, as well as add it to whatever setting an OT may be practicing in. There were times I wished I had this information earlier in my 20 years of practicing occupational therapy. Thank you for all your hard work and effort, as well as ambition and inspiration to empower us.
Frederica O'Donnell

I have been an OT for over 25 years. I've worked in every setting possible with adults and children. I work in administration now and felt like the spark of OT was gone. Until I attended an OT Pelvic Health Summit, organized by Lindsey Vestral. I didn't know it then, but that weekend would open up a whole new world of OT I had never experienced. It made sense that everything I had done so far in my career was leading me to this point, where I could be a pioneer in an area that OT is so badly needed. Where an OT can use all their biopsychosocial skills and knowledge. Where OT can make a difference. The Level 1 Functional Pelvic Health Practitioner program was rigorous. It took time each week to put in the work, but it is so worth it. I feel so prepared to work in pelvic health. Lindsey has created an extraordinary curriculum where OTs can shine. If you want to provide high quality, evidence-based pelvic health for your clients, this class is for you. If you are looking to fall in love with OT again, take the Level 1 Functional Pelvic Health Practitioner program, I promise you will be so much better for it.

Kelly Amundson
I have been so inspired by Lindsey's efforts to empower OT's to realize their full potential in pelvic floor therapy. Lindsey went above and beyond in this course-I graduated and feel well educated, super glad I can access this information for a lifetime, and also loved the live/recorded support that was available to me. Even the online lab was amazing-Take the class, take Doug's Private Pay MBA, start your own business!!
Bethany Keuter
Lindsey's level 1 course was excellent! She does an amazing job with organization of course materials, providing the education in appropriate digestible amounts, and so many tools to take and utilize into your practice. This course also incorporates the biopsychosocial approach as well as ties everything back to function which is the foundation of OT. I would encourage anyone interested in growing their knowledge in this area to take the course, it's worth every penny and will provide you with a strong network of amazing OTs to learn from and lean on going forward. This is not just a course, it's a community.
PAMELA Evans
OT Pioneer has been an amazing course!! Very detailed and OT specific. It is also a course that you can immediately apply to your practice setting. I can't wait to continue learning!!
Jenna Mendiola
I am a CHT and just finished Lindsey Vestal’s Level 1 practitioner course. IT IS INCREDIBLE!!! I personally would prioritize this over Herman Wallace for the holistic, OT centered approach and many treatment ideas to immediately add to your toolbox. It was the most connected and supportive course I have ever taken.
Jess Nakos
The poop drives the pee! I won't forget that phrase. I wanted holistic education specific to the pelvic floor, inclusive of bowel health as I work toward certification. Lindsey is the REAL DEAL, if you're on the fence, know it's 100% worth it.
Carla Virgin
My name is Carla Virgin, I am an OT in the Central Coast of California. I have been an OT for 8 years and have always worked in pediatrics. I loooove being an OT, but had recently began to feel like I needed to pivot into a different area of practice. I came across this program after doing quite a bit of research, and I am so happy that I did. I joined the Level 1 Functional Pelvic Health Practitioner program and I am a changed OT. This course is so wonderful. It is very comprehensive, you become part of an amazing community, and receive supportive mentorship. I highly recommend it.
Shelley Williams, MS, OTR/L
I decided to join this program because it was designed by an OT with OTs skillset in mind. The attention to detail and support provided is unparalleled to any other online course I have taken. I was initially concerned about the length of time required for the course and the stamina I would need while simultaneously starting a new job. However, I was pleasantly surprised that multiple weeklong breaks were built into the schedule to support life events and prevent burnout. If you are on the fence about spending the money for this course, then wait no longer! Dive in! It is well worth the money for all the mentorship, support and knowledge you receive and the confidence you gain. Additionally, being part of a nurturing community of like-minded individuals in various stages of their professional/personal pelvic health journey is the icing on the cake!
Carla Virgin
I am currently enrolled in the Level 1 Functional Pelvic Health Practitioner Program and I cannot say enough good things about it. I have taken many courses in the past, but nothing compares to this course. I have received so much important information, got to know a fantastic community of dedicated OTs, and learned from experts in the field. However, I am most impacted by Lindsey's care, support, and commitment to OTs in pelvic health. She is an incredible mentor. This course has changed my life, I now feel ready and more confident to help my clients achieve their goals.
Caryn Wesley
Lindsey’s course has been a game-changer. She breaks down complex concepts into clear, practical insights that are easy to understand and apply. I’m learning so much—and truly enjoying every step of the process.
Julia Gray Piwowarski
I am so grateful to have found this program and would encourage anyone at all interested to join! I've been a practicing OT for a little over 10 years and am looking to transition into pelvic health. I feel very supported in this new path already, and have barely scratched the surface of all the support (both from experts and peer learners) available to me within this program. It's really quite comprehensive, and far exceeding my expectations! I feel like I've found the OT community I've always longed for!
Tess Busey
Joining this program was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I had been following Lindsey for a long time, even back when I was still in grad school. I joined her Facebook group and was always so impressed by the supportive, uplifting community she created and the way she showed up for everyone. When I finally decided to pivot my career, I knew without a doubt that Lindsey was the mentor I wanted by my side. What impressed me the most about this program is the ongoing support from both Lindsey and the community. You can really feel how much heart and effort she’s poured into it. The amount of knowledge and resources she shares is incredible, and the best part is, I have access to it for life! Before joining, I was worried that I wouldn’t feel confident enough to actually make a career shift. But this program changed that. I feel supported, empowered, and ready to take on this new path. If you’re considering signing up, do it! You won’t regret it.
Jess Nakos
I decided to join the OT Pioneer program as a way to begin my educational journey toward becoming a holistic pelvic health private practice owner. As someone in their late 40s I am personally invested in gaining more knowledge and skillsets to address my own concerns and health needs - knowledge is power. This is simply step one, followed by trauma-informed pelvic health practitioner certification and in-person learning at the summit this coming September in Phoenix, AZ. I CANNOT WAIT!
Pam Hess
Lindsey and Laura's Trauma Informed Pelvic Health Certification course is truly one of a kind. This is must do for all pelvic health therapist! As and educator and pelvic health OT, I believe this course is the icing on top for all of OTP who currently or even contemplating to practice in pelvic health. I wish this was part of the entry level curriculum for OT students, too. Every OTP could benefit from this course even if their clinical practice area is not in pelvic health. This content is jammed packed of content that I am going to have to reference for the rest of my career and personal wellbeing. Thank you Lindsey and Laura!!!
Tiffany
I have just completed the level 1 course. I would 100% recommend this course to anyone who wants to learn more and feel confident with their skills with pelvic floor therapy. All of the information is wonderfully presented, the OTP community is really a great support group and the hands on lab was fantastic! I feel confident walking into this new role. I have been an OT for 13 years and this is the best CE I have ever taken.
Michelle Kuhlmann
Lindsey's OT Elevate course is amazing! She has included so much valuable information and does a wonderful job walking the learner through an area of the body and systems that don't get the attention that they deserve. This course is addressing the "whole-person" at it's finest! Lindsey's vast knowledge and her willingness to share all the information that she has gathered over years of experience with her students is generous and reflects her genuine desire to "grow" more pelvic health OT's in order to reach more people in need of these services.
Cameron Gehrke
Completing OT Elevate has given me such a confidence boost to my pelvic floor OT practice. I am equally grateful for the guidance, education, and resources that this course has provided me.
Ali Vandeloo
OT Elevate is such a fabulous resource! As an OT of 7 years, I have always had an interest in pelvic floor therapy but it always felt intimidating to pursue. Lindsey makes the info profession-relevant and super easy to digest (see what I did there?). Cannot recommend enough.
Sunni MenDell
OT Elevate is giving me the knowledge to further help clients with colorectal and pelvic floor conditions. The information is so in depth and allowing me to connect symptoms with systems and how the body and brain work together. This is my second course with Lindsey and I just love the way she explains content in such an understandable, yet intellectual way. She is the MOST accessible person and will email and answer questions literally within a few hours of messaging. I am looking forward to adding more manual, myofascial release, and visceral techniques to my toolbox to help clients with colorectal conditions. I love that we are able to talk about the mental health component for these clients because we all know how embarrassing some symptoms can be and we want our people to be heard! This course gives you so many biomechanical and psychosocial tools to really help alleviate our clients symptoms, both mental and physical. I cannot wait to tie together my knowledge from OT pioneers and OT elevate and get out and treat! Besides the content, the community chat is so helpful. Bouncing ideas for business and treatment off one another is one of a kind and creates such a community bond. I highly recommend this course and of course OT Pioneers and look forward to continuing learning from Lindsey and all of my pelvic health peers.
Catherine Skeirik
OT pioneer is a great , informative course. I'm learning a great deal already and I'm only half way done . I cant wait to learn more! Lindsey is very well spoken and super knowledgeable Thank you!
Taber Starowicz
I attended the AOTA Conference in 2024 where I saw the most pelvic floor content I had ever seen. As I sat and listened, I was immediately hooked. Lindsey exudes a warm energy and passion for her patients. It was evident after so many years working with unrealistic productivity numbers, someone was actually focusing on a person and hearing them for their needs. I was so excited to sign up for the program! It has been the best decision I have made!
Angelina
As a new grad therapist with plans to specialize one day in pelvic floor, I have learned so incredibly much in Lindsey's course! Lindsey is the best teacher hands down :) She has a way of explaining things in a fun way that can be easily understood and non intimidating. Throughout the course when emailing her questions she is also always attentive and goes puts all her time aside to give you the support you need. So grateful for this opportunity and excited to take more future courses with her!
Gwyneth Jones
Lindsey has done an excellent job of creating a course where OTs can get a firm foundation on pelvic health! This course gives practical information so an OT can build a practice. This course packs in a lot of information and presents this information in a concise manner. You will learn how to lead a client through body awareness, mindful breathing, an overview of the endocrine system and anatomy, gender inclusive language, learning from case studies all while learning from Lindsey and other experts in this field. I believe every OT would benefit from taking this course.
Jennifer Robbins
This course is exactly what I had hoped it would be. The guest speakers provide expert insights from a variety of topics relevant to clinicians hoping to work in settings when trauma-informed care is essential. The live support calls provide opportunity to create community, network with colleagues as well as access to instructors to clarify points or respond to questions. The instructors provide a varied and extensive library of interventions to use with clients as well as printed resource materials. Real life applications of techniques are explained thoroughly and major concepts are explained in easily digestible portions. I am using so many things from this brilliant course with success with my clients already!
Lexy martinez

I recently started my own pelvic health practice specializing in perinatal people. I chose the Trauma-Informed Pelvic Health Certification because I felt that this was the way to really bridge the gap between the biological and psychosocial aspects of pelvic health and that this would set me apart from other local providers. At first I was concerned that I was too new to pelvic health to delve into a specialty, but I feel like I came home as a therapist after taking this course. This certification equipped me not only with indispensable strategies to use with my clients. but also with relevant tools for my own self-care, both as a therapist and a human being.

Brianna Murosky
The trauma informed care pelvic floor certification has truly changed how I practice. The information was complex yet digestible and allowed me to start implementing into my treatment sessions as soon as the first week. It also challenged me and taught me more about myself in so many ways. The community experience I had during the certification was one of a kind. My favorite part of all is that I left the in person training in Sedona with my cup filled up. It's not just about how to treat your clients, what's more important is how you take care of yourself to be able to serve your clients effectively every day.
Isabel Hartounian, MS, OTR/L, PMH-C

This experience has profoundly enriched my approach as an OT, allowing me to better understand and address the emotional, and sometimes traumatic, contributors to a client's pelvic heath. We brainstormed sensitive ways to talk, validate, interview and really get to know someone’s experience. Learning to integrate both the physical and emotional aspects of healing has equipped me to offer more compassionate and effective care to my patients. It’s a privilege to bring this knowledge into my practice and support the healing journey of the women I work with.

Dara Steinberg
I have been an OT for over 14 years with a background in pediatrics (hospital and school settings), geriatrics/home care and management. I had become really disenchanted with occupational therapy as a profession. I tried different settings and management positions and I consistently felt overworked, burned out or overwhelmed by the settings where I was treating. I began to wonder if I had chosen the right profession. I was SO tired. I was inspired to join this course after taking OT Pioneers because I wanted more of the psychosocial piece. The course surpassed my expectations. I was so happy to learn about how to use nervous system regulation, somatic and patient-centered practices (many that I have been using for years for myself) as valid first-line approaches. From intake to discharge, I feel so much more confident and prepared to do this work. I am so grateful to Lindsey and Lara for creating this course, sharing this extensive wealth of instantly applicable information and making it possible for someone like me to practice authentically. Thank you for making the course available for lifetime.
Rachelle Murphy
OT Pioneers does an excellent job of breaking down topics and information in a way that is easily digestible and understandable, while also highlighting the unique and significant impact that OTs can have with their pelvic floor therapy clients. I wish I would have taken the course sooner!
Janice Wilson
Lindsey's passion and excitement regarding the information she presents is infectious and her endlessly positive and supportive nature makes this course an absolute pleasure. I have taken other pelvic floor/pelvic health courses through Herman and Wallace (PF1) and Core Exercise Solutions (PCES, Pelvis Pro, Pediatric Bowel and Bladder). The CES courses contained an amazing wealth of information - overwhelming, yet well presented- which I utilized while treating my home care patients, yet I continued to feel trepidation stepping out as a solopreneur with my own private practice focused mainly in the area of pelvic health. I was so excited when I discovered Lindsey's courses, taught specifically from an OT perspective, which is what I missed when taking PT-focused pelvic floor courses. As an OT, my grad school OT education on the lower body was not comprehensive, yet Lindsey effortlessly presented the material in an easy to understand, and enjoyable, manner, while instilling confidence in our ability to treat pelvic health clients. Hurray for Lindsey's passionate approach and can-do attitude to OTs addressing pelvic health. I feel like I have my own personal cheerleader when I am taking her class.
Sodeinde O. Esther
After completing my diploma in Occupational Therapy, I found myself stuck in a routine of working solely with neuro patients and children with special needs. Despite my passion for OT, I felt unfulfilled and restless. The field seemed oversaturated, and I yearned for something more. Driven to explore the vast potential of OT, I discovered my true calling – empowering women throughout their reproductive journey, from conception to post-pregnancy. My research led me to Pelvic Health OT, a niche that aligns perfectly with my interests. Initially, some doubted my decision, suggesting it was Physical Therapy's domain. Undeterred, I took a leap of faith and joined OT Pioneers. Today, I'm thrilled to be part of this pioneering community, shaping a new career path. OT Pioneers has reignited my passion for Occupational Therapy, and I'm eager to make a meaningful impact in the lives of women. I'm excited for this fresh start and look forward to a successful, fulfilling journey.
Amy McCann
This course is what I've been looking for! Years ago I was discouraged from trying to specialize in pelvic health, as I was told - this is just for PT's. As an OT, we have the training and gifts to provide quality treatment and improve lives. I'm not stopping now - thank you Lindsey!
Shelby Miller
I am an OT student who began an interest in the field of pelvic health OT back in the very first term of school. One of my professors introduced me to Lindsey and OT Pioneers and I could not be more grateful!!! This course has gotten me even more excited about this area of practice and really fueled the fire behind my passion. This course has taught me so much about not just the anatomy and fundamentals of various diagnosis, but also how to talk to clients and be empathetic to their vulnerabilities. What truly sets this course apart, however, is Lindsey herself. She is not just a knowledgeable instructor but also a deeply supportive mentor. She truly wants each student to learn and thrive in this practice.
Jayne
After being in a lull so to speak with my OT career, and waiting for that sign or nudge to guide me on my next steps, I came across Lindsey Vestals website, and I knew I was meant to be lead here; to this place. Not only do I feel the content in OT Pioneers has been a really great intro into pelvic health, but the support from Lindsey herself (answering any and all of my questions) and the extras you receive (being a part of the OTP pelvic health chat forum) and all the resources there are here is amazing. Also, joining the OT pelvic health Facebook group has been huge! I've already made so many contacts in my area/state. Can't wait to see where all this leads! Thanks to Lindsey for putting in all this effort and hard work.
Katrina Johnson

This course is a wonderful foundation for OTs looking to step into pelvic floor therapy.

I cannot thank Lindsey and this community enough for their continued support!

Danielle Dermer
I am an OT with 5+ years in pediatrics. Having become more involved in infant development and providing therapy services for babies, my eyes have been opened to the gaps in holistic care for their mothers' and have seen firsthand how mom's wellbeing comes second to everything else. This got me interested in pelvic health, which, upon talking to peers, everyone pointed my to Lindsey and OT Pioneers. I jumped in without hesitation and have no regrets! I cannot recommend this class enough for those who are new and interested in pelvic health and want to start from the basics, while also learning so much beyond the basics!
Terra Blanton

My decision to join OT Pioneers stemmed from my interest in viewing pelvic health through an occupational therapist's lens. I was drawn to the program's emphasis on a holistic approach, which aligns perfectly with my own values and aspirations within the field. I didn't have many concerns before joining OT Pioneers; I was primarily filled with excitement and anticipation. However, if I had any reservations, they were quickly dispelled by the program's reputation for excellence and the supportive environment fostered by Lindsey. Knowing that I'd have access to comprehensive, digestible information and approachable support was incredibly reassuring. What surprised me the most and brought me immense happiness was how accessible and supportive the entire OT Pioneers experience turned out to be. Lindsey's approachability and the program's commitment to presenting complex information in a clear, understandable manner exceeded my expectations. This level of support and guidance has truly made my learning journey with OT Pioneers an enriching and fulfilling experience.

Jamie Provisor
Thank you for creating such a wonderful course! I've been an OT since 2003, and this is one of the best continuing education courses I have ever taken. I feel like I've learned so much new material over the past month, and it is invigorating! I will be going over the class material another 2 or 3 times to absorb everything. I can tell you put a lot of time and effort into putting this together. Hopefully, it will be used to educated thousands of more therapist in pelvic health!
Jacklyn Iannitti, OTR/L
Being fairly new to pelvic floor therapy, I knew I would need some support and a team to lean on in an instant and that is exactly what I am getting from Pelvic OTPs United. Pelvic OTPs United is laid out in an intimate/ organized platform with all information available to apply to my clinical practice. Between the diagnosis deep dives, population specific topics, building a business and live meetups, I am constantly learning, applying and connecting - on so many levels! I have so many favorite parts of the community but the live meetups really light me up. It is a way to connect with other clinicians and feel like we are in the break room together although we are miles and miles apart- informally during case studies and Q and A's with Lindsey or more formally with Expert interviews. It is apparent Lindsey has a passion for pelvic health and supporting this community - I am grateful to be apart of it.
Kiyoko Williams
I am so glad to be taking another one of Lindsey's courses after first taking her OT Pioneers course several years ago. Although I'm only midway through OT Elevate, this course is already allowing me to connect knowledge from other courses I've taken and clients I've seen. One thing I appreciate is that this course is less focused on the volume of material and more so on the treatment techniques and clinical reasoning process that is so often left out of CEU courses. I often feel bombarded with information and techniques, and this course offers a balanced approach to complex conditions. The course structure and delivery really do remind me how valuable it is to learn from a fellow OT. Thank you!
Joanna Auger

The Pelvic OTP’s United has provided an ideal place to learn and share ALL the aspects of growing a career as a Pelvic OT. I enjoy how welcome I feel in the group. I enjoy how safe I feel to share any question and how quickly responses come to those questions! I don’t use social media, so this is my connection to like-minded professionals. I gain so much wisdom and knowledge from other OT's in this platform of sharing. I’m often not able to make the live calls due to the time zone difference, so I might ask that they be at a variety of times or an occasional different time. I am so appreciative of being able to watch them recorded and haven’t missed one yet since I joined! I don’t know of any better way to grow in this niche of OT than what Lindsey is offering. This concept of community and what she has created to help us help each other is brilliant and worth much more than the monthly payment required. This is more than 3 sentences, but I still don’t feel I have expressed my deep gratitude for this group. THANK YOU, LINDSEY!

Rachel Shomer
Lindsey... where do I begin? You are a guru! As a new PHOT, I know that I can come to you for a wealth of knowledge, but also for real life experience. This platform offers so much learning, while being away from social media. I think we can all agree that social media has its place for connecting and creating, but it is also overwhelming in the sense that everyone seems to know it all and have it all. Taking a break from the overwhelm of not feeling like I have it all or will EVER know it all and just focus on a group with like minded individuals all striving for wellness and growth is incredible. Guest speakers and interviews have helped me so much both putting me at ease and continuing my interest in learning and bettering myself to help others!
Sarah Kate Phillips, OT/L
The Pelvic OTPs United community is such a great resource for anyone currently practicing or hoping to practice pelvic health! I have 5+ years of OT experience but am new to pelvic health and absolutely love having a community to share wins, ask questions, and collaborate with other therapists about pelvic health. If you're interested in starting your own private practice, the community is also a great way to find others on the same path and find an accountability partner! I know the more this community grows the more valuable it will continue to become.
Jessica Lynne
Lindsey’s OT Elevate Course is a course that I would recommend to all therapists looking for tons of easy to use tools and an in-depth understanding of colorectal conditions. I frequently refer back to the extensive list of amazing tools when looking to recharge and refresh my sessions with clients. She uses her incredibly easy to understand language and wonderful enthusiasm to describe in detail colorectal conditions we could see as pelvic floor therapists. She developed an extensive toolbox that is easy to use and a breeze to refer to again and again. This course made me feel confident treating both simple and complex clients with colorectal conditions. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to elevate their practice! Thank you for creating this course and offering it for OTs!!
Carolyn Reynolds
I recently joined the OT pioneers course and I am delighted to have you giving me the confidence and education needed to pursue a career in pelvic health! Thank you!
Lexy Martinez
There is so much value in the Pelvic OTPs United membership that goes far beyond acquiring knowledge and learning new skills. It feels like an intimate circle where I can ask anything and feel confident I will get accurate answers. The group members and Lindsey have been like cheerleaders, encouraging each of us along our unique journeys in pelvic health. Perhaps most importantly (at least for me), Pelvic OTPs United has been a safe space where I feel brave enough to let myself be seen and heard as a pelvic health OT, a place where I can be vulnerable in my newness. Every week, I walk away feeling more and more confident and better equipped to go out in the world to serve my clients. I couldn't recommend this opportunity more!
Monica
This course was exactly what I needed to jumpstart into becoming a pelvic floor therapist. Lindsey breaks down the content into manageable lessons and provides several opportunities to engage with others taking the course. I enjoyed the zoom calls to reinforce what I learned or still had questions on from the lessons.
Aidee Rosado, MOT, OTR
As an OT who has worked with Physical Disability, this course just adds so much more to how I see all my patients. We truly forget in practice that our pelvic health is the foundation of all of our movement. This course sets the stage to really help our patients/clients in the most vulnerable occupations that are often overlooked in the acute/inpatient/outpatient setting.
Abigail Buszka
I really enjoyed finding out information to bring to PTs that show the value of OTs in pelvic health
Cheryl, OTR/L
Lindsey's passion for all things pelvic health is evident. She is encouraging and willing to share her knowledge so that others can embark on this career path to help more clients. I feel as if this course has provided me with a foundation to start incorporating pelvic health into my own practice but also realize there is so much more to it than kegels.
Sheila Houle

This course is outstanding! If you are considering working in women’s health or pelvic therapy, OT Pioneers should absolutely be your first step. I feel so much more confident about my place. I also have a baseline level of knowledge and an eagerness to learn and grow more. Lindsey is incredibly knowledgeable and so generous with sharing her experience. I think the best part is that she is an amazing OT and this course highlights the unique perspective we have to offer.

Cathi Brown, MOT, OTR/L
Lindsey is extremely knowledgeable and presented material in a way that helps with understanding and keeps the participant engaged during each section. Not only was there a plethora of information about physiology and function/dysfunction of the pelvic floor but examples, scenarios, and resources were provided to assist with the participant in continuing their own exploration and learning in this field. The way material was presented it help to develop clinical reasoning and reminded OTs to look at findings through the OT eye.
Lisa Vu, MS, OTR/L
Lindsey's OT Pioneers course is an exceptional introductory course to pelvic floor therapy. She has an empathetic teaching style that meets you wherever you are in your journey to becoming a PF OT. The weekly momentum calls were especially helpful and engaging. I highly recommend taking her course!
Katie Butcher
This course has completely solidified and affirmed my value and drive to go into the speciality practice as an OT! Lindsey embodied the gold standard I would want from my PFT and role model as a provider! -
Emily L.
You were so gentle, body-positive, warm/welcoming, and sincere in your responses. You were confident, yet soft-spoken and always answered our questions thoroughly and in a timely manner. I never felt any question was a stupid question. You tied everything in to your personal and professional experiences, and always brought your examples back around to relate to the woman's occupation. So relatable! Those occupation-based examples are what I'll treasure most (e.g., discussing how home layout - stairs, etc. - relates to pelvic health issues was so fascinating as I had never even considered those things before). Not to mention the wealth of bonus content I'll have lifetime access to! I can tell you put your heart and soul into this course, and I appreciate you mentorship along the way. :) THANK YOU!!!!
Celina
I absolutely loved this course. It has provided me with a thorough, OT-oriented foundation for pelvic health knowledge and assessment tools. I appreciate how it addressed psychosocial and physical aspects, and encouraged us to tap into our own vulnerability and be aware of both our own strengths and weaknesses in order to best serve our clients. The resources provided are plentiful, very helpful, and I am grateful to have them all in one place to access. Regardless of your learning style, you will learn, as this course utilizes visual representations, audio, video, and encouraged hands-on exercises.
Lisa
I am eternally grateful that I took this course! We have been in lock down in Trinidad (no OT services can be provided except in the case of an emergency) so this course could not have come at a better time! I savored each lecture and call because each was so packed with such interesting content and overflowing with positivity. I am working towards a perinatal OT practice and this course has not only provided a solid base in pelvic floor therapy, it has also confirmed my passion for the perinatal population. I feel like I can't say it enough: thank you, thank you, thank you!
Kari Rasmussen
I took this course over a year ago, then life happened and I was not able to put my new knowledge into use. Lindsey has graciously given lifetime access which allowed me to go back through the course now a year latter to refresh my knowledge, and provide the confidence I need to take my next step in becoming a women's health OT. There is so much information provided in an easy to digest manner that instills confidence in not only your ability to work with pelvic floor clients, but also your overall ability and skills as an occupational therapist.
Mary Krahn
This course has lit a fire in me and I feel so excited and prepared to enter the world of pelvic floor as an OT. Lindsey has provided so many resources in this course, so much good information, and an incredibly easy platform to follow. I would recommend this course to anyone thinking of starting their pelvic health journey.
Kelsey Ober
I absolutely loved this course and learned so much! I have walked away with a much better understanding of this specialty setting, the pelvic floor, its anatomy and conditions, how to help clients in this setting, and what it means to be an OT in pelvic health. If you have any interest in pelvic floor therapy, this is the course for you!
Danielle Shea
OT Pioneers was a fantastic introductory course into pelvic health. The online format was easy to navigate, and the weekly Momentum Calls were invaluable. Listening to like minded individuals with different experiences, provided great learning opportunities for me. Cannot thank you enough Lindsay for sharing your knowledge over these last few weeks! I am excited and ready to embark on the incredible journey of becoming a Pelvic Health Specialist!
Shauna Springer
If anyone is considering working in pelvic health, especially as occupational therapists, this is the class to take! Lindsey is extremely knowledgable on this topic. She explains things so eloquently and it's so easy to understand. The content of the course is also extremely organized and easy to navigate through when I want to re-visit a topic. You also have lifetime access to this course, which is amazing! Our role as occupational therapists in pelvic health is explained wonderfully and I now have the confidence to start looking for a position working as an occupational therapist in pelvic health! This course is absolutely worth the investment. Shauna Springer
Kristen Carnes, OTR/L
OT Pioneers added a more client-based approach to the rather biomechanical training I acquired from other courses. Lindsey takes concepts that can be either overwhelming or nebulous and presents them in a VERY accessible ways. Thank you for giving examples that are both medically credible and accessible.

I’ll just say this. I was a pelvic floor PT patient for several months, and I think I learned as much or more from this course than I did as a patient (who is also a therapist).

Very lovely and accessible intro to pelvic health. Addressing urinary incontinence is a great place to start; something I’ve been curious about learning more on for a while, but haven’t made the effort. Will definitely start bringing these pointers into tx with my clients. Anticipate I will pursue further pelvic health education. More easily digestible mini courses, please!

I contemplated taking this course for over a year after the birth of my second child. I didn't think I would have the time between work, like and juggling anything extra with 2 small children. The way Lindsey lays the schedule out for you is tremendously helpful and kept me on tract throughout the completion. I HIGHLY recommend anyone even considering pelvic health as a practice setting to take this course. Even if you don't move into practicing right away, the knowledge you will gain will not only benefit clients in the future but you as a person as well

OT Pioneer has been an amazing course!! Very detailed and OT specific. It is also a course that you can immediately apply to your practice setting. I can't wait to continue learning!!

The poop drives the pee! I won't forget that phrase. I wanted holistic education specific to the pelvic floor, inclusive of bowel health as I work toward certification. Lindsey is the REAL DEAL, if you're on the fence, know it's 100% worth it.

Lindsey’s course has been a game-changer. She breaks down complex concepts into clear, practical insights that are easy to understand and apply. I’m learning so much—and truly enjoying every step of the process.
