This is a fantastic course! Scott covers several powerful, yet inconspicuous, techniques that, when used properly, will elevate our writing to a new level!

The course helped me plug the gap between feeling like something is or is not working in my writing and knowing why, and therefore being able to do something about it. It's helped me bring awareness and intention to my writing, and given me very practical/actionable skills to use moving forward.

This course helped me see some of my tendencies, which sounds like a small thing but really wasn't. Exercises brought some clarity to a work in progress. Really, very helpful overall.

I've always struggled with writing about setting, but it helped me understand I don't need to describe every detail in a scene perfectly but leaving some things for the reader to imagine can actually be better. I liked the way Scott deconstructed examples and presented his lessons in a structured, easy to follow format.
